We have an exciting opportunity to join our team in East Sussex who support Young Carers, aged 5-18 years, who have caring responsibilities for someone in their family due to disability, long-term illness, mental health, or drug or alcohol misuse.
You will manage an existing caseload and new referrals, meeting with families and Young Carers to complete statutory assessments and providing short-term interventions that support Young Carers to improve their resilience, educational chances and wellbeing. This might be signposting to local services, action planning, one-to-one support, or our workshop programme.
Working closely with schools and Childrens Services, you will make referrals to a range of professionals and community services, ensuring whole family needs are met, and thereby reducing the impact of caring on the Young Carer.
As a CYP Coordinator, you will plan and deliver workshop sessions and activities, providing opportunities for Young Carers to spend time with their peers and recognise that they are not alone.
This is a full-time role delivering the service across Hastings & Rother and includes working occasionally at our Lamberhurst office. Some early evenings required. Own car essential.

About the role:
We are looking to appoint a Family Support Worker on a full-time basis (35 hours per week), to deliver a high-quality family support service as part of our Greater Manchester Care Team.
Reporting to the Family Support Manager of the Greater Manchester Care Team and working in partnership with health, education and social care professionals, you will take responsibility for providing needs-led emotional, social and practical support to families where a child/young person has a life threatening or terminal illness.

Purpose of the Role
The Administrator / Finance Officer plays a key role in the smooth running of One Newham. The postholder will provide reliable financial administration, maintain accurate records, support budgeting and reporting cycles, and ensure effective office and administrative systems are in place, with a strong emphasis on finance.

Essential Experience and Knowledge
• Experience in a finance-focused administrative role, ideally in a charity or small organisation.

The British Academy – the UK’s national body for the humanities and social sciences - is seeking a Regional Manager to join our friendly and collaborative team in the Research Directorate, providing key support in the delivery of the Early Career Researcher Network.
The ECRN Regional Manager will work closely with the Head of ECRN to oversee the day-to-day operations and logistics of the Network. This includes line management of three Regional Coordinators, as well as supporting budget oversight and financial management across all regional activities.
You will contribute to the development and implementation of efficient working systems, policies, and processes, and collaborate with the Head of ECRN to identify and resolve operational challenges as they arise.
A core responsibility of the role is to lead on the delivery and coordination of ECRN activities. We're hiring a Recovery Worker to join our team based in Ealing. In this role, you will support adults experiencing loneliness, isolation, and mental health challenges and providing pathways, support, and appropriate interventions that will enable successful resettlements, and deliver to achieve safer, integrated communities for our stakeholders. Marron House has 18 bed spaces and we provide personalised support around daily living skills such as budgeting, shopping, cooking, reminders to take medication and developing a structured weekly routine.
As a Recovery Worker, you will identify individual resident needs, and provide person centred, tailored support to residents to help them overcome their personal challenges and achieve their goals. You will do this through a combination of producing tailored support plans, activities, and partnership working. You will support us continue to work in a trauma informed way, and create a psychologically informed environment, which supports us in creating a safe, respectful, and responsive environment which puts our people and communities at the forefront. About MAP
Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) works for the health and dignity of Palestinians living under occupation and as refugees. For more than 40 years, we have been delivering essential health and medical care to those most affected by conflict, displacement and occupation in the occupied Palestinian territory (oPt) and Lebanon.
We are now responding to the largest emergency in our history. Over the last two years, tens of thousands of new supporters have joined MAP. We work to raise Palestinian voices and work to secure their rights to health and dignity.
About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for somebody passionate about MAP’s work with a keen eye for detail, looking to enhance their data processing skills, to play a key role in maintaining MAP’s Dynamics 365 CRM system through a period of significant development. With Dynamics 365 introduced in 2024, the Supporter Database Officer will support the Charity with vital data imports. The postholder will work with a wide variety of data types with varied requirements including, but not limited to individuals, corporates, trusts, foundations, volunteers, campaigners, institutional donors, community groups, and challenge event participants. To enable this, they will work closely with the Supporter Care Team, Finance Team, wider Fundraising team and other internal stakeholders at MAP.
The management of financial data will feature prominently in the day-to-day responsibilities of the potholder. Collaborating with MAP’s Finance team, third party payment providers and external suppliers, the postholder will support the secure and efficient processing of payments data. The postholder is responsible for supporting complex data imports, applying accurate coding, and supporting financial reconciliation to monthly deadlines.
The Supporter Database Officer will work closely alongside the Senior Supporter Database Officer and Supporter Database Manager. In addition, they will support the work of the Performance & Insights team within the Fundraising team and the technical CRM lead in the Technology team.
Key Responsibilities
The Supporter Database Officer is responsible for supporting the effective operation of MAP’s Dynamics 365 CRM system, with a particular focus on data imports, income processing and data quality. The role involves carrying out regular and complex data imports from payment providers, response handling agencies and internal teams, ensuring secure data handling and adherence to established processes. The postholder supports ongoing improvements to import procedures and contributes to maintaining clear documentation.
A significant part of the role involves supporting accurate and timely income processing. Working closely with the Finance team, the postholder applies correct coding to income, assists with daily and monthly reconciliation processes, investigates discrepancies across systems and helps maintain appropriate audit trails and financial controls.

Purpose of the role:
The Energy Advice Coordinator will provide essential advice to people affected by spinal cord injury who are struggling with, or at risk of fuel poverty, helping them to improve their situation while recognising and responding to the unique challenges that spinal cord injury can bring. They will manage a caseload offering practical solutions, whilst developing referral pathways to connect them with relevant services to improve their energy efficiency and reduce their fuel costs.
The role will also lead the development of knowledge and skills across Back Ups’ staff and volunteer teams, developing easy to use resources and an understanding of when and how to escalate cases for more in-depth advice.
