Step into a role where your work matters from the moment you walk through the door. As a Project Worker at our Harrow Road Assessment Hub in Westminster, you’ll be part of a fast-paced, highly skilled team supporting people taking their first steps away from rough sleeping and towards safety, stability and the right next move. Westminster has some of the highest levels of rough sleeping in the UK, and this short-stay service offers intensive, person-centred support to people who may be facing crisis, multiple disadvantage and limited routes into accommodation.

No two days will look the same. You’ll carry out assessments, build trusting relationships, create and review support plans, manage risk, and help people navigate real barriers such as health needs, immigration, welfare benefits, substance use, mental health and access to housing. You’ll work closely with outreach teams, local authorities, health services and other partners to support people into safe, appropriate accommodation, whether that means reconnecting them with services in another area or helping them move forward into longer-term support.

Our Employability & Progression Manager is a key operational role within the Adult Learning, Skills and Employment service. The post holder will lead the day-to-day management and delivery of High Trees’ employment support programmes, ensuring high-quality, person-centred provision for residents facing complex barriers to employment.

Job role:

In this exciting and varied role, within our growing Mass Engagement department you will be part of the core team responsible for delivering the charities challenge events portfolio to maximise support and increase income.

You’ll manage a range of events from marathons and treks to bespoke fundraising challenges, ensuring participants feel valued, motivated, and connected to the cause.

The Baobab Centre is a non-residential therapeutic community supporting unaccompanied minors who have experienced human rights abuses and are seeking asylum, refugee status and settlement in the United Kingdom.

The role of a Therapeutic Community Caseworker at the Baobab Centre is to support unaccompanied asylum seeking and refugee adolescents and young adults to access care, basic rights and entitlements and to support their social development and rehabilitation.This role involves working closely with the clinical key worker of each young person and with our wider multidisciplinary team. Hillside Clubhouse is a coproduced mental health charity based in Islington that works collaboratively with people with mental health conditions across Islington. We work with people wherever they are in their Recovery journey, supporting those with long-term and enduring conditions such as personality disorder and schizophrenia and people with more common mental health conditions like depression and anxiety.

They will generate income for Treetops by building strong and lasting relationships with existing and potential trust and grant giving organisation through submitting strong applications to them and reporting back to them in an effective way.

You will also run an appeal programme across channels including online, offline and post and liaise with suppliers and contractors. You’ll understand and define audiences, think creatively about how we can reach them, write compellingly about our services and those we support, and you’ll make our supporters feel really appreciated so they want to give again.

Primary Responsibilities

The post holder will:

· Develop, implement and continually evaluate the trust and grant application strategy to maximise potential income from both regular and new trusts and foundations.

· Understand the organisational funding needs including core funding, projects, and capital expenditure.

· Research potential trust funders (local, regional, national, and if appropriate international).

· Produce high quality trust applications – communicating Treetops’ funding needs in a clear, consistent way to potential trust funders through high quality funding applications.

We are looking for 2 Night Workers to join the expansion of the St Mungo’s Bristol Accommodation Service. Ou will be working at Toll House Court in Southville; which is a historic building with 20 supported housing bedspaces for people experiencing homelessness.

The service provides accommodation and housing related support to people who may have complex needs, including multiple challenges such as physical and mental health issues, substance use and a history of trauma. We are dedicated to providing a safe, high quality and inclusive service to people while they are living in the hostel, and a positive move-on into independent housing.

As a Night Worker, you'll offer assistance, conversation, and continuity of care throughout the night, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Continue support from the day team - engage with residents, offering support and a listening ear.
• Maintain safety protocols, respond to emergencies, and conduct hourly building checks and monitoring issues like noise levels.
• Complete administrative tasks, incident reports and handover notes to the day team.
• You will attend team meetings and training, so you can continue to develop skills and knowledge to ensure confidence in your role.
• Lone work at times when required.

Typical schedule: A flexible night shift rota, including weekends and bank holidays, with shifts from 8/9pm -7.45am. The rota includes working 2 in every 4 weekends.

About you

If you have a willingness to learn how to support people to transform their lives and think you could provide support and interact with clients throughout the night, being passionate about working in a service that supports people experiencing homelessness, we encourage you to apply!

• Good communication skills with the ability to respond and interact with empathy.
• Some experience of dealing directly with the public, clients or customers in a busy service environment.
• Some experience of volunteering or working in an environment that supports vulnerable people.
• Understanding of the issues that affect vulnerable adults experiencing homelessness, who may have complex needs will be beneficial.
• Ability to stay alert, calm, and use own initiative in emergencies.
• Familiarity with IT, administrative procedures and record-keeping.
