Working on our Health Charity Partnership (HCP) with counterparts at the British Heart Foundation, and Cancer Research UK, this award winning, UK-wide partnership aims to improve the health of the nation using the retailer’s reach and influence.
You will be responsible for leading and delivering income generation, project managing strategic activities, and delivering against shared and charity specific goals. Role description:
This role works very closely with colleagues across multiple internal teams including our Clinical Team (working with a Health Lead), our Marketing team (including Social Media Manager, Senior Marketing Manager, and Brand and Creative colleagues) and our Policy Team. This role will need to be well networked across teams including Nations and Regions teams and Strategy and Planning.
Externally, this role will work closely with peers at the British Heart Foundation, and Cancer Research UK. The role will also work with colleagues at Tesco, which will also include their PR and communications agencies.
You will also play an active role in driving and supporting best practice across the team and charity and will also contribute to cross-team projects and other tasks as required.
The ideal candidate:
The ideal candidate will have account management experience with a track record of delivering six and seven-figure strategic partnerships either within a charity or corporate setting. Good time management and organisational skills are required to manage a busy and diverse workload. You’ll need strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and negotiate effectively with a range of stakeholders at all levels of seniority. Using your excellent communication skills, you will be able to convey ideas succinctly and persuasively to create impactful proposals and other communications.
You’ll have good understanding of commercial principles, understand what drives businesses, and how to lead and deliver multi-stream income generation that are mutually beneficial through partnership. The role will involve extensive travel within Britain as part of building your profile and that of the organisation with central and devolved government in Scotland and Wales, and increasingly with the devolved regions of England.
There is flexibility on location given the requirement to travel and that your office will be home-based. You will need to travel to in-person quarterly team meetings (usually in London or West Yorkshire) and to Board meetings which alternate between online and London. It is expected that travel will be by public transport and easy access to the rail network is therefore required to ensure journeys can be made sustainably.
This is a full-time position, 37 hours per week. We use a flexi-time system with core hours 10am-3pm, and are committed to being a flexible, supportive and understanding employer. This is a permanent position with a probationary period of six months.

Working across departments, you’ll embed a collaborative and insight-led approach to donor retention and supporter experience.

What is the Role?
This is a fixed-term maternity cover opportunity for a Partnerships Account Manager. Dataro are looking for a Customer Success Manager to help grow their presence across the UK charity sector. This is a role focussed on providing excellent client satisfaction to the post holders UK and Europe based charity and not for profit portfolio. We’re looking for a dedicated and organised Community Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day management of one of our homeownership over 55s housing communities. What you’ll do
As a Community Manager, you’ll support new residents to settle in, provide information about the scheme, and promote health and safety through regular checks. You’ll manage onsite contractors, oversee repairs, and maintain accurate records of expenditure and income. You’ll process purchase orders, handle administration, and manage communal facilities. You’ll also work closely with Residents’ Committees, attend meetings, and liaise with statutory and voluntary organisations to signpost residents to additional support. We are looking for a Finance Systems Manager to lead how our finance systems support the organisation now and into the future. This role focuses on developing a systems roadmap, optimising our technology to ensure systems are efficient, well integrated and support strong financial processes.
You will bring a solid understanding of finance alongside experience of managing or implementing finance systems. Taking a systems-led approach, you will look at how processes can be improved, automated and better connected, while also being comfortable taking a hands-on role in system configuration, troubleshooting and day-to-day support when needed.
You will work closely with colleagues across Finance, IT and the wider organisation, using data and insight to improve reporting, data quality and efficiency. Experience with cloud-based systems, data warehouse environments and modern reporting tools would be beneficial, but we are open to different system backgrounds.
We’re looking for someone who combines strong finance knowledge with a systems mindset and who can work collaboratively while leading change and improvement. Charity experience is advantageous but not essential.
