Key responsibilities include leading the delivery and continuous development of high-quality, safe, and inclusive services across England and Scotland as part of a UK service, managing and coaching staff and volunteers, and driving increased access and impact through strong planning and partnership working.

You will oversee safeguarding, budgets, data and performance frameworks, while embedding systems and processes that strengthen insight and delivery. The role also involves working closely with NHS and third-sector partners, supporting youth engagement and leadership, and ensuring services are shaped by young people and families.

Purpose of the Role

The Part-Time Manager for Our Place and Our Voice leads AoD’s work on co-production, peer support, campaigning and community engagement. The postholder ensures Disabled people are actively involved in shaping services, influencing policy and strengthening their voice within the local community and beyond.

The role coordinates peer-led programmes, develops accessible training and events, and builds partnerships that promote inclusion and representation. Working closely with the Chief Executive and Chief Operating Officer, the postholder ensures that AoD’s values of co-production and Disabled leadership are embedded throughout the organisation.

Main Responsibilities

1. Lead, plan and coordinate AoD’s Our Place and Our Voice programmes, including co-production, peer support and community engagement initiatives.

2. Develop and deliver accessible training, workshops and events that build confidence, skills and leadership among Disabled people.

3. Recruit, supervise and support volunteers, peer facilitators and freelancers to deliver activities safely and effectively.

4. Build and maintain positive partnerships with local authorities, VCSE organisations, health services and community networks to promote the voice of Disabled people.

5. Promote co-production practice across AoD’s services, working with other managers to embed user involvement in service design and review.

6. Ensure all activities are inclusive, accessible and aligned with the Social Model of Disability.

7. Monitor and evaluate project performance, including collecting data, feedback and case studies to evidence impact.

8. Manage budgets within agreed limits and support financial planning and reporting to the Chief Executive.

9. Prepare and submit funding applications and tender bids (in conjunction with the Chief Executive) to support programme sustainability and growth.

10.  Ensure compliance with AoD policies and procedures, including safeguarding, health & safety and data protection.

11.  Represent AoD positively at external meetings, forums and events, promoting our work and values.

12.  Work collaboratively with other AoD departments to promote shared learning and inclusive practice.

Primary Responsibilities

Salesforce Platform Management

· Day to day management of the Back Up Trust Salesforce system

· Implement and enforce data quality standards within Salesforce, including regular data cleansing, deduplication, and validation procedures to ensure the accuracy of information

· Create and manage flows and approval processes within Salesforce to automate business processes and increase operational efficiency

Job Description

The Head of Delivery & Partnerships is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the 
successful implementation, quality of outcomes, and retention of DFN Project SEARCH programmes 
across the UK, the Republic of Ireland and Iberia, in line with our franchise agreement from Project 
SEARCH . This role leads the Delivery & Partnerships team, ensuring strategic alignment, excellence 
of delivery, and sustained impactful partnerships.
You will play a pivotal role in driving programme quality, ensuring retention, maintaining model 
fidelity, and ensuring high-quality outcomes for interns. Additionally, you will oversee the growth of 
our number of programmes, in line with our strategic regional and national plans. You will also 
contribute to the strategic direction of the organisation, working closely with cross-functional teams 
to maximise DFN Project SEARCH’s impact.
Regular travel throughout the UK will be required, with occasional travel to other areas of our delivery. 
In addition, occasional international travel may be required, for example to the annual conference in

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Interim Head of Fundraising to provide operational oversight and work with senior leaders on the strategic development of income generation during an important period for the charity.

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Income Generation, Fundraising and Engagement, you will lead and support a small but committed fundraising team, including the Corporate Partnerships Manager and Valued Donor Fundraiser, while ensuring robust governance and fundraising compliance across the function.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the fundraising team, supporting performance, development and delivery.

You will provide exceptional prospect research support and maximise fundraiser portfolios to drive income growth which will help create a world without barriers for blind and partially sighted people.

In this role, you'll work closely with the Senior Manager Prospect Research to effectively implement the pipeline management strategy. You'll ensure prospect and donor portfolios are properly qualified, dynamic and allocated appropriately.You'll be responsible for delivering a high-quality research service and you'll take a leading role in managing some of the research projects, such as sector work, network mapping, due diligence and prospect identification.
