The role of the Direct Marketing Executive is a varied one. Working with different teams and suppliers, you will be supporting and delivering direct marketing campaigns across a range of channels. The Face-to-Face acquisition programme is an evolving one and there is change and growth happening in a lot of interesting areas at a fast pace.
As well as running day-to-day activities, the post holder will be responsible for supporting the face-to-face team by ensuring data and supporter engagement processes are running smoothly across campaigns. Alongside this, they will ensure compliance and adherence to the most recent regulations and codes of practice is top of the agenda.
Fundraising experience is not essential for the role, but we are looking for someone with the desire and self-motivation to learn and develop, and the drive and passion to change the future for those affected by dementia. The successful candidate will be able to show this, be collaborative and enthusiastic, want to learn and develop, and be keen to get involved with the activities of the team right away. You’ll be part of a team that works across multiple face-to-face fundraising channels; speaking to a range of audiences with one theme in common, compelling people to support our work and bring about life-changing dementia treatments.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management
· Support with planning and delivery of face-to-face fundraising campaigns across a range of products and channels including Regular Giving, Lottery and Payroll Giving
· Work with others in the team to conduct mystery shopping, shadowing and call listening to measure fundraising quality and ensure compliance.
· Liaise with designers, printers, agencies, and fulfilment houses.
· Support the day-to-day management of fundraising agencies and suppliers, ensuring relationships are effective and productive.
· Assist in the production and delivery of motivating fundraiser training that ensures quality, compliant fundraising.
· Support in recommendations for change and refinement across the direct marketing programme.
Finance & Reporting
· Weekly campaign tracking and reporting
· Administer the recording, reconciliation, and processing of invoices
Other duties
· Tracking and evaluating competitor and industry trends, collaborating with the other Direct Marketing Executive to provide recommendations to the wider team for potential improvements and testing opportunities.
· Keep up to date with developments in face-to-face fundraising, direct marketing and sector regulation.
· Proof-read direct marketing materials and collateral.
· Regularly attend, support, and contribute to meetings and events.
· Ensure compliance and adherence to the most recent regulations and codes of practice.
· Keep up to date with dementia news, research developments and the work of Alzheimer’s Research UK and consider the impact on campaigns.
Knowledge, skills and experience needed:
· Experience of using Microsoft packages; particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
· Proof reading.
· Administrative experience.
· Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload.
· Willingness to collaborate and work closely with other departments and external suppliers.

Additional Information:
Ways of working: As part of our Agile ways of working you will be required to work approximately 2 days a week from the office, which is subject to the requirements of the role and the business needs. Flexibility on where you work can be split between working from home and our office.

The Bounce Back Worker will be based at Watford General Hospital and HMN Centres, promoting joint working between Watford A&E, creating a seamless pathway into community support for clients recovering from mental ill health.
The aims of the Bounce Back service are to provide up to 16 sessions of emotional and practical support and advice & information to patients. We will visit patients on the ward and continue the sessions in the local community and in patient’s homes once discharged. We will facilitate a smooth and timely hospital discharge.

The Bounce Back worker will use a recovery orientated approach working with patients on the ward, and in the local community, including in people’s homes. About The Role
Are you an experienced Youth Worker? Are you passionate about improving wellbeing outcomes for young people? Are you looking to develop your practice and training around young people’s mental health?
We are currently seeking five Trainee Wellbeing Practitioner’s to join our Youth Services team based in Bristol and South Gloucestershire. You will work within Creative Youth Network as part of the Youth Services team, delivering, high-quality, evidence-based interventions for children and young people experiencing, mild to moderate anxiety, low mood and behavioural difficulties.
This is a 1 year training role within the Children and Young People’ Improving Access to Psychological Therapies programme (CYP IAPT). You will attend Exeter University for all university based taught and self-study days required by the education provider, and work in the service for the remaining days of the week using your newly developed skills. Your travel and accommodation to Exeter University will be provided for you as part of the trainee programme.
You will then be based at The Station (BS1) or Kingswood Estate (BS15) sites with up to two evening open access sessions per week. The training and service experience will equip you with the necessary knowledge, attitude and capabilities to operate effectively within the wider service.

Creative Support wish to recruit to the position of Property Services Officer. This individual will work on the repairs and property management helpdesks within our Property Services Department. The role will work as part of a team logging and progressing property repairs or property management issues reported by phone, email or via the Out of Hours service. The member of staff will also provide administrative support to the wider Property Services Team, as and when required.
This opportunity will suit someone with excellent customer service, IT and communication skills. The individual should have experience of working in a fast paced office environment and be able to prioritise workload confidently. The ideal candidate will have a positive, proactive worth ethic and contribute to improvements within the team.

Your role
Leading the delivery and development of the Contact Ealing project within budget, the role oversees and line‑manages the Family Worker team while coordinating all project activity and shaping the annual work programme. It involves working directly with families of disabled children across Ealing—particularly those from BAME and East European communities—by providing information, facilitating support groups, and creating opportunities for connection. The role also maintains strong partnerships with key organisations including Dormers Wells Children’s Centre, LBE, Ealing Advice Service, Ealing Anchor, Southall Connect, EPCF, SENDIASS and others, ensuring collaborative service delivery. More about the role: You will plan and deliver engaging horse-based sessions for visiting young people, using an equine-assisted therapeutic approach to create opportunities for connection, reflection and personal growth. As part of the wider delivery team, you will contribute to the shared rhythms of farm life, from feeding rounds and walks, to mealtimes, group discussions and occasional evening activities. Working closely with with rest of the Skipton team you will help ensure each visit runs smoothly and provides a positive experience for all.
Alongside programme delivery, you will lead the day-to-day care and welfare of our horses, maintaining high standards of husbandry, stable management and wellbeing.
About you : We are looking for someone with strong practical experience of horse care, welfare and management, alongside experience of using equine-assisted work with children and young people. You will be able to build positive relationships with young people from a wide range of backgrounds and create safe and engaging experiences that help encourage participation, reflection and growth.
You will bring excellent communication and organisational skills, together with a warm, patient and collaborative approach. Above all, you will share Jamie’s Farm values and be motivated to use your equine expertise to make a meaningful difference for young people.
