The Director of Place, Programmes and Delivery provides strategic leadership and operational oversight of the charity’s programmes and projects, including our Place Expansion work, ensuring they are high-quality, impactful, and aligned with the organisation’s mission and values. The role is responsible for translating strategic objectives into effective delivery, embedding learning and improvement, and ensuring programmes are sustainable, inclusive, and responsive to the needs of funders.

Being the senior leader responsible for our Place Expansion work will be a substantial part of this role. Place-based working in this sector is still emerging and operates within complex local systems, requiring the ability to navigate, influence and align a wide range of partners, often with different priorities, accountabilities and constraints.
You will also be the lead senior officer responsible for Safeguarding.
As a member of the senior leadership team, the Director of Programmes, Delivery and Place contributes to organisational strategy, resource planning, and organisational culture. You will also regularly attend Board meetings and Sub-Committee meetings as required.

About the Role
The Supervising Solicitor for Community Care – Legal Aid is a key role in shaping and strengthening Release’s legal services. About Tadamon
Since the start of the genocide in Gaza, more than 1,300 Palestinians have arrived in Britain, with many hundreds more expected over the coming months and years. Some have arrived via boats and others as students or visitors unable to return home and forced to apply for asylum. Added to this are increasing numbers of students, injured children and their families who have been evacuated directly from Gaza to Britain.
Upon arrival they in dire need of support, but often instead find a hostile environment and a charitable sector decimated by legal aid cuts and with limited capacity to assist them. The support that is available has been provided on an ad hoc basis by the Palestinian community and other migrant and faith organisations.
Tadamon aims to formalise much of this ad hoc support, by extending more structured provisions for supporting the Palestinian community in Britain – particularly newly arrived Palestinian refugees and those from Gaza – through casework, community services, access to legal resources, advice and advocacy, mental health support, cultural connection, employment, language and skills training.
Purpose of the Role
Tadamon is seeking an experienced and compassionate Community Caseworker to join our small and growing team.
The postholder will work directly with Palestinian new arrivals, including asylum seekers, refugees, students unable to return home and evacuees from Gaza. Many of our community members are navigating trauma, loss, displacement and complex immigration processes.

About the role: Transform Justice is seeking a research and policy officer to play a vital role supporting its work for a better justice system. This role will support a range of projects including the next round of our innovative courtwatching project, and our work to reduce the pre-trial imprisonment of children.

Job Title: Duty Independent Gender Violence Advocate (Duty IGVA)
Location: The Gaia Centre (Lambeth, London)

We are recruiting for a Duty Independent Gender Violence Advocate (IGVA) who will be working closely with survivors of domestic, and other gender-based abuse to provide high quality independent support, guidance and advice to survivors across all risk levels and their children.
In this role the Duty IGVA is a part of a busy team. The Duty IGVA will be the first point of contact for survivors who have been referred to the Gaia Centre by other professionals. The Duty IGVA also will be responsible for processing any self-referrals of individuals contacting the service and wishing to access support. The Duty IGVA will be responsible for responding to daily enquiries from partnership agencies, public and impacted individuals over the phone and email.
In some circumstances the Duty IGVA will be contacting survivors directly to assess their level of risk and needs to ensure eligibility. The Duty IGVA will be responsible for carrying out and implementing safety plans and needs assessments. The Duty IGVA will ensure an effective handover of the case to the relevant team for ongoing support.
The Duty IGVA will empower survivors by providing them with emotional, practical and personal welfare support. The Duty IGVA will ensure that survivors are provided with a safe, supportive and welcoming environment, enabling them to access their rights, make decisions and increase their life options. The job involves working within a multi-agency framework consisting of the MARAC and local partnership protocols and procedures that prioritise the safety of survivors.
The job involves informing survivors of the full range of civil, criminal and practical options that might increase their safety. The jobalso involves working in a fast-paced environment.

Premier, Europe’s largest Christian Media organisation, is seeking a Junior Marketing Executive to join our Brand and Marketing Innovation team to support and coordinate marketing activity across all of Premier’s brands, products and services.
You’ll play a vital role in supporting our mission to connect people with God through media. You’ll be responsible for assisting in the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across a variety of channels, while providing project management and administrative support to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively, on brief, on budget, and on time.
This is a varied and fast-paced role offering exposure to a broad range of marketing activities across digital, content, events, sales, and brand marketing. No two days will be the same, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a well-rounded career in marketing and gain hands-on experience across multiple disciplines.
The successful candidate will bring a proactive attitude, strong organisational skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while building strong working relationships across the organisation and with external suppliers.
Role Overview
Campaign & Project Co-ordination: You will coordinate and support the planning, scheduling and delivery of marketing campaigns and events across Premier’s brands ensuring collaboration between departments, maintaining accurate records and contributing to creative planning sessions.
Content & Creative Coordination: You’ll produce, proofread and edit marketing copy for various channels, oversee the development of campaign assets and radio advertisements, and ensure all communications are consistent with premier’s brand identity.
Event Marketing & Delivery: Provide marketing support for events by creatingcollateral, managing communications and registrations, coordinating volunteers, maintaining financial records, and offering on-site event support.
Stakeholder & Supplier Management: Liaise with internal teams and external partners to coordinate campaigns, sponsorships and events, and manage relationships with third-party suppliers to deliver marketing objectives.
Administration & Reporting: Manage advertising schedules, track marketing materials and inventory, administer purchase orders and invoices, and support campaign evaluation through data analysis and reporting.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Participate in regular meetings with teams across the organisation to align promotional activities, campaign priorities, and upcoming initiatives.
