Areas of Work and Responsibility
Executive support to the CEO
· Provide administrative support to the Gestalt Centre CEO, ensuring effective diary management, scheduling, and administration of commitments.
· Organise and coordinate meetings, including supporting the drafting of agendas, collating papers and ensuring all necessary information is available in advance.
Leadership and governance coordination and support
· Coordinate Leadership Team, Board and sub-committee meetings, ensuring smooth end-to-end administration.
· Prepare, collate and circulate papers, working with the CEO and Leadership Team to ensure accuracy and timeliness and maintain good records.
Workstreams and projects coordination
· Coordinate and support projects and workstreams led by the CEO, including the short courses programme, marketing campaigns, organisational policies, business development and fundraising activities.
· Act as a central point of contact for cross-team activities and support priority initiatives by coordinating meetings, actions and follow-ups.
· Liaise with the CEO and Leadership Team to maintain workstream plans, tracking priority actions and progress.

About the role
We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant with experience of providing administrative, PA, team or executive support in a busy environment to join our CEO Office.
You’ll provide high-quality support to allocated Directors, helping them stay organised, focused and able to deliver their priorities. You’ll manage complex diaries, coordinate meetings and travel, prepare documents and meeting materials, support recruitment activity and maintain clear action records. Working within the Fundraising Operations and Supporter Care Team and reporting to the Fundraising Operations and Supporter Care Manager, the Supporter Care and Data Officer will deliver excellent customer care to our supporters, responding to enquiries, and thanking supporters to help drive income and show them how valued they are to Cruse Bereavement Support. Active Communities Development Worker
Grade: NJC Point t23 - £34,434 FTE
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Days: Monday to Friday (core hours are worked between 8am – 6pm)
Contract: Fixed-term contract, initially 12 months (continuation subject to further funding)

Salford CVS delivers a range of projects and services that build resilient communities and encourage local people to be active citizens.
You’ll work primarily across our volunteering and emergency response activity, including helping to develop and deliver Salford CVS’s own active communities volunteering programmes. This will vary throughout the year, but you can expect to spend roughly half your time on emergency response and half on volunteering - and in practice, the two often overlap.
Main purposes of the post
To engage with a wide range of partners and volunteers to build active, more connected and resilient communities within the city of Salford. To deliver multiple areas of work around civil contingencies, humanitarian response and emergency response in Salford – from coordinating clear plans and processes and training and supporting volunteers, to enabling VCSE organisations to engage with the work. To support the development of our volunteering and active communities work across multiple services, including the rewarding, people-facing work of coordinating volunteers for local events and celebrations.
