About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Content Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. You’ll lead on all content across the organisation, including two blogs (our Career Advice blog for candidates and our Recruiter Insights blog for recruiters), our email and e-newsletter copy, sales collateral, product messaging, PR campaigns and anything else needing an expert editorial eye.
Annual leave: 25 days (+ bank holidays)
Reporting line: you’ll report to the Marketing Director and be part of the Marketing team.

ROLE PURPOSE

The role includes a blend of structured employability support, responsive frontline 121 work combined with corporate partnership skills. This role will work directly with Freedom Trainees and Mustard Tree clients, supporting walk-ins, referrals, and longer-term participants. Job Title: Refuge Worker
Location: This is an onsite role, located within the London Borough of Hounslow, there may be a requirement to occasionally work in the London Borough of Hillingdon.
Salary: £17,314,27 per annum (Inclusive of London Weighting, which may not be applicable depending on your home location)

About the Service
The Complex Needs Housing Service works as a multi-disciplinary team with housing teams and Drug and Alcohol Services across District and Borough councils. These teams will be working with individuals who are presenting as homeless and have a number of Complex Needs. The service has been running since 2022 with a dual-district model, however, is now expanding to offer a single district outreach service.
