We’re currently recruiting for an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant (Governance) to join a values-led organisation based in Godstone on an initial 3-month temporary contract.

Magic Bus is seeking a Global Senior Finance Manager to lead financial management
across each of its Magic Bus Global, UK and Singapore entities (“three Magic Bus
entities”). This is a senior, high-impact role, critical to supporting the organisation’s next

Based in the UK and reporting to the Magic Bus UK Board and Executive Director (with
alignment to Magic Bus Global and Singapore leadership), the role operates within an
international development NGO environment. It combines hands-on financial

The postholder will oversee end-to-end finance operations, manage outsourced

Key Responsibilities
Financial Leadership:
- Lead financial management across each of Magic Bus’s Global, UK and

Qualifications and Experience:

The role: Family Support Worker (Bereavement)

As a Family Support Worker at Addiction Family Support, you will be responsible for delivering a range of services to provide crucial emotional and practical assistance to individuals bereaved (and affected) by the loss of a loved one due to addiction. Through both individual and group support, you will offer a compassionate and understanding presence, helping people navigate grief and loss in a safe and supportive environment.

Coram Family Lives is the only organisation licensed to deliver the ParentChild+ in England and has done so since 2017. The programme delivers a model based on a combination of weekly home visits and small group sessions.  Each family receives free toys, books and small group sessions over a period 37 weeks. The ParentChild+ team will deliver the home learning service to 200 children over a 4 year period. The programme also addresses a range of outcomes for parents whose children are at risk of starting school below the expected level, by modelling to parents how to create a rich home learning environment.

The successful candidate must have experience of working with pre-school children and supporting their parents. You should be able to build good relationships, have excellent organisational skills, be proficient in keeping records and entering data and have good written and verbal communication. Commitment to equality of opportunity is essential. Level 3 or equivalent qualification in childcare is desirable.

You will work flexibly and must be willing and able to easily travel around area of work with occasional travel to other areas in London.

Job Title: Repairs & Maintenance Surveyor

Salary: £47,344 + Car Allowance

About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity to shape a surveyor role focused on delivering high-quality repairs, maintenance and void management. Working under the leadership of the Assistant Director of Property Services and collaboratively with housing and surveying colleagues, the role will be expected to inform and deliver agreed business strategy. Managing the performance of external contractors to achieve good value and working within agreed budgets are essential.

About you:

To succeed in this role, you will have a proven track record in building surveying and property diagnostics. You will need good communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to collaborate and work effectively within a fast-paced environment. Experience in contract management, technical surveying and delivering customer satisfaction are essential, as well as knowledge and experience of stock condition surveying. The right candidate will have sufficient technically expertise, either from a formal qualification or direct experience. LSFRC is an accommodation-based service, set across Lambeth including hub sites situated in Brixton and West Norwood. The service provides care and support to over 60 customers living with enduring long term mental health. We also provide a service for two short-term post hospital discharge schemes for customers, who need support following hospital admission.
