Digital Marketing Officer (Paid Media) FTC
As part of our Digital Engagement Team, the Digital Marketing Officer will be a digital advocate promoting, enabling, and supporting the ambitions of the charity and its departments. The officer will help drive the continued growth of the charity’s fundraising, engagement, and brand awareness via digital channels, helping to drive charity income. The officer will work with the Digital Marketing Manager and colleagues across the team to support in the planning, deployment, and analysis of a variety of digital paid-for campaigns.
The post will report directly to the Digital Marketing Manager and work closely with the rest of the digital team, as well as colleagues in the Brand team and wider departments. The Digital Marketing Officer will provide support across the organisation, helping to plan, consult and advise on the creation of new digital campaigns across our PPC and paid social channels, reporting on their progress against target.
This role will have a focus on executing paid-for campaigns across our social and search channels as well as providing feedback relating to strategy, development and implementation.
This role is a 12 month FTC.
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan, develop and implement PPC and Paid Social campaigns for departments across the organisation with a wide variety of goals and objectives.
· Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across a variety of channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads and more.
· Consult across the charity on best-practice use of paid-for digital engagement.
· Analyse and report on key campaign metrics and KPIs, providing regular updates to key stakeholders.
· Provide input into the requirements for campaign reporting dashboards, ensuring budget holders understand the impact of their investment and how campaigns can be further optimised.
· Work with external agencies as appropriate when campaigns are outsourced, advising, and learning from these relationships.
· Oversee other analytics monitoring and reporting as appropriate.
· Identifying key target audiences for each campaign across the marketing funnel to ensure we are engaging people with the right messaging.
· Maintain relevant files and documents, including accurate recording of supporter data.
· Ensure all activities comply with Alzheimer’s Research UK’s communications and branding guidelines.
· Undertake any other relevant duties and projects delegated by the Digital Marketing Manager in line with the responsibilities of the post.
· Tracking work in the Campaign Management system and reporting back on capacity level.
· Maintaining PPC and paid social calendars alongside key stakeholders to document campaign activity.
Knowledge, skills and experience needed:
· Relevant experience in a previous role.
· Experience of planning and deploying PPC and paid social media campaigns
· Experience of Google Ads and Meta Ads
· Experience of insight reporting and key metric tracking
· Extensive understanding of social media platforms, insight software and campaign management
· Excellent organisational skills; the ability to manage a large number of tasks to multiple deadlines

As part of our Agile ways of working you will be required to work approximately 2 days a week from the office, which is subject to the requirements of the role and the business needs. Flexibility on where you work can be split between working from home and our office.

About You and The Role
The Young Creatives Programme Manager is responsible for the research and project management of Modern Art Oxford’s Young Creatives projects which includes the delivery of the Young Creatives Collective, Socials, and school visits. Modern Art Oxford’s Young Creatives programme includes a diverse offer of studio sessions and professional development opportunities throughout the year for young people aged 16-21, including support and mentoring for sixth form students and undergraduates which form part of our university partnerships.
The Young Creatives Programme Manager takes a lead role in collaboratively developing programme ideas with young people to ensure that all Young Creatives projects are inclusive and reflect the ideas and interests of the group. This includes the development of public events with young people each year.
The role combines research, delivery, and project management with a core focus on co-curating with young people to develop Modern Art Oxford’s new three-year strategy, Changing Geographies (2027-2030) which aims to develop new regional partnerships and commission opportunities with 45 young people each year. Working as part of the Communities, Practice & Participation team, the Young Creatives Programme Manager is responsible for the day-to-day administration and co-ordination of visiting schools and colleges while working alongside the Curator of Communities, Practice & Participation to build and sustain new relationships with young people, charities, and grassroots organisations, across Oxfordshire.
The Young Creatives programme regularly engages more than 800 young people each year through our regular sessions for visiting schools, colleges, and socials, with a focussed collective of 15 young people who meet monthly.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have a strong interest in contemporary art and visual culture, a minimum of three years’ experience working with young people (16-21) in a contemporary arts organisation, and a strong understanding of pedagogy and inclusive practices with young people
They will have experience of delivering projects and workshops in art galleries and museums, working with artists, facilitators, or creative practitioners, managing multiple projects, partnerships, and delivery as well as experience of working with diverse materials and media.
They will have excellent communication and relationship building skills, experience of working collaboratively with teachers and schools, the ability to prioritise workloads effectively and good IT, administrative and organisational skills.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to oversee the daily operation of the Mind BLMK Luton Mental Health Prevention and Recovery Service.

Work with the Operational Services Manager to review, design and implement changes to service delivery and working models, ensuring the service meets the needs of the local community, identifying solutions to gaps in provision and seek opportunities to grow the service and maximise the use of the centre premises.
Contribute to the development of the Luton service plan in line with both Mind BLMK priorities and the wider Luton Mental Health Plan and 2040 vision.

Job purpose

To manage an Age UK Cheshire Charity Shop located in the Cheshire area, ensuring efficient and effective management of colleagues, volunteers, premises, sales, and stock to provide a high-quality retail service in relation to agreed performance targets.
To achieve the maximum potential of funds for Age UK Cheshire by achieving charity retail standards and community engagement.

Main Duties:
1. To ensure that the Age UK Cheshire Charity Shop achieves required standards of performance and agreed sales targets:
§ Maximisation of sales through stock rotation, correct pricing, brand awareness and merchandising, to use the full potential of the stock available to you.
§ To gain Gift Aid on eligible donations to Age UK Cheshire to maximise funds for the charity in line with HMRC guidelines. This includes signing up new donors to the scheme and selling stock accordingly.
§ Responsible for managing, training, and developing the Assistant Retail Manager to achieve pre-set objectives.
§ Support, train, and coordinate the work of volunteers in the shop as required.
§ Working with the Assistant Retail Manager to ensure that the shop complies with all the relevant legislation, trading standards and health and safety.

AGE UK CHESHIRE
RETAIL MANAGER - ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The organisation currently operates 9 charity shops and has ambitious plans to open more charity shops which all help to provide funds for the charity to deliver its services for older people in Cheshire, as well as being a location to promote Age UK Cheshire services.
All Age UK Cheshire shops sell unwanted household and personal goods donated by the public and other commercial companies. The success of the shops is dependent upon achieving a regular adequate supply of donations. Age UK Cheshire shops have established a reputation for selling good quality items, well presented and at reasonable prices.
The shop staffing structure is supported by volunteer helpers. They do not receive any payment other than the reimbursement of their exact travel costs from their home to the shop.
The shops are all expected to trade profitably. Their function is to provide income to the organisation. Each shop is given a weekly sales target to achieve to produce a targeted net profit once rents and other costs have been deducted.
Each shop has a mixture of staff and volunteers covering a 6- or 7-day working period. The Retail Manager will be supported by an Assistant Retail Manager working flexibly to provide cover at the shop. At times you might be asked to cover other shops depending on staffing issues, so flexibility is a must. Volunteer support is key to the success of the operation and development of “designated volunteers” who can take responsibility for the shop, during some periods of staff absence.
Location: Shop Base – Alderley Edge. You may be required to cover other shops on an ad hoc basis.
Hours: 36.25 hours per week, worked over 5 days Monday to Sunday. Hours are required to be flexible to ensure that the shop is staffed appropriately. The role will develop and deliver high-value donor and partnership marketing strategies and plans and maximise opportunities to amplify Battersea’s key messages through our partnerships and reach new audiences. This role will focus exclusively on income-raising partners and donors (corporate partners, licensees, high value donors and large institutional funders) and will embed best-practice B2B/B2C partnership marketing across planning, assets, campaign integration and evaluation.
