As Healthcare Improvement Officer, you’ll play a central role in making sure our programmes run smoothly and have maximum impact. You’ll oversee on the logistics and delivery of events across the UK and online, from our Clinical Champions Programme and Clinical Advisory Group meetings to our annual healthcare professional conference. You’ll also oversee recruitment for programmes, manage databases and monitoring systems, and handle financial processes such as invoices and purchase orders, ensuring everything is delivered on time and to a high standard.
Your work will range from planning and scheduling programmes, to procuring resources, preparing materials and helping to facilitate sessions so that participants are fully supported in their learning. You’ll also contribute to quality improvement project development and coordination, working with teams across Prostate Cancer UK to share good practice and expand the reach of our initiatives.

What we want from you
We’re looking for someone who’s highly organised, comfortable working with people and able to keep several projects moving at once. Strong communication skills are essential, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt your style to suit different audiences, from clinicians to colleagues across the organisation.
You’ll bring experience in event planning and support, along with project coordination, and you’ll be comfortable managing webpages and creating online content. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with a range of stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, colleagues and senior leaders, so collaboration will be second nature to you.
An understanding of the healthcare and/or charity sectors will be valuable, as will experience in presenting and facilitating discussions. You’ll also need excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively when things get busy.

- Work closely with the Revitalise Trust Fundraising Team, HTB Finance, HTB Giving and cross-entity colleagues to coordinate donor information and opportunities.
- Engage with the Impact Team and Systems Provider/IT to support data integrity and reporting.
- Attend relevant fundraising, giving and GDPR meetings to ensure alignment across the group.
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven fundraising or income‑generation experience, with strong financial awareness and confidence in meeting personal targets and contributing to wider team KPIs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write clear, persuasive briefs and build effective relationships with donors and internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly organised, proactive and detail‑focused, able to prioritise multiple deadlines, manage several projects simultaneously, and offer practical, solutions‑driven thinking.
- Experienced in improving organisational processes to increase efficiency, and confident working collaboratively with multi‑level stakeholders to deliver strategic aims.
- Strong technical competence, including experience with donor management systems (e.g. Raiser’s Edge or equivalent), CRM databases, MS Office and related applications.

One Million Mentors (1MM) is looking for an ambitious and relationship‑driven Regional Manager to lead our work across Greater London. You’ll play a central role in expanding our impact, building powerful partnerships, and ensuring young people across the city access high‑quality mentoring opportunities.
What you’ll do
- Establish 100 new, high‑quality mentoring matches each quarter, ensuring mentors and mentees are trained and meeting.
- Meet all quality assurance KPIs and uphold 1MM’s commitment to rigour and good governance.
- Lead the expansion of 1MM across Greater London, securing partnerships with employers, volunteer platforms, schools, colleges, charities, employment programmes, Local Councils and third‑sector networks.
- Digitally match mentoring pairs using the 1MM Platform, supporting users and maintaining accurate programme administration.
- Recruit at least 10 new youth partners each quarter to sustain programme growth.
- Provide clear, regular reporting on progress and performance.
- Contribute to a positive, high‑performance culture, with potential for line‑management responsibilities as the team grows.

What you’ll do
Joining our small, high-energy team, you’ll play a key role growing our newest partner base and supporting primary school partners to make the most of the Unifrog platform and resources. Excellent customer service is at the heart of what we do, and you’ll make sure that all interactions with Unifrog are positive and successful.
Your key responsibilities:
Sell Unifrog subscriptions to primary schools

Design and deliver impactful prospecting campaigns and marketing collateral aimed at engaging potential new partners, tracking campaign performance and continually improving your approach to secure demonstrations and drive partnership growth.

Meet with potential partners on video calls (and sometimes in-person). Understand their priorities, demonstrate the Unifrog platform and resources, and secure their subscription.

Identify and attend conferences and events to promote Unifrog to primary school audiences, while networking and cultivating relationships for future partnership opportunities.

Develop a sound awareness of Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG) and the PSHE Association Framework within the UK. You’ll need this to confidently navigate conversations with relevant contacts at primary schools.
Support primary school partners to make the most of Unifrog

Set up new partner schools for success. Help them to embed Unifrog across their staff, student and parent community. You’ll deliver an initial staff training session then provide ad-hoc support.

Proactively work to foster a sense of community amongst our primary school partners and think of ways to promote the sharing and embedding of Unifrog best practice between partners.

Achieve sky-high resubscription rates by securing partner renewals when their subscriptions come to an end.
