Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, passionate charity dedicated to caring for the Chilterns – protecting its natural beauty, cultural heritage and environmental sustainability.
Following an internal promotion, this role will play a key part in delivering the organisation’s new strategic plans. You will help grow and diversify the supporter base through creative and impactful digital communications, alongside coordinating a varied programme of public events, including the annual Heritage Festival.
You will be responsible for creating engaging content across digital channels, managing and developing the organisation’s website and CRM systems, and supporting the delivery and promotion of events. Working closely with colleagues, volunteers and stakeholders, you will ensure communications are timely, relevant and inspiring, encouraging more people to connect with and take action for the Chilterns.
This role is ideal for someone creative, organised and proactive, with a passion for nature and strong digital skills. You will enjoy working across multiple projects, building relationships and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Introduction
This is an exciting opportunity to join RSPB Cymru and lead delivery of the Caletwr Catchment Integrated Natural Resources Scheme (INRS), funded by the Welsh Government, in Conwy, North Wales.
Working closely with a cluster of farmers and a wide range of strategic partners, the project will demonstrate how sustainable farming and food production can deliver significant benefits for nature and natural resources. It directly supports key RSPB Cymru priorities, including peatland restoration and Curlew conservation.
A central focus of the role is establishing effective, joined-up advice and support for farmers engaging with the Sustainable Farming Scheme (SFS), helping to shape delivery at both farm and landscape scale.
About the role
As INRS Project Manager, you will provide overall leadership, coordination and delivery of the Caletwr Catchment Project. You will establish robust governance, manage budgets and resources, and ensure delivery remains focused on agreed priorities and outcomes.
Strong partnership working is essential. You will work closely with the farmer cluster and key partners including Natural Resources Wales, Eryri National Park Authority, The National Trust and other advisory bodies.
You will provide strategic direction and day-to-day support to the Farm Support Specialist and project team, ensuring effective delivery of joined-up advice and coordination to achieve landscape-scale objectives such as Curlew recovery. While primarily a leadership role, it will also involve selective hands-on engagement where this strengthens delivery, resilience or impact, including farmer engagement and practical action.
You will also oversee knowledge transfer, engagement and demonstration activities, including outreach to farmers beyond the immediate cluster within the wider Important Curlew Area.

Hertfordshire Mind Network (HMN) has been delivering Nightlight, part of Hertfordshire’s crisis alternatives pathway, for the last 8 years. Income generation and fundraising at Solace is ambitious, dynamic and rewarding. This role is situated within the Business Development team working alongside our award-winning Communications, Partnerships & Public Affairs team.

Working closely with the Fundraising Manager, this role will be vital in achieving our fundraising strategy and income targets. About You
The successful candidate will bring proven experience in delivering community fundraising, alongside excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences across a range of formats. They will have knowledge of developing social media content and producing branded publicity materials, as well as strong organisational and project management skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
The role requires confidence with IT systems, including Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook and CRM databases, with experience of Salesforce and creative design tools such as Canva being desirable. A strong understanding of, and commitment to, equity, diversity and inclusion, particularly within the context of the Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) sector, is essential.
