Job description

We are looking for an Events Coordinator to develop and deliver our programme of Arts and Crafts workshops and events. You will be based from our Refresh shop in High Wycombe, where we sell donated surplus and unwanted arts and crafts materials, including fabrics, textiles, wools, haberdashery, papers, paints, foils, and many more items to support all types of crafting.

You will be instrumental in building a programme of events around the materials donated to us. Our aim is to Reduce, Reuse, Recycle and Create, whilst building a community of crafters where people share, repair, make & create, teach & learn, providing easy alternatives to buying new, reducing waste and carbon, through the circular economy.

This is a new part-time role (18-21 hours), fixed term for three years and we are looking for someone with demonstrable experience in event planning or similar.

The Refresh shop is run by Wycombe Environment Centre, a registered charity established in 2001 running a number of projects.

To apply please click on the redirect button.

Applications should include a covering letter and CV.

Closing date: Friday 7th August 2026.

Interviews will take place in High Wycombe on 10th and 11th August.
