The Acquisition Marketing Manager attracts new UK supporters and generates income for Mary’s Meals’ school meals programme through effective and inspiring marketing across online and offline channels. This is a fast paced and hands on role for someone who loves to collaborate, problem solve and drive growth while keeping focused on our mission to feed hungry children.
The role primarily raises income (but also awareness) through multi-channel marketing activity with a clear focus on maximising ROI and delivering supporter growth at scale. The focus of the role is on online marketing opportunities and includes managing our organic and paid social channels, overseeing social media influencer strategy and identifying emerging digital channels. The Manager works closely with the Mary’s Meals International team and its agency to deliver Google and Bing Paid Search, Google Grant, Display, and YouTube.
The role will also identify and manage the most effective offline marketing opportunities to maximise ROI from small budgets and pro bono opportunities, such as TV, Radio and OOH advertising. The Manager will ensure online and offline marketing opportunities complement each other (and link seamlessly to our retention strategies) as part of an integrated multi-channel marketing strategy.

JOB PURPOSE This is an exciting senior leadership role with the opportunity to shape how Waverley Abbey tells its story, grows its reach and engages people with its vision. The Head of Marketing and Communications will provide strategic, creative and inspiring leadership across all aspects of marketing, communications, brand and digital engagement. Working across the breadth of Waverley Abbey — including the college, house, House of Prayer, events, hospitality, fundraising and the wider estate — the postholder will develop clear and compelling communication that strengthen our brand trust, reach new audiences and support sustainable revenue growth. This role will ensure that our communications reflect the quality, warmth and bold ambition of Waverley Abbey. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Marketing Leadership
> Develop and lead an ambitious, integrated marketing and communications strategy to support and supercharge Waverley Abbey’s vision, organisational priorities and income objectives.
> Translate organisational strategy into clear annual marketing plans, campaigns, priorities and measurable outcomes, and deliver those plans on time every time.

The role
SAFE! Support for Young People Affected by Crime is a dynamic Oxford based charity working across the Thames Valley.We are looking for Level 5 qualified counsellors based in The Vale of The White Horse, South Oxfordshire & West Berkshire and the surrounding areas to provide counselling support on a freelance basis to young people and parents/caregivers across all our services.Subcontracted sessional practitioners are contracted on a freelance basis to provide one-to-one support to young people.There are also opportunities to co-facilitate group work.Sessions may be delivered remotely or face to face, dependent upon the needs of clients.Freelancers are home-based practitioners who travel to meet young people and /or parents face-to-face (within a 25-mile radius), provide remote support online, or a combination of both.

Payment: Practitioners submit invoices monthly and are paid at a rate of £25 per hour for admin and delivery and £10 per hour for travel time.They are liable for all tax and expenses.
About you
You’ll have extensive experience of working with young people in a supportive role with a proven track record of building appropriate relationships and providing outstanding support to children, young people, and parents.You will hold or be working towards a Level 5 qualification in counselling. You’ll be confident in designing individual intervention plans based on needs. An enthusiastic self-starter with excellent communication skills, you’ll possess a positive, solution-focussed attitude. With experience of multi-agency working and a commitment to high standards of professionalism, your values will align with SAFE!’s vision, mission, and values. You will be a current member of an ethical body and hold your own liability insurance and have your own clinical supervision in place. CDI is implementing a new cloud-based case management system, and the Data and Insight Manager will lead its rollout across the organisation.
