The People and Operations Coordinator is central to the internal operations of The Theatres Trust and The Theatres Trust Charitable Fund. You will provide operational support that underpins both the work of both entities and enables our people to thrive in a dynamic and supported wok culture.

You will primarily work with the Head of People, Operations and Finance to coordinate day-to-day activities within our office location, support delivery of effective governance, and support key HR procedures. The People and Operations Coordinator will be responsible for providing administration of systems, records and scheduling, as well as coordinating trustee and board activity. You will be pivotal in delivering clear and consistent internal operations and communication of policy and process to the staff team.

SEO

• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
• Conduct keyword research, on-page optimisation and technical SEO audits.

Paid Media

• This is a vital and rapidly growing area for the charity, and this role will manage all paid-for digital marketing, including lead generation and acquisition (Meta, Google, etc.).
• Create advertising campaigns and ensure effective tracking, monitoring, improvements, evaluation, and reporting of campaigns.
• Oversee our Google Ads grant (PPC) and (CRO) Google Tag Manager.
• Manage our main Google Ads account and launch Search, Display, and YouTube advertising for our digital-first Pancreatic Cancer Awareness Month campaign.
• Deliver detailed advertising reporting using Looker Studio or other similar digital dashboards.

Digital content

• Manage and maintain the content calendar, including planning and scheduling content that aligns to both Pancreatic Cancer Action and project objectives.
• Create and manage the sourcing of high-quality content for blogs, website pages, social media posts, email content and for all other digital channels.
• Write, edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment to Pancreatic Cancer Action’s Text and Brand Guidelines.
• Create engaging design assets for use across all digital channels, including video and animation.
• Responsibility for pixels and unique identifiers for analytics.

Social media

• Work with the Head of Marketing and Communications to develop a social media strategy and set goals to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• To be responsible for all Pancreatic Cancer Action social media channels, including design and content development, scheduling, optimising, and reporting.
• Work with our Marketing and Communications Executive to manage social media channels on a day-to day-basis, engaging with Pancreatic Cancer Action audiences by responding to comments and queries and being proactive to find out more and nurture relationships.

Our client, a renowned young person's homeless charity based across East Surrey, is currently seeking an experienced Housing Support Manager to oversee a dedicated team of housing officers in supporting a variety of vulnerable young people with complex needs. This role will be based onsite in Redhill 4 days a week (one day working from home).

Reporting to the Head of Housing, the Housing Support Manager will manage a team of 7 housing officers, who in turn will oversee a small caseload of vulnerable young people (aged 16-21), supporting and empowering them to gain independence. The role will be based at the charity’s 44-bed hostel in Redhill but will also have oversight of 4 other smaller properties in the nearby area (up to 75 beds in all). As Housing Support Manager, you will manage and ensure compliance within the Housing Support Act (2023), as well as managing support service contracts to achieve contractual obligations, including regular report writing. The role will also be also responsible for overseeing and maintaining health and safety, safeguarding, fire safety and resident wellbeing standards.

To apply for this role, you will have demonstrable experience of overseeing housing support services for vulnerable people and will have significant experience of overseeing teams of frontline support staff.  You will be a confident communicator, skilled at building relationships both internally and externally. A candidate who holds a CIH level 4 or equivalent is preferred (although if this is not held, there is an expectation to complete this within 12 months of starting).

About the role

Sitting within our people and organisational development team and reporting into the senior learning & organisational development manager, you’ll support us with a wide range of administrative duties across the learning & development; people; equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) and internal communications & engagement functions.

As the first point of contact for all learning management system (LMS) user and administrative queries you’ll maintain and housekeep our LMS as well as help coordinate and administer internal and external training programmes, workshops and learning events. You’ll also provide administrative support across our core people activities, including invoicing, onboarding, offboarding, and the employee lifecycle processes.

Our partner, a respected international development organisation, is seeking a qualified Finance Manager to lead the financial management and oversight of a large, multi-country donor-funded project. The postholder will ensure timely, accurate and compliant financial accounting, reporting, and donor compliance, while supporting strong financial management across the wider programme portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the financial management, planning and reporting of a multi-country project, ensuring transactions are accurate and compliant with donor and organisational requirements.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cost recovery and co-financing, and maintain up-to-date financial data in grant management and tracking systems.
• Prepare and deliver timely internal and donor financial reports, ensuring consistency between internal records and external submissions.
• Monitor project and portfolio expenditure, analysing variances and providing actionable insights to senior management and programme teams.
• Strengthen financial controls and compliance frameworks, including development of tools, manuals and checklists to ensure adherence to donor and internal policies.
• Support audits (donor and statutory), maintaining trackers for audit actions and disallowances, and ensuring audit readiness.
• Review and approve partner budgets, sub-grant agreements and financial reports, ensuring compliance with donor terms and promoting financial capacity building.
• Provide technical support and training to field teams and partners on donor regulations, financial management, procurement and reporting standards.
• Collaborate with programme teams to align financial management with programme delivery and results.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial systems and processes across the organisation.
• Occasional international travel may be required (approx. 1–2 trips per year).

Requirements

• Qualified accountant (CCAB or equivalent) with experience managing finances for complex, large-scale donor-funded projects; experience working with UN Agencies and the World Bank is highly desirable.
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, grant management and donor reporting; familiarity with institutional donor requirements highly desirable.
• Proven experience in financial controls, audit preparation, and compliance for multi-grant, multi-country programmes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial colleagues.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; able to build effective relationships across diverse teams and cultures.
• Proficient in Excel and financial systems, with strong numeracy and attention to detail.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities effectively.
