About the Role
This role leads all aspects of Foodrise’s communications, ensuring our campaigns reach key audiences, drive systemic change in the food system and achieve our new strategic goals:
You will develop and implement a media and communications strategy, build our media profile, oversee digital channels, and act as guardian of our brand. This includes centring communities at the heart of campaigns, building our public profile with key audiences including journalists, developing our range of allies, reflecting our understanding of historical injustice in the food system, and fostering an experimentation and learning culture. This role will also oversee all website and social media channels, working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure communications are built into campaigns from the outset to enhance reach and potential.
This role would suit an experienced communications professional who is excited to think deeply about the way communications can support systemic change in the food sector. About The Role
Are you an experienced Youth Worker? Are you passionate about improving wellbeing outcomes for young people? Are you looking to develop your practice and training around young people’s mental health?
We are currently seeking five Trainee Wellbeing Practitioner’s to join our Youth Services team based in Bristol and South Gloucestershire. You will work within Creative Youth Network as part of the Youth Services team, delivering, high-quality, evidence-based interventions for children and young people experiencing, mild to moderate anxiety, low mood and behavioural difficulties.
This is a 1 year training role within the Children and Young People’ Improving Access to Psychological Therapies programme (CYP IAPT). You will attend Exeter University for all university based taught and self-study days required by the education provider, and work in the service for the remaining days of the week using your newly developed skills. Your travel and accommodation to Exeter University will be provided for you as part of the trainee programme.
You will then be based at The Station (BS1) or Kingswood Estate (BS15) sites with up to two evening open access sessions per week. The training and service experience will equip you with the necessary knowledge, attitude and capabilities to operate effectively within the wider service.

They are looking for an exceptional Head of People Business Partnering to play a pivotal role in shaping our people agenda, partnering with senior leaders across the organisation to build an inclusive culture where colleagues feel supported, empowered and able to perform at their best.
This is an exciting 12 month fixed term opportunity to lead our People Business Partnering team and drive strategic people initiatives across a national organisation with a strong social purpose. Working closely with the Director of People and Culture, you will combine strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, helping their leaders navigate change, develop their teams and deliver excellent people outcomes across the employee lifecycle.
The Head of People Business Partnering role is a part-time position, 4-days per week (28 hours) paying £44,000 pro rata (£55,000 FTE). You will be able to work on a flexible hybrid basis with some national travel. The charity’s London office is located in Camberwell, South East London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional with a strong background in strategic business partnering and leading high-performing teams. You will have excellent knowledge of employment law, experience advising on complex employee relations cases, TUPE and be confident influencing senior stakeholders. Ideally, you will be CIPD qualified or have equivalent experience with evidence of continuous professional development.
