Role: This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in how Envision brings its mission to life — through well-run fundraising events and compelling communications that inspire supporters and put young people's stories front and centre. 

As Events and Communications Officer, you will take ownership of our annual events programme, including our flagship fundraising event, the Envision Cycling Challenge. From logistics and budget management through to post-event donor recognition and evaluation, you will oversee the full events lifecycle — always looking for ways to grow our offer, attract new supporters and drive income. You will work towards an annual income target as part of a collaborative and ambitious Philanthropy and Partnerships team. 

On the communications side, you will create written and visual content that conveys the impact of our work across social media, e-newsletters, impact reports and donor updates. Working closely with the Communications Manager, you will ensure our messaging is consistent, inspiring and reaches the right audiences — while also supporting internal communications that help connect and inform our teams across the organisation. 

This is a role for someone who is as comfortable crafting a compelling story as they are managing a complex event; someone who thrives on variety, takes pride in the details and genuinely cares about the young people at the heart of our work. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Design, deliver and manage the annual events workplan, working towards an annual income target 

• Coordinate and run all fundraising events including the Envision Cycling Challenge, managing logistics, budgets, compliance and evaluation 

• Create compelling written and visual content for external and internal communications across multiple channels

Role: This is an exciting opportunity to champion youth voice across Envision and support young people as they transition beyond our programmes. 

As Youth Engagement and Transitions Officer, you will lead and coordinate our Youth Advisory Group, ensuring young people have genuine influence over organisational priorities and decision-making. You will develop and maintain a thriving graduate and alumni network, creating opportunities for continued connection, mentoring and professional development. You will also design and deliver a Transitions Programme that supports young people as they move into education, employment or further opportunities, working with our Partnerships team to engage Envision's corporate partners where relevant.

What you’ll do
You will work across the full production process, from early ideas through to final delivery, supporting both fast turnaround content and longer, story led pieces.

The role of Interim Head of Fundraising

This is an exciting interim (9-12 month) opportunity for a strategic and people focused leader to head up our Fundraising team and help drive meaningful change for people affected by digestive conditions.

This role is primarily focused on strengthening and scaling voluntary income and leading our fundraising team and activities.  The postholder will also shape the future fundraising operating model and support a smooth transition to a permanent fundraising lead.

Location

We have offices in London and Huddersfield, both of which are easily accessible by public transport or road. We support hybrid working but attendance in the chosen office is required for a minimum of 1 day per week.

Hybrid working, remotely and from their London office one or two days per week.

Reporting into the Director of Finance and Operations, the Senior Finance Manager will join a small and dynamic team, focussing on general finance processes, internal controls and systems. This is an exciting time to join the team as they are looking to further improve process efficiencies and assess the use of technology and automation within the team after the implementation of a new finance system in 2025. This is a varied and hands-on role that requires a strong understanding of charity accounting (particularly funds), excellent problem-solving skills and initiative. The successful candidate will be an experienced finance generalist with strong experience of a wide variety of finance processes. You will be well versed in leading on aspects of the year-end process and/or the annual audit, including producing year-end schedules, accounts and liaising with the auditors. You will bring demonstrable experience of having improved financial controls and processes and using technology or automation to improve efficiencies. You will also have some team management experience having supported finance staff previously.

At the heart of Camden’s mission to end rough sleeping, the Gray's Inn Road project offers short-stay accommodation for 16 individuals experiencing some of the most challenging periods in their lives. Funded by the Department of Levelling Up, Housing and Communities and the Greater London Authority, and delivered in partnership with One Housing Group and Camden Council, this service plays a pivotal role in ensuring rough sleeping in Camden is not only rare but brief and not repeated. Residents typically stay between three to six months, during which time the focus is on creating pathways into safe, sustainable housing and renewed independence.

You’ll be part of a dynamic, forward-thinking team dedicated to delivering trauma-informed, psychologically informed support. You’ll work closely with clients facing overlapping challenges including homelessness, poor physical and mental health, substance use, trauma and histories with the criminal justice system. With your own caseload, you’ll conduct in-depth assessments, build tailored support plans and facilitate interventions that reflect the needs, strengths and aspirations of each person.
