About the role
You will support Trusts & Foundations and Statutory income generation for Woman’s Trust, led by the HOF. You will secure five and six-figure, multiple-year grants and support the increase of organisational income from £1.2m to £3m in the next 3 years. You will effectively communicate our services and campaign aims and develop funder partnerships and relationships aligned to our strategic priorities. About Pathfinders Neuromuscular Alliance
Pathfinders Neuromuscular Alliance is a user-led charity run by and for people with muscle-weakening conditions. We provide advocacy, peer support, information, training and campaigning to help disabled people live with greater confidence, connection and control.
We are developing a new service model to help adults with neuromuscular conditions identify practical needs relating to equipment, adaptations and wider day-to-day transitions, and to connect them to people with relevant lived-experience expertise.

The Trusts & Foundations Manager (maternity cover) role is part of the Business & Industry team (11 people), who have responsibility for all funding and industry relationships across EngineeringUK. The team works strategically with stakeholders across the engineering, technology and education sectors, to support our mission to increase the number and diversity of young people choosing engineering and technology careers. Opportunities for funding include our bursary programme, in-school programmes such as Climate Schools and Big Bang Programme, supporting our community of Code signatories, and developing new programmes.
Prospecting and pipeline management is a key element of this role and once funding is secured, the postholder will account manage the relationship, including regular reporting, delivered in collaboration with programme leads. Job Description
The overall purpose of this role is to contribute to the Foundation’s research, policy and influencing work by helping to develop evidence-informed and co-produced approaches to tackling racial inequality and advancing anti-racist systems change. The postholder will support projects that combine research, lived experience and practical action to influence policy, improve services and strengthen communities.
The postholder will be expected to exercise professional judgement and initiative within agreed organisational priorities. The work will involve:
Supporting the development of policy, practice and social action that advances race equality and addresses structural racism
Working collaboratively with people with lived experience, community organisations, researchers, policymakers and practitioners to co-produce projects, policy positions and approaches to change

Skills, experience and knowledge required include:
Experience of contributing to or leading policy, research or practice-based projects, including taking responsibility for outputs, delivery and quality

Pay and Conditions of Service

Job Title: Housing Independent Gender Violence Advocate (Housing IGVA)
Location: The GAIA Centre (Lambeth, London)

The Housing Independent Gender Violence Advocate (IGVA) will be embedded within borough housing teams to facilitate the dual working that will ensure that survivors’ safety and housing needs are met. This includes:
· Close working relationships with Housing colleagues
· Provision of specialist knowledge relating to DA for Housing Officers and Homelessness Teams to draw on
· Specialist support for survivors at the moment of crisis
· Provision of advocacy; supporting survivors to access safe accommodation
· Ongoing support from the IGVA from wider DA service, including access to group clinical supervision, casework management meetings, reflective practice sessions, one-to-one supervision from service manager
The Housing IGVA will work closely with victims of gender-based violence from the point of crisis, to provide high quality independent advocacy and support to survivors of gender-based violence at the highest risk and their children. The role will be part of increasing the ability of partner agencies to recognise, reject and respond appropriately and safely to all forms of gender-based violence (including domestic violence, sexual, financial and emotional abuse, female genital mutilation, forced marriage and honour-based violence).
The job involves working within a multi-agency framework consisting of the MARAC and local partnership protocols and procedures that prioritise the safety of survivors. The job involves informing survivors of the full range of civil, criminal, housing and practical options that might increase their safety. The post holder will empower survivors by providing them with emotional, practical and personal welfare support especially around complex housing needs.
The job involves ensuring that women are provided with a safe, supportive and welcoming environment, enabling them to access their rights, make decisions and increase their life options.

The Therapeutic Services Project Manager will lead on performance monitoring and reporting to funders ensuring robust data governance, GDPR compliance and to inform service delivery, development, survivor engagement and organisational performance.
