Lloyds Bank Foundation for England and Wales is an independent charitable foundation, backed by Lloyds Banking Group and the people within it. We want everyone to be in a good place - personally, in a home that’s a good place to live, and in a community that’s a good place to belong.
We play our role by connecting and catalysing community-led change, providing the money, time, tools and connections that build organisations’ capacity and capability, to make people’s lives better and their communities stronger.
We back people and communities across England and Wales, to make that happen, because when you back brilliant people, brilliant things happen. Our communities are full of ambitious, energetic and determined people stepping up to make their neighbours’ lives better and their communities grow stronger. Day in, day out.

This is an exciting new opportunity in the Strategic Communications Team at the Foundation.
You’ll play a key role setting up and organising a varied programme of visits, to engage more people in our mission and ultimately help more people in England and Wales to say “I’m in a good place,” “My home is a good place to live,” and “My community is a good place to belong”.
Bringing strong organisational, relationship-building abilities and creativity, you’ll arrange visits for senior stakeholders – MPs, philanthropists, trustees, partners, and executives from Lloyds Banking Group, to community-led groups we’re funding and local areas driving systems change.
Through thoughtful engagement, you'll build lasting relationships and raise awareness of social issues, to ensure visits generate meaningful impact.
You will support colleagues and partners to maximise opportunities, follow up actions, and effectively generate and use content, stories, videos and images to tell powerful stories.
Importantly, you’ll ensure community-led organisations experience these visits as supportive and beneficial, and that their voices are centred in all that occurs and follows, aligning with our mission to foster community-led change.
About You
You are highly organised, with experience coordinating events, or visits involving

Alongside strong communication skills, with an understanding of how to apply
organisational narratives to local activity, you’ll have the ability to balance competing priorities.

Our mission as an independent charity, is to provide infrastructure support to the voluntary, community and social enterprise sector across Wiltshire.

You’ll be at the helm of a busy, welcoming centre that brings residential stays, day visits, camping and outdoor activities to guiding groups, schools, youth groups, corporate teams, families and friends. That variety is part of what makes the role so rewarding. No two days look the same, and that’s exactly the point.
This is a senior role with real scope and real responsibility. You’ll lead a team, set the tone for high standards across the site, manage the practical realities of running a working centre, and help shape its future direction in line with Girlguiding Anglia’s values and ambitions. You’ll have the chance to think strategically about where the centre goes next while staying hands on with the day to day running that keeps a place like Hautbois thriving.
We’re after someone positive, proactive and organised, who leads with warmth as much as with structure. You’ll need to be comfortable holding multiple priorities at once, calm under pressure, and genuinely motivated by creating great experiences for the people who come through the centre’s doors. If you enjoy variety, thrive on responsibility and want your work to have a visible, lasting impact, this role offers all of that in abundance.
The role is based at Hautbois, right in the Norfolk countryside. Flexible working may be possible where it suits the business, though some evenings and weekends will be part of the job given the nature of a residential site. The centre isn’t easily reached by public transport, so a car and full driving licence are essential for commuting and the occasional meeting further afield.
In return, you’ll get free parking, office drinks and snacks, a holiday allowance that grows with your length of service, and modern IT and working facilities to support you in the role.
This role might also suit candidates with backgrounds as an activities manager, camp manager, adventure manager, outdoor learning manager or residential centre manager.
The client requests no contact from agencies or media sales.
The generosity of individual supporters, churches and community groups enables Boaz Trust to provide accommodation and support for people seeking sanctuary, and to challenge and change the unjust systems that cause destitution, both locally and nationally. We are looking for a Fundraising Officer who will help us give supporters an excellent experience, maintain accurate fundraising records and develop opportunities for people and communities to get involved in our work. This is an exciting role which will give the right person the opportunity to work across a variety of fundraising activities and disciplines.
The relationships built and fundraising activity enabled through this role will support Boaz’s work with people who are facing or experiencing homelessness because of their insecure, changing or uncertain immigration status. Our work includes providing safe accommodation and person-centred support, while working towards our mission of ending destitution among people seeking sanctuary.
Day to day, you will provide excellent care for supporters as you process and acknowledge donations, respond to supporter enquiries and ensure that our fundraising database is functioning well and information is recorded accurately in it. You will build positive relationships with supporters, churches and community groups, arrange and deliver speaking engagements, promote sponsored events and help people find meaningful ways to raise funds for Boaz. You will work also closely with colleagues to deliver fundraising projects across the breadth of Boaz’s fundraising activity as and when these arise.
We are looking for someone who is warm, organised and attentive to detail, and who enjoys building relationships with a wide range of people. You will be confident communicating by email, telephone and in person, comfortable working with databases and financial information, and able to manage a varied workload. Most importantly, you will be thoughtful and collaborative, and aligned with Boaz’s values and our commitment to the dignity and rights of people seeking sanctuary.
Our vision is that people who seek safety in the UK are welcomed here and are free to live life in all its fullness.

Across the UK, millions of children and young people are facing complex social and emotional challenges. AllChild works within local communities and wider support systems to identify and support children and young people most at risk of poor social, emotional and academic outcomes. Through our two-year Impact Programme, we help build a joined-up network of support around each child and family, working in partnership with schools, local services and community organisations.
Our dedicated, school-based Link Workers coordinate bespoke, strengths-based support through our trusted partners, from counselling, tutoring and engagement opportunities in sport or art to access to wider community and early help support where needed. By mobilising trusted relationships and coordinating support across the local system, we help young people flourish, building confidence, skills and a positive future. Founded in West London, AllChild is now expanding to new places to create lasting, place-based change.

At Yeldall Manor, we have been helping men overcome drug and alcohol addiction for 50 years through our residential rehabilitation programme and Christian recovery community.
We are looking for a committed Christian leader to join our Senior Leadership Team as Head of Facilities & Estate. This is a unique opportunity to combine practical leadership, strategic oversight and Christian ministry within a charity that transforms lives every day.
The Yeldall estate is far more than a collection of buildings. It is the environment where men begin their recovery journeys, encounter hope and develop the foundations for a new future. As Head of Facilities & Estate, you will lead the teams responsible for maintaining, developing and enhancing our facilities, ensuring that our buildings, grounds, services and resources support the delivery of our mission for years to come.
This role is ideal for an experienced manager who can think strategically, lead people effectively and take a hands-on approach when needed. You will oversee maintenance, estates, catering, housekeeping, IT and the Coach House operation, while helping shape the future development of the Yeldall Manor site.

You recognise that high-quality facilities play a vital role in delivering excellent care and support, and you take pride in maintaining standards of excellence.
Most importantly, you will have a genuine passion for Yeldall Manor's mission and a desire to use your gifts, skills and experience to help men affected by addiction find hope, recovery and transformation.
As a Christian charity, we bring our faith to the work we do and the men we work with, so you will be someone with a deep-rooted Christian faith, able to inspire others in their own faith journeys, seeking the guidance of the Holy Spirit in all key decisions.
