We’re looking for a Digital Advertising Officer to deliver paid digital marketing campaigns, helping spread the word about Dogs Trust.
What does this role do?
As Digital Advertising Officer, you will:
- manage campaigns throughout the full lifecycle, from briefing with our media agency, to building and developing creative assets and copy, with a particular focus on paid social campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads,
- optimise and test campaigns, using platform data and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to track KPIs, interpret performance, and provide actionable, data-driven recommendations to maximise impact,

The Sick Children's Trust is the charity that provides a welcoming 'Home from Home' where families with a sick child in hospital can stay. But we're more than bricks and mortar, our friendly, caring staff are there to support families when they really need it.
Hospital can be a lonely and scary place for anyone, but especially a child. Providing around 3,200 families a year with somewhere to stay together just minutes from the hospital means that they can be by their sick child's side and have one less thing to worry about.
The Role
This is a varied and rewarding fundraising management role, focused on developing and delivering an ambitious community and events fundraising programme that generates sustainable income, increases awareness of our work and builds long-term supporter relationships.
You will lead the development of community fundraising across the UK, supporting and inspiring individuals, families, schools, community groups, volunteers and local businesses to raise funds for the charity. At the same time, you will manage a portfolio of challenge and special events, ensuring excellent supporter experiences and strong financial returns.
You will oversee key events including our Carol Service, Supper Club and Golf Day, while also growing participation in challenge events such as the London Marathon, half marathons, walks, cycling events and other fundraising activities. As a Principal Philanthropy Lead, you’ll join the Philanthropy leadership team, lead a team of eight colleagues including three Senior Managers, personally secure significant philanthropic investment and act as a deputy to the Head of Philanthropy.
Principal Philanthropy Lead – Best Chance will lead philanthropy across pioneering medical research, innovation and new treatments, as well as our growing US Giving programme. The role will help shape our next major fundraising campaign, significantly increasing our ambition for philanthropic investment in research and innovation. It will also offer senior leadership for Fundraising Research, our prospecting, insight and due diligence service across Relationship Fundraising.
Principal Philanthropy Lead – Best Childhood will lead philanthropy across our hospital environment, capital infrastructure and patient and family experience, including senior leadership of the final phase of our £300m Build It. Beat It. appeal and the transition towards our next major campaign. The role will also offer senior leadership for Stewardship across Relationship Fundraising, supporting exceptional supporter experiences, impact reporting, recognition and engagement.
Salary
The salary for these positions is £71,831 per annum.
In line with our EDI strategy and Total Reward policy, we calculate our salaries based on benchmarking data across the charity sector. To ensure fairness for existing staff and new joiners, we do not offer salaries above the advertised rate.
We operate a hybrid working policy of a minimum of 2 days per week in the office with Monday as the fixed in-person Philanthropy team day.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead philanthropy fundraising across Best Chance or Best Childhood, shaping strategy and securing transformational support for GOSH Charity’s most ambitious priorities.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Significant experience leading philanthropy, major gifts or principal gifts fundraising, with a proven track record of income growth and securing seven-figure+ gifts.
- Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills, with experience engaging philanthropists, high-net-worth individuals, trusts and foundations, senior volunteers and executive stakeholders.
- Strong strategic and people leadership, with experience developing high-performing teams and translating organisational priorities into ambitious fundraising plans.
- Experience managing and soliciting a portfolio of high-value donors and prospects, alongside strong judgement, resilience and the ability to lead through complexity and change.

Purpose of the role:
The Kinship Navigator provides intensive, time-limited support to kinship carers through the Kinship Connected programme, a structured six-month intervention designed to help kinship families stabilise placements and access the support they need.
Working directly with kinship carers in West Dunbartonshire, you will build trusting relationships while completing structured assessments, goal setting and reviews to help families strengthen their support networks and navigate services such as children’s social care, education, health and community support.
This is a community-facing role, working from Y Sort It’s offices and directly in kinship carers’ homes and community spaces. You will work alongside Y Sort It’s Intandem mentors to ensure that both carers and the children they care for receive coordinated, complementary support.
Accurate recording of your work is essential to enable Kinship and Inspiring Scotland to understand what is working, demonstrate impact and learn from this pioneering pilot.
Direct support
You will provide intensive one-to-one support to kinship carers for up to six months, working within the delivery approach set out in the Kinship Connected Service Manual. You will also establish and facilitate a monthly support group for kinship carers in West Dunbartonshire.
This may include:
- Providing emotional and practical support to kinship carers.
- Completing structured needs assessments, SMART goal setting and regular reviews with kinship carers.
- Advocating for kinship carers in meetings with professionals where appropriate.
- Establishing and facilitating a monthly support group for kinship carers in the local area.
- Mapping local services and building relationships with organisations that can provide specialist support, training or activities for kinship families in West Dunbartonshire.
- Liaising with schools, local authorities and other professionals to coordinate support around families.
- Supporting kinship carers with challenges relating to the child(ren) in their kinship care.
- Signposting to relevant services, support organisations and Kinship training opportunities.
- Referring children in kinship care to Y Sort It’s Intandem mentoring programme where appropriate.
- Coordinating celebration and family events (including in Kinship Care Week).
- Supporting applications for grants for essential items or family breaks.
Partnership working with Y Sort It and Inspiring Scotland
- Work closely and collaboratively with Y Sort It colleagues on a day-to-day basis, building a strong co-location relationship that benefits kinship families.
- Develop and maintain clear cross-referral pathways between Kinship Connected and Y Sort It’s Intandem mentoring programme.
- Contribute to joint learning and shared reflection about how the whole-family model is working and what outcomes are being achieved for both carers and children.
- Represent Kinship professionally in all interactions with Y Sort It, Inspiring Scotland and other local partners.
- Participate in any joint reporting, learning or evaluation activities required by Inspiring Scotland.
Collaboration and wider partnership working
- Build constructive relationships with West Dunbartonshire Council and other statutory and voluntary sector partners to support awareness of the programme and effective referral pathways.

Safeguarding and risk management
Kinship has a robust safeguarding structure. You will be supported by a Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) and Designated Deputy Safeguarding Leads (DDSL). In line with this policy, and mindful of the Scottish legislative and practice context, you will:
- Recognise, report, record, respond and refer safeguarding risks via our safeguarding process with the support of the safeguarding team.

About the team
The Philanthropy Team raises income for Impetus and for Impetus partner charities. The team consists of 15 staff. Impetus has an annual income of c.£11 million which we are looking to grow significantly within the next few years. The team is led by two Directors of Philanthropy and Partnerships.
The Philanthropy Team works with major donors, corporates and grant making trusts, as well as collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation to ensure we make a compelling case to generate new financial commitments and wider support for our work. The team also deliver a high-quality engagement programme of volunteering and pro bono for Impetus’s corporate supporters.
Impetus is driven by a shared belief in tackling the barriers that hold back young people from disadvantaged backgrounds in education and employment. Alongside investing extensive financial and non-financial support in our charity partners through our Investment Team we also seek to influence decision makers to design and implement evidence led policy and direct new resources to get young people the support they need through our Public Affairs team. About this role
The Development Director (Philanthropy) provides strategic leadership across Impetus’ philanthropy and stewardship portfolio, with responsibility for relationship management, renewal, growth and selected new business activity. The postholder will work with high-value funders, including corporate partners, trusts and foundations, and high-net-worth individuals.
In 25/26, the Philanthropy and Partnerships team generated £11m in philanthropic income, alongside £2.8m in pro bono contributions. The Development Director will play a key role in delivering Impetus’ growth ambitions, supporting the increase in philanthropic income to £14m by 2029.
Working closely with the Directors of Philanthropy and Partnerships, the role will translate the fundraising strategy into clear stewardship, renewal, relationship-growth and selected new business plans, ensuring strong donor retention, high-quality engagement and sustainable growth in high-value income.
Working closely with the Director of Philanthropy and Partnerships, the postholder will oversee the donor lifecycle across the philanthropy portfolio, with particular focus on strategic stewardship, renewal, relationship growth and the effective transition of selected prospects into long-term donor relationships. They will personally lead and support significant six and seven-figure donor relationships and selected funding opportunities, while working with colleagues to ensure the philanthropy pipeline, stewardship plans and account management disciplines are strong.
Working collaboratively across the Philanthropy and Partnerships team and with colleagues across the organisation, the Development Director will ensure a joined-up approach to donor stewardship, renewal, relationship growth and selected donor acquisition, maximising income, partnership value and long-term impact within the agreed fundraising strategy.
Key responsibilities
Strategic Relationship Management & Growth
- Own and oversee strategically significant donor and partner relationships at six and seven-figure levels, ensuring high levels of retention, satisfaction, trust, income growth and long-term value.
- Set and embed best practice stewardship standards, ensuring donors receive timely, consistent, high-quality and relevant engagement and communications throughout their relationship with Impetus.
- Work closely with the wider team to ensure a smooth transition between new business, and long-term stewardship.

The Policy, Public Affairs and Campaigns team of five works alongside people with lived experience, our campaigners, supporters and volunteers to push for the public policy and legal changes that will help us achieve our vision. What you'll be doing:
You'll lead our public affairs and advocacy campaigns work focused on influencing decision-makers and driving advocacy campaigns.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing our advocacy campaigning activity across England and line managing the Public Affairs and Campaigns Officer, ensuring that our advocacy campaigns are rooted in lived experience, and that our supporters have a positive ongoing experience.
- Leading the implementation of our public affairs and campaign strategies to achieve change on Samaritan’s key influencing priorities
- Identifying, creating, and evaluating opportunities and mechanisms to increase political engagement and persuade decision makers to take positive action on suicide prevention
- Identifying, cultivating and maintaining excellent relationships across the UK parliament and key political decision makers.
- Working across the charity to connect all of our relevant work to Parliamentary audiences, including support for Samaritans branches and volunteers on public affairs activities
- You’ll play a pivotal role in leading our efforts to drive meaningful change to help prevent suicide.
What you’ll bring:
- Great people skills with the ability to turn contacts into action
- Proven experience in successfully influencing within the UK Parliament
- Experience of leading effective advocacy campaigns and trialling new and exciting campaign tactics
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively

As an Organisational Change & Development Consultant, you'll play a key role in delivering people, culture, talent, organisational design and development projects that support the British Heart Foundation's People Power. Working within the Talent &
Organisational Development team, you'll partner with change specialists, learning technologists and learning and development professionals to drive meaningful organisational change.
Reporting to the Head of Organisational Change, you'll provide project and consultancy support across the Organisational Change and Talent & Leadership teams. You'll work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify challenges, develop evidence-based solutions and deliver initiatives that support organisational priorities.
You'll lead projects and workstreams, develop change, communication and training plans, support organisational design activity and use research, insight and stakeholder feedback to drive successful outcomes. You'll also contribute to business reporting, project evaluations and wider Talent & Organisational Development programmes and events.
About You
As our ideal candidate, you'll have:
- Knowledge of consulting skills, project management and organisational change principles.
- Experience managing multiple projects and supporting organisational change, development or design initiatives.
- Experience working within a Learning, Talent or Organisational Development environment.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and influencing skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
- Excellent written communication, presentation and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use insight and data to inform decision-making.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach, with the confidence to take initiative and embrace new ways of working.
- The ability to apply behavioural insight to support people development and organisational change.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
A qualification in HR, Learning, Organisational Development or Organisational Change would be advantageous, as would knowledge of organisational design principles and processes.

Working arrangements
This is a project-specific fixed-term contract for 9-12 months, created to deliver the change and communications for our strategic programme to transform BHF into a skills-powered organisation.
This is a hybrid role, where your work will be split between your home and at least one day per week, on average, in our London Office. This may vary from time to time, so you will need to work in a flexible way to unlock your best work for our cause.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Social Prescribing Team Lead to oversee the delivery and ongoing development of Bexley's Social Prescribing Service. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team supporting residents to improve their health, wellbeing and independence through access to community-based support.
As Team Lead, you will provide operational leadership to a team of Community Wellbeing Coordinators, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support for residents. You will work closely with GP practices, NHS partners, commissioners, local authority teams and voluntary sector organisations to strengthen partnerships, identify emerging community needs and support service improvement across the borough.
This role combines leadership, partnership working, quality assurance and performance management responsibilities with a small resident-facing caseload.
We are looking for someone with:
