What does this job do?
As Regular Giving Fundraising Assistant, you’ll:
- advise internal teams and external fulfilment companies regarding public queries relating to regular giving products, ensuring enquiries and complaints are handled swiftly and effectively,
- provide support for the Sponsor a Dog scheme, from arranging photoshoots to liaising with rehoming centres to prepare new sponsor dogs information,
- assist with the day-to-day running of the Companion Club, ensuring a smooth experience for our dedicated supporters,
- contribute to copywriting and planning for Sponsor a Dog content.
This role is fixed term until September 2027. Interviews are provisionally scheduled for 7th, 8th and 9th September 2026 and will take place on Teams.

The Development Manager (Fundraising & Engagement) will play a pivotal role in this next phase, combining hands-on income generation with strategic leadership of fundraising and engagement. Working closely with the Registrar, senior leadership and Trustees, you will shape and deliver a more structured and sustainable approach to philanthropy while leading a small Development team encompassing fundraising operations and communications. This is a broad, relationship-led role with significant scope to strengthen systems, develop new opportunities and build long-term relationships with the donors and communities who support the College.
As Development Manager (Fundraising & Engagement), you will:
- Develop and deliver the College’s fundraising and donor engagement strategy
- Build and manage strong relationships with major donors and prospects

- Lead fundraising campaigns and develop compelling cases for support
- Develop major donor fundraising, including new business and opportunities to grow support beyond Ramadan

Essential skills and experience:
- Multi-income stream fundraising experience, which must include major donors plus either corporate fundraising or regular giving/membership schemes
- A track record of securing significant five-figure or six-figure gifts from high-net-worth individuals
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills, with credibility engaging donors, partners and senior stakeholders
- Experience developing compelling cases for support and effective stewardship strategies
- Demonstrable experience of engaging with Muslim communities and an understanding of faith-based giving practices, including Zakat and Sadaqah
- The ability to build trusted relationships with donors and stakeholders within Muslim communities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience overseeing public-facing communications and digital channels
- The ability to provide effective leadership and direction to a small team
- Willingness and ability to undertake occasional international travel
Desirable:
- Corporate or alumni fundraising experience
- Experience of fundraising campaigns and appeals

Hybrid - London based 2 days per week
This exciting role will support the Events and Community team deliver their third-party event portfolio, focusing on the 2027 Double TCS London Marathon. We have one of the biggest marathon teams, with nearly 800 runners, so we are looking for someone to join our busy team to help raise vital funds for young wheelchair users.
The postholder will provide the day to day administrative and operational support in the lead up to London Marathon, including application processing, database management, deliver great customer service and stewardship, as well as supporting with race week logistics. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering one of the UK and Whizz Kidz's largest and most important fundraising events. You will also assist with activities across the wider events portfolio.
The person
You will be an enthusiastic and organised individual with strong administration and communication skills. Previous experience in an administrative or fundraising environment would be an advantage, but most importantly, you’ll bring a collaborative approach and willingness to learn.
You will have a strong eye for detail, great organisational skills and a pro-active approach to work. You will understand the importance of delivering exceptional supporter care and working as part of a team to deliver events.
Key accountabilities
- Be the first point of contact with the Events and Community team, overseeing a shared inbox
- Review and process marathon applications in a timely manner, keeping records up to date
- Maintain accurate participant records within the CRM database.
- Responsible for responding to participant enquiries and provide excellent supporter care.
- Monitoring and maintain accurate fundraising records, including coding income
- Coordinate administrative processes to support event delivery.
- Support planning and implementation of race week logistics.
- Build strong working relationships with other members of the Events and Community team and the wider Fundraising team

You will support the development and delivery of a varied and ambitious fundraising programme. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with experience in fundraising, charity events, or income generation who is looking to take the next step in their career.
You will be responsible for delivering a programme of income generation and engagement events, helping to grow support and raise awareness of Head to Toe, and the support that we provide CPFT NHS services across the region. The Head of Public Fundraising is a new role at Coeliac UK leading the charity’s public fundraising function. The role focusses on driving sustainable growth across individual giving, community fundraising, events, lottery, raffle, digital fundraising and merchandise. This role is responsible for delivering Coeliac UK’s 5-year fundraising strategy to maximise return-on-investment, grow long term supporter value, and contribute to the charity’s mission.
The Head of Public Fundraising will embed and deliver comprehensive fundraising strategies, growing Coeliac UK’s supporter base and income, building up new and under-developed income streams and communicating effectively with their audiences to expand their reach, and encourage financial and non-financial support to deliver the organisations mission.
Who are we looking for?
Key to the success of this role is a strong understanding of individual giving fundraising. This role blends the strategic oversight and leadership of a Head of role across multiple income streams, with the hands-on expertise of an IG fundraiser. Experience across other income streams and areas of fundraising delivery would be a huge benefit as the role leads community fundraising and events, will take on digital fundraising - currently led by the Chief Engagement Officer, as well as manage the data and supporter care functions, but experience in individual giving is essential as Coeliac UK has defined that as an area of priority income. We have an exciting opportunity to build upon and grow our fundraising success to date, in the role ofFundraising and Grants Manager. We are seeking an experienced fundraising professional, with the drive and determination to manage all aspects of our fundraising function.
AAFDA is currently funded by statutory bodies, trusts and foundations, corporates, events and individuals. Under your management, you will identify, cultivate and grow these existing and new fundraising streams.As AAFDA’s Fundraising and Grants Manager, you will be responsible for oversight and growth of voluntary and statutory funding income, including from individuals (regular and one-off gifts, major donors and legacy giving), community groups, trusts and foundations, corporates, the statutory sector (including Police and Crime Commissioners) and other benefactors. Starting from a strong foundation with multiple opportunities for growth, you will lead on the delivery of our ambitious, multi-year, multi-disciplinary fundraising strategy with an annual fundraising plan agreed with senior management. With keen funder and customer awareness, you will regularly monitor and review both the plan and the strategy, in addition to working closely with our Finance Manager to manage diverse income streams and achieve income targets to fund AAFDA’s unique support and advocacy work with families bereaved by fatal domestic abuse.
