Overall Purpose

NHS Charities Together Fundraising Strategy
- Oversee the shaping of and support the Stewardship Manager on the delivery of a simplified, effective individual giving programme aligned with NHS Charities Together’s strategic priorities, with a focus on the retention and upgrade of existing donors and avoiding competing with our members.
- Ensure individual donors are regularly engaged and asked for appropriate cash gifts through a light-touch programme.
- Ensure that legacy messaging is prominent in the donor engagement cycle, to inspire existing donors to consider long-term support, aligned with their gratitude to the NHS, with appropriate pathways offered.
- Oversee prompt, accurate, and heartfelt thanking processes for all donations.

Sector Fundraising Support

- Oversee the development of support the Products Manager on the rollout of replicable or white-label fundraising products, starting with the roll-out of a lottery and legacy product, and on the development of campaigns (e.g. focused on grateful patients).
- Oversee and drive the thinking on future fundraising products that will appeal to and benefit our diverse group of member charities.
- Work closely with the engagement team and other NHS Charites together staff to tailor activity in line with segmentation and engagement strategies.

This is a rare opportunity to work on a small portfolio of high-impact, relationship-led events within one of the UK’s largest charities. Unlike many events roles, this position focuses far more on donor engagement and stewardship than high-volume logistics or delivery targets.

Your Role
As an HR Business Partner, you will shape and deliver an HR strategy that supports our manifesto and operational priorities, with a particular focus on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI).
Specifically, you will deliver guidance and advice across the HR spectrum and employee lifecycle, getting involved in everything from employee relations to recruitment, as well as supporting organisational change. You will identify key people issues, contribute to policy development and coach managers to navigate complex situations with confidence and empathy.
Spending a significant proportion of your time focused on diversity, equity and inclusion, you will utilise your specialist expertise to deliver meaningful impact to our organisation. You will work with staff forums and governance groups to embed sustainable change, and develop, drive and measure progress against our DEI agenda.

About You
To be considered as an HR Business Partner, you will need:
- Proven experience in a complex HR generalist role, across the whole HR lifecycle
- CIPD level 7 (completed or working towards) or equivalent experience, with experience of working within a complex, changing matrix-managed organisation
- Significant experience supporting and managing change initiatives in a dynamic organisational context
- Proactive and collaborative, with a solutions-focused approach and demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of UK employment law
- Proven experience in a DEI-focused role, or leading DEI initiatives as part of a broader role
- Proven track record in coaching and developing managers to resolve issues and lead with empathy
- Adaptive and open-minded, with a willingness to learn and evolve
- Proven ability to collect and analyse HR and DEI data and use it to shape effective HR interventions
- Excellent organisational skills for self and others under own oversight

About the Role

At Worldwide Veterinary Service (WVS) we champion animal welfare around the world. We send vets where they are needed most, provide expert veterinary training in hard-to-reach places, and ship urgent aid supplies worldwide, every day of the year.

Our Mission Rabies project runs mass canine vaccination and community education in the world’s worst hotspots for the disease. Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Create engaging and informative content for Luke’s channels, including producing day to day content plans and supporting on campaigns.
- Work with the WVS film team to develop an annual content calendar and overarching strategy for the YouTube channel, tailored to appropriate audiences.

We are looking to employ a Housing and Welfare Benefits Advisor for Camden Disability Action's Social Welfare Advice services. You will have at least two years' experience providing welfare rights advice and housing casework and have up-to -date knowledge of welfare benefits and housing law, especially relating to Disabled adults. Your role will be to identify potential income maximisation and provide the support needed to get benefits correctly assessed, and assisting with appeals as well as supporting Disabled people with housing support, including homelessness prevention measures. You will work in a holistic way, managing and holding complex cases and advocating for clients across statutory services, specialist advice partners and community organisations.
