About the Role

As Programme Coordinator for Centres of Excellence, you’ll play a pivotal role in our flagship financial education accreditation programme, supporting schools to strengthen and embed high-quality financial education across their curriculum and their wider communities.

Working closely with the Programme Manager and colleagues across the charity, you will play a key role in ensuring our network of teachers feel confident, supported and inspired by:

· Supporting the planning and organisation of our annual teacher conferences and skills sharing webinars.

· Creating and coordinating programme marketing and communications. 

· Recording, monitoring and evaluating programme data.

· Providing high-level customer service to educators, stakeholders and YE colleagues.

 Key Responsibilities

· Work with the Programme Manager to support the smooth day‑to‑day coordination of the Centres of Excellence programme, helping to maintain systems and records that track participation, progress and engagement.

· Contribute to delivering a high‑quality experience for educators by supporting the organisation of the annual YE Teacher Conferences and our termly skills‑sharing webinars.

· Develop and coordinate clear, engaging programme communication, including newsletters, press releases, social media content and marketing materials, ensuring consistency of messaging across all channels.

· Keep track of programme activity by collecting, recording, monitoring and preparing data for reporting and insight.

· Build positive, professional relationships with schools, partner organisations, stakeholders and colleagues across Young Enterprise to support strong collaboration and programme delivery.

 A few practical things

• This is a hybrid role based in London, with a minimum of 8 office days per month.
• You’ll have the opportunity to visit some of the participating schools and colleges across the UK.

We are looking for a Networks Development Coordinator to support the development of our networks to create inclusive, dynamic and engaging communities at UCL. Team Leader - Carer Peer Support (Adult Mental Health)

We are looking for someone to join our local, independent Carer-led charity, someone who has their own personal story of caring, able to use that lived experience as well as their professional skills and knowledge to help others. The postholder will collaborate extensively with our funding partner, South West London and St George’s Mental Health NHS Trust, as well as other charity delivery partners to improve the identification of, and support for, unpaid family and friend Carers of adults with mental health needs. The work may also involve identifying children and young people in caring roles and brokering access to our Young Carers Support team.

As well as leading a small, part-time team of Carer Peer Support Workers, you will work alongside them, providing front-line, individual and group dedicated support (practical, social and clinical interventions). As well as coordinating services to assist Carers with their own wellbeing needs, you will enable Carers to provide well-informed care for their friends and family. Role purpose

The purpose of this role is to support the National Programme Team with the implementation of operational plans that deliver successful national skills competitions. This will include supporting the activities and actions relating to the national programme cycle, projects across diversity and inclusion and transfer of global standards to maximise local and national activity in the UK.

Key tasks and responsibilities

· To contribute to the successful delivery of WorldSkills UK’s strategic priorities and annual business objectives.

· To support skills competitions that raise standards of teaching and learning and serve as a key vehicle for practitioner development across the vocational education and training sector and the workplace, including Apprenticeship/Traineeships.

· To co-ordinate activities relating to requesting, tracking and quality assuring key documents required from our Competition Organising Partners (COPs), ensuring documents are received within set deadlines.

· To co-ordinate and support the planning and event delivery of national skills competition activity across the UK, including booking travel, venues, accommodation and catering.

· To administer and co-ordinate the local and national projects i.e. Competitor Support Fund, and Evaluations.

· To administer and co-ordinate project plans, reporting, finance, systems, processes (i.e. Quality Assurance) and document management.

· To support improved engagement in skills competitions by all Stakeholder groups and audiences.

· To support the organisation by producing reports and data requests using the organisational database and systems.

Summary of terms and conditions

· Permanent.

· The salary for this role is £28,000.

· WorldSkills UK offers a maximum employer’s contribution to your pension of 6% of your basic salary, on the condition that you make an employee contribution to your pension of at least 3%. You may choose to contribute a higher percentage of your salary to your pension, subject to statutory limits.

· Group Death in Service (Life insurance) 3 x annual salary.

· Normal place of work is Third Floor, 52-54 St John Street, London EC1M 4HF. This role is office based (as above) but with flexible hybrid working. It is expected the postholder will attend the office at least once or twice a week.

· Full time working hours are a minimum of 35 hours per week, normal working hours are 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday although we pride ourselves on having a flexible approach to our working practices and service delivery and are happy to discuss flexible working options, with suitable candidates.

· 25 days’ annual leave [which will increase by one additional day for each completed year of service up to a maximum of 30 days] plus public and bank holidays.

· The post is subject to six months’ probationary period with two weeks’ notice during the probationary period and one month thereafter.

Volunteering and Foster Caring Manager is a new role at Mayhew, reflective of the importance of volunteering and foster caring in our ability to deliver our onward strategy and direction. This is a highly visible and important role for Mayhew. The postholder will be working across all teams with staff and volunteers, supporters, partners and members of the public.

This role requires an effective leader and manager, with practical subject matter expertise in volunteering good practice, strong organisational skills, and a drive, rooted in passion for both animal welfare and volunteering, to enable Mayhew to reach many more dogs and cats and pet owners who need us by cultivating a thriving, engaged and diverse volunteer base.

Staff and volunteers at Mayhew, particularly in animal facing and public facing roles have duties that can be physically and emotionally demanding, sometimes interfacing with dogs and cats and pet owners who are in distress and facing heart-breaking situations. Responsibilities

About the role:

Street Outreach & Engagement – Identify and build relationships with rough sleepers and beggars across various locations and times, including those who are disengaged from services.
Assertive Outreach & Support – Work closely with entrenched rough sleepers, encouraging engagement with services and providing rapid assistance.
Substance Use & Healthcare Access – Connect individuals with drug and alcohol support, mental health services, and other healthcare provisions.
Case Management & Housing Support – Oversee service users’ treatment journeys, assist in hospital discharge planning, and collaborate with housing providers to secure appropriate accommodation.
Partnership & Multi-Agency Work – Act as the key link between CGL services, rough sleeping partners, hostels, shelters, the local council, and other support agencies to coordinate care and maximise opportunities for recovery.
Crisis & Emergency Response – Participate in monthly overnight street counts, unsociable-hour shifts, and emergency interventions during severe weather conditions.
Administration & Best Practice – Maintain accurate records, attend case conferences, and contribute to partner tasking meetings to ensure service users receive consistent and effective support.

The Charity advisor and partnership coordinator will play a pivotal role within Barnsley CVS’s growing and ambitious team, supporting local VCSE organisations to grow in strength, knowledge and connections.

This varied and dynamic role offers the opportunity to provide advice and guidance to VCSE organisations, create and develop resources and training, build and strengthen partnerships and play a role in ensuring the voice of the community has a influence in Barnsley’s development.  Your role will help ensure organisations and partnerships run efficiently and effectively. You will also provide flexible first-contact support, contributing to the professional and welcoming operation of the organisation.

Salary: £33,612 FTE (£22,711 pro rata)

About the Role

Working in close liaison with the content and brand and design teams, as Digital Content Coordinator you will be responsible for producing a regular flow of high-quality digital content for distribution across owned and earned digital channels while supporting the delivery of the digital development roadmap and integrated digital marketing strategy.

Your principal duties and responsibilities will include:

• Working with the Digital Development Manager to support the delivery of an iterative digital development roadmap and integrated digital marketing strategy
• Writing, editing and subediting copy
• Contributing to the on-going development of evidence-based and data driven digital strategy
• Devising, managing and delivering the digital editorial calendar
• Supporting the Digital Development Manager in the planning and delivery of innovative digital products, services and features for teams across the organisation in support of their strategic objectives.
• Working closely with the content and brand and design teams to ensure digital creative and content is integrated across the Marcomms roadmap.
• Sourcing, creating and producing a wide range of digital content including editing imagery, recording and editing audio and video content.

About You

We are looking for someone with proven experience of creating and managing digital content for different formats and channels and strong copywriting skills and editorial capability. You will be able to manage the content lifecycle, and a keen sense of brand awareness.

You will have

• Practical experience and understanding of both technical and content driven search engine optimisation.
• Excellent knowledge of web analytics reporting and analysis, particularly Google Analytics.
• Understanding of a user centred approach and how that is applied to content generation.
• Demonstrable knowledge of UX principles and tools and of W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.
• Outstanding project management and consultancy skills.
