This is a varied part-time role at the heart of the organisation, working closely with the CEO to provide high-quality executive support and help coordinate governance, projects, organisational priorities and key operational activity.

About The Role
Are you an experienced Youth Worker? Are you passionate about improving wellbeing outcomes for young people? Are you looking to develop your practice and training around young people’s mental health?
We are currently seeking five Trainee Wellbeing Practitioner’s to join our Youth Services team based in Bristol and South Gloucestershire. You will work within Creative Youth Network as part of the Youth Services team, delivering, high-quality, evidence-based interventions for children and young people experiencing, mild to moderate anxiety, low mood and behavioural difficulties.
This is a 1 year training role within the Children and Young People’ Improving Access to Psychological Therapies programme (CYP IAPT). You will attend Exeter University for all university based taught and self-study days required by the education provider, and work in the service for the remaining days of the week using your newly developed skills. Your travel and accommodation to Exeter University will be provided for you as part of the trainee programme.
You will then be based at The Station (BS1) or Kingswood Estate (BS15) sites with up to two evening open access sessions per week. The training and service experience will equip you with the necessary knowledge, attitude and capabilities to operate effectively within the wider service.

About the role
As the key contact for Sported groups across Lancaster & surrounding areas you'll play a vital role in helping community led organisations grow, become more sustainable and maximise their impact. You'll build effective relationships with these groups, understand their challenges and opportunities, and connect them to the support, resources and funding they need to thrive. This involves welcoming new groups to our network and supporting existing ones to develop.
Working closely with colleagues, volunteer consultants and partners, you'll help deliver projects and programmes that strengthens and develops them and creates positive outcomes for people and communities. You'll also contribute to volunteer engagement, partnership development, grant administration and project evaluation, while ensuring accurate records and data are maintained across your area.
About You
Are you passionate about the power of sport to strengthen communities and change lives? We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic about supporting grassroots organisations, ideally within sport (but please still apply if not in the sport sector), and who shares our commitment to inclusion, equality and positive social change.You'll be a confident relationship-builder with a proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to build trust with a wide range of people. This role provides a fantastic opportunity for an experienced manager to lead a trauma-informed and person-centred specialist female supported housing service. By providing high quality leadership to a dedicated team, ensuring high quality service delivery, and efficient operational performance, the successful applicant can make an immediate and meaningful difference in an impactful organisation.
