More about the role: This is not a formal therapy or counselling position. As Therapeutic Coordinator, you will coordinate the therapeutic input for up to four school or partner organisation visits each month, holding personalised conversations with young people, facilitating reflective group discussions and working closely with visiting staff to ensure each child gets the support they need during and after their time on the farm.
You will also write personalised reports, contribute to daily farm life through walks, meals and shared activities, and act as the farm’s Designated Safeguarding Lead, helping ensure safeguarding practice is followed confidently and consistently.
About you : You’ll bring strong professional experience of working with young people facing challenging circumstances, with the warmth, curiosity and patience to build trusting relationships. You may come from youth work, education, mentoring, social care, pastoral support or a similar field, and will be confident supporting young people through reflective and relational approaches. You’ll be organised, collaborative and flexible, with excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to Jamie’s Farm’s values and the communities we support.

More about the role: This is a varied and rewarding role at the heart of our programme delivery. Herts Mind Network (HMN) has formed a partnership with Hertfordshire Partnership Foundation Trust (HPFT) to deliver a one-to-one outreach service for people who are in hospitals across Hertfordshire.
Emergency Department - the 37.5-hour role will be based at Watford General Hospital working in A&E departments, with the Mental Health Liaison Team, and hospital wards facilitating hospital discharge for people with a mental health.
The Bounce Back Worker will be based at Watford General Hospital and HMN Centres, promoting joint working between Watford A&E, Mental Health Urgent Care Centre and the Mental Health Liaison Team, creating a seamless pathway into community support for clients recovering from mental ill health.

The Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (RCPCH) is seeking an organised and proactive Global Programme Coordinator to join RCPCH Global on a maternity cover basis. This is an exciting opportunity to support international health programmes that aim to strengthen maternal, newborn and child health systems in low- and lower-middle-income countries.
RCPCH Global is a small, specialist team responsible for designing and managing humanitarian and health systems development programmes internationally. The team works with partners to strengthen clinical education, guidelines, training, digital health tools and organisational capacity, helping to improve healthcare for children and families in some of the world's most challenging settings.
Reporting to the Head of Global Operations, you will coordinate the delivery of RCPCH Global's partnership programme in Myanmar, working closely with local partners, donors, stakeholders and colleagues across the College. You will support programme implementation, financial monitoring, reporting, monitoring and evaluation, and stakeholder engagement, with opportunities to contribute to field visits where appropriate.
Alongside the Myanmar programme, you will coordinate the RCPCH Global Visiting Fellows Scheme, supporting paediatric clinicians from low- and lower-middle-income countries to undertake one-month observerships within the UK/NHS. This will involve coordinating applications and selection, travel and accommodation, financial arrangements, NHS placements and pastoral support.
Key responsibilities include:

The Role
This is a dual-focus position, roughly equal parts data and relationship. You will be the organisation's primary expert on Charity CRM - maintaining data quality, building reports and dashboards, and ensuring the whole team has the insight it needs to make good decisions.
At the same time, you will play a hands-on role in supporter stewardship: developing personalised donor journeys, managing engagement events, and making sure every supporter feels valued and connected to the work their giving makes possible.

Experience of CRM migration projects, Power BI, Gift Aid administration, or working within a charity or membership organisation would be a real advantage.

They will be able to communicate effectively and provide support with dignity and respect, forming and sustaining trusting relationships with service users, carers, peer support workers, and professionals. Strong listening and verbal communication skills are essential to engage appropriately with service users in crisis, colleagues, and external agencies, both in person and over the phone. Knowledge of recovery tools, local mental health and wellbeing support, and the ability to assess needs, risks, and aspirations to provide appropriate signposting are required. The candidate will demonstrate strong prioritisation, time management, and the ability to work dynamically under pressure. Proficiency in IT, including MS Word, Outlook, and internet functions, as well as good literacy and numeracy skills to produce clear written correspondence, is expected. They will have a sound understanding of safeguarding issues and the ability to address them appropriately, work effectively both independently and as part of a team, and support the induction of new peer staff and volunteers. Looking to improve life after brain injury for the 150,000 people and their families admitted to hospital each year with a brain injury? Then why not join Headway as our Services Co-ordinator? In this role you will take the lead on vital Headway UK projects and work alongside colleagues in the wider Services Department to help support our key front-line services.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As Services Coordinator, you will take the lead on three of Headway UK’s vital services. You will be responsible for processing applications to our Emergency Fund, which provides travel and accommodation grants to family members, to support them to be at the bedside of loved ones, when their family member is in hospital, after acquiring a brain injury. Your role will include making recommendations for funding, signposting applicants onto other organisations, keeping detailed records and producing basic financial reports to highlight the Emergency Funds’ position throughout the year.
You will also lead the annual renewal of the Headway UK’s Solicitor’s Directory, ensuring it remains a vital resource for those seeking specialist solicitors with experience in handling brain injury cases.
You will support the delivery of Headway UK’s training programme through effective administrative support, including managing the training mailbox, responding to enquiries, distributing certificates, and liaising with delegates and associate trainers.
You will work alongside colleagues within the wider Services Department to provide exceptional administrative support
On occasion you will also be required to work with the Project Lead for Brain Injury Identity Cards and assist with processing Brain Injury Identity Card applications.
