Duties and key responsibilities

The development officer will:

• Support the development and delivery of programmes that strengthen physiotherapy globally.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the development programme manager and senior development officer across a range of development initiatives.

Education and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in physiotherapy, international development, global or public health, or related field

The Role

As a Payroll Manager, you will take ownership of the full payroll lifecycle for a workforce of approximately 1,500–2,000+ employees, ensuring an accurate, compliant and timely payroll service.

You will lead on partner onboarding, engagement, and ongoing support, ensuring needs are met with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. • Lead the delivery of HOPE worldwide UK’s fundraising strategy, with clear plans, priorities, KPIs and income targets.

The Role
