Job Description

Our Digital Products Team plays a critical role in delivering seamless, impactful, and user-centred digital experiences that support our mission.

As a Digital Product Lead, you’ll collaborate across departments; particularly with Retail and Fundraising, to shape, deliver, and optimise digital products that drive engagement and income. You’ll work within a supportive, agile team and champion an evidence-based, user-led approach to product development.

We are particularly looking for someone with experience working on retail and/or fundraising products, ideally within a charity or similarly complex, stakeholder-led environment.

Your Impact:

• Drive Digital vision: Support the development and delivery of product strategies and roadmaps, ensuring alignment to Marie Curie’s mission and strong stakeholder engagement.
• End-to-End product ownership: Manage the full lifecycle of digital products, from discovery and roadmap planning through to delivery, optimisation, and continuous improvement.
• User-centred design: Conduct user research and use data to design accessible, high-quality digital experiences for diverse audiences including patients, carers, donors, and volunteers.
• Performance optimisation: Use analytics and user feedback to monitor KPIs (e.g. engagement, conversion, donation growth), optimise journeys, and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Lead through collaboration: Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Fundraising, Retail, Marketing, and Technology, balancing user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.

Key Criteria:

• Proven experience managing digital products end-to-end within a product-led environment.
• Experience delivering digital outcomes within retail and/or fundraising products; charity sector experience desirable.
• Strong understanding of UX, accessibility, and digital product design, with hands-on experience across the product lifecycle.
• Experience using analytics and insights to inform decisions and optimise performance.
• Experience working in Agile environments, managing backlogs and delivering through cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across complex environments.

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled CBT Therapist or Psychologist to join Gordon Moody, supporting individuals experiencing gambling-related harms through specialist psychological assessment and evidence-based treatment.

This role involves delivering structured Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) interventions across both individual and group settings within residential and remote treatment programmes. You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide psychologically informed, trauma-informed care that supports long-term recovery and wellbeing.

The successful candidate will work autonomously within professional guidelines and within the overall framework of Gordon Moody’s clinical governance, policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Responsibilities:

• Provide specialist psychological assessment and treatment for individuals experiencing gambling-related harms.
• Deliver evidence-based CBT interventions within individual and group treatment settings.
• Develop collaborative treatment and risk management plans tailored to service user needs.
• Facilitate psychoeducational, relapse prevention and therapeutic group programmes.
• Support individuals presenting with co-occurring mental health difficulties, including anxiety, depression and trauma-related symptoms.
• Maintain accurate, timely and confidential clinical records in line with organisational, professional and GDPR standards.
• Monitor and manage clinical risk, safeguarding concerns and service user wellbeing appropriately.
• Work within professional and ethical guidelines relevant to CBT and psychological therapies.
• Support service users to engage with onward recovery and community support services where appropriate.

Multidisciplinary & Partnership Working:

• Work collaboratively with therapists, recovery workers, support staff and external professionals.

Person Specification

Essential Qualifications:

• BABCP accredited CBT Therapist or actively working towards accreditation.
• Postgraduate qualification in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or equivalent recognised qualification.
• Relevant professional registration or core profession qualification (e.g. mental health nursing, psychology, social work, counselling or psychotherapy).

Desirable Qualifications:

• Additional training in motivational interviewing, trauma-informed care or addiction treatment.
• Further training in group facilitation or behavioural addictions.

Essential Experience:

• Experience delivering CBT interventions within a mental health or addiction setting.
• Experience undertaking specialist psychological and risk assessments.
• Experience facilitating therapeutic groups.
• Experience supporting individuals experiencing complex emotional or psychological difficulties, including trauma.
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

Desirable Experience:

• Experience working within gambling harms or behavioural addiction services.

FTWW is looking for a Communications Coordinator! The successful candidate will develop and grow the organisation’s online platform, including sharing information, resources and signposting within FTWW’s pan-Wales virtual peer support community and beyond.

The role is full-time (0.8 FTE considered for the right candidate), home-based within Wales, with occasional travel to events and meetings, so a driving licence and access to a car would be an advantage. We work flexibly, but core working hours are between 10am-4pm, and the successful candidate will be expected to work some evening and weekends, as required.

We are a small but mighty charity where no two days are the same. You may be involved in promoting a focus group to our members one day and meeting with a journalist the next. We currently have over 100 registered volunteers and over 2000 members of our online community, and you will work closely with our Volunteer & Community Coordinator to ensure that our members are at the heart of what we do.

The ability to speak Welsh, or a willingness to learn, is desirable.

Richmond Carers Centre, a network partner of the Carers Trust, is a registered charity providing information, support, advice and a voice for carers living and caring in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames. 

Helping Carers to Live Well is our organisational aim. We provide a targeted service to young carers, aged 5 – 18 years. Young carers, provide vital emotional and practical support to a family member with a care need including sibling young carers. Their care role can have an impact on their wellbeing, education and social opportunities.
