About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant and Business Coordinator to provide high-level administrative, organisational and governance support to the Director of Membership, Media and Development (MMD) and the wider directorate.
This is a varied and impactful role at the heart of a busy, member‑focused organisation. You will work closely with senior leaders, board members, committees, and cross‑functional teams to support the delivery of key strategic objectives.

About You
You will bring proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Business Coordinator, with strong capability in supporting senior leaders and committees. You will have excellent organisational and communication skills, the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure, and a high level of attention to detail with strong written skills.
You will be confident working both independently and collaboratively, with experience drafting formal correspondence and minutes. An understanding of GDPR, confidentiality and EDI principles is essential, along with strong MS Office skills across Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint. Experience within a membership body or medical education environment is desirable, and you will be educated to degree level or have equivalent relevant experience.

Be Free Campaign is a youth-led mental health charity dedicated to platforming the lived experiences of young people to destigmatise early and preventive mental health support seeking.
We work with young people across Merseyside and Manchester through schools, community spaces and events, reaching thousands of young people annually. Through our core 6 programmes, young people learn how to engage and connect with support to help them take control of their health and futures.

Role purpose
The Young People’s Equity and Inclusion Officer will work to improve how mental health support includes and serves racially and otherwise marginalised young people aged 11 to 25 in Liverpool. The role focuses on generating insight, co‑producing solutions, and supporting practical changes so that support is more culturally safe, accessible, and relevant.
This is a non‑clinical role centred on outcomes rather than casework. The post holder will coordinate engagement activity, gather and interpret learning, and work with partners to turn that learning into clear tools, pilots, and recommendations for change.

Youth Focus West Midlands (YFWM) is looking for a Regional Development Lead to work as part of the Network of Regional Youth Work Units to build an inclusive and equitable approach to youth voice and youth engagement, ensuring the most marginalised and under-represented young people have their voices heard and acted upon across the UK.

We very much hope that All Saints’ Hall becomes a busy hub, and it is envisaged that the Venue Manager will build relationships with suppliers, cleaning and security contractors and other assistance (including opening and closing) for times and events where that is appropriate.

Main Responsibilities
Marketing
- Developing and successfully executing a marketing strategy for the venue, building relationships with potential hirers and community groups.
- Managing the All Saints’ Hall website and developing a social media presence.
- Managing the launch of the redeveloped hall for maximum impact.
- Growing the reputation of the venue for high quality hire locally and more widely.
Business Development
- Growing and developing relationships with both event and longer-term hirers.
- Networking in the local community to raise the profile of the venue.
- Building relationships with approved caterers and other event conduits.
- Working with other staff to build meaningful community partnerships relating to venue usage and hire, to further All Saints Church’s mission and ministry.
- Communicate and liaise with the Hall Marketing and Operations Committee, making best use of members’ experience and expertise.
Venue Hire
- Managing the tensions of seeking to ensure the venue is used for social action and outreach, community use and event hires.
- Increasing income for usage and hire wherever possible.
- Maximising usage of the whole building (main hall, meeting rooms and gallery).
- Being creative in attracting long-term hirers.
- Being entrepreneurial in working with those planning events to facilitate a good quality experience.
- Managing invoicing.
Building Management
- Ensuring that the venue complies with all health and safety regulations, policies and procedures.
- Being responsible for risk assessments for use of the venue and for events taking place.
- Managing the cleaning of the venue and turnaround after different hires/events.
- Managing service contracts.
- Working closely with the property manager to manage maintenance requirements and building works.
General
- Financial budget management.
- Participation in staff meetings, regular supervision meetings with line manager and All Saints’ performance and development process.

Role purpose
Adoption UK is undertaking a major digital transformation, initially focused on CRM and Website developments. Our Digital Transformation Team will drive this change programme, working with colleagues and external digital partners; and subsequently deliver our on-going digital strategy implementation and development.
You will support the Digital Transformation Lead to refine and implement Adoption UK’s digital strategy, to deliver our digital transformation project. Working with internal and external stakeholders the team will ensure that the project’s vision and scope meet the business and operational needs of the charity. As an Assistant Community Shop Manager (ACSM) for St Giles Hospice you will take lead when the Community Shop Manager is away, ensuring smooth operations and delivering excellent customer service. You’ll be empowered to make decisions locally whilst working within a supportive framework, working within and for your local community ensuring that engagement and support is understood and promoted.
You’ll have excellent leadership skills and want to be part of a successful team. Ideally, you’ll have previous fashion retail experience with the ability to manage and lead the store in the absence of the Community Shop Manager (CSM).
Reporting into the CSM and working closely with the Retail Regional Manager you will aid in supporting your store to run efficiently and deliver a positive financial contribution to the Hospice.
The estate includes 26 shops and e-commerce operation with a turnover of approx. £3.5million which supports the overall income generation strategy.
