Role specifics
The Property and Facilities Compliance Coordinator plays a key role in helping to keep Shelter’s people, properties and workplaces safe and compliant. Working closely with the Health & Safety Manager and wider Property & Facilities team, the role supports the coordination of health and safety audits, compliance checks, accident reporting and statutory inspections across our estate. You’ll help maintain accurate records and reporting, monitor actions through to completion, coordinate contractors and site access, manage compliance documentation and systems, and support the delivery of key health and safety processes, including fire, water and asbestos management.

The Property and Facilities team are responsible for ensuring the estate is fit for purpose and fully compliant for Shelter’s staff, volunteers and clients. The portfolio comprises one freehold property in London (Old Street HQ), 22 Leasehold offices and around 75 leasehold shops across England and Scotland. The retail portfolio is typical of the charity sector with a mix of Furniture, Boutique and Community shops.

The Role
As Wellbeing Services Manager, you will provide day-to-day support to a growing team of independent, contracted counsellors. Working closely with the Wellbeing Director, you will contribute to governance, protocol development, administrative coordination, and quality assurance across the service.
This is a role for someone who combines experience in therapeutic pathways and counselling governance and processes, with the leadership skills and technological confidence needed to thrive in a fast-moving, fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Counselling practice
Act as the primary internal escalation point for risk and safeguarding.
Triage high-risk and complex cases and refer them to the counsellor best placed to support the client.
Apply trauma-informed, gender-affirming approaches across all areas of practice.
Team support & development
Provide day-to-day management and operational oversight of the counselling team, ensuring consistent standards of service delivery across the caseload.
Coordinate admin support for counsellors.
Coordinate scheduling and mentoring support for counsellors.
Contribute to the onboarding and initial suitability review of new counsellors joining the Anne Health register.
Support the Wellbeing Director in building a high-performing, resilient service culture.
Governance & quality
Contribute to counselling governance processes, policy development, and quality assurance activity.
Assist in refining, maintaining and improving standards across the wellbeing service.
Platform & technology
Develop and maintain expert-level proficiency with Anne Health's internal platforms.
Contribute to platform training and onboarding for other team members where needed.
Use digital tools confidently to manage records, communications, and counselling workflows.
Person Specification
Qualifications & professional membership
Minimum Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling (completed); higher qualifications welcomed.
Full BACP membership, or the UK equivalent professional body registration.
Experience
Experience managing a team of counsellors, including providing internal oversight of service delivery, distinct from the formal clinical supervision counsellors hold independently as a condition of their professional registration.
Significant, demonstrable experience in transgender and gender-affirming healthcare at a senior level.
Proven ability to manage risk, safeguarding, and ethically complex presentations.
Experience in a mentoring or counselling lead capacity.
Familiarity with the unique needs of trans+ and gender-diverse people across a range of presentations.

The Southmead Project is seeking an experienced and motivated Fundraiser to support the charity’s long-term financial sustainability.
The postholder will identify, research and secure funding from trusts, foundations, charitable bodies, statutory funders and other appropriate sources. They will lead on developing high-quality, persuasive funding applications and reports that clearly communicate the impact of the Southmead Project’s work and the needs of the people it supports.
Working closely with the CEO, Head of Finance and trustees, the Fundraiser will develop and deliver an annual fundraising plan, maintain a strong funding pipeline, and support the organisation to diversify its income. The role will require excellent writing, research, relationship-building and organisational skills, alongside a strong commitment to the charity’s values and mission.
Develop an annual fundraising plan, alongside the Head of Finance and CEO.
Carry out ongoing prospect research to identify new sources of funding from trusts, foundations, charitable bodies, statutory funders and other appropriate sources.
Maintain a fundraising pipeline, ensuring that opportunities, deadlines, applications and reporting requirements are monitored effectively.
Build and maintain a database of prospective and current funders, including key contacts, deadlines, funding priorities and application requirements.
Monitor relevant local, regional and national funding opportunities, including being a sponsored charity at community events.
Produce funding applications for trusts, charities, foundations and statutory bodies as an ongoing part of the charity’s income generation.
Analyse data and feedback collected through outcomes processes for report writing.
Build and maintain positive relationships with funders, partners and relevant stakeholders, including the corporate sector as part of the charity’s income diversification strategy.
Attend monthly meetings with the Senior Leadership Team and trustee meetings as required.

Role Overview
The Governance Administration Officer will be an integral member of the Trust’s Governance and Administration Team, supporting the Governance & Compliance Manager to ensure the effective and efficient administration of governance and compliance activities of the Trust as well as providing administration support to the wider team alongside other administration staff.
Primary Responsibilities
Governance
1. Provide administrative support to enable effective management of The Road Safety Trust’s Governance and Compliance activities.
2. Support co-ordination of RST Board and Committees. This may include timely preparing meeting packs, taking minutes, following up actions and organising logistics for virtual and physical meetings.
3. Maintain accurate Governance and Compliance registers e.g. conflicts of interest, skills matrices, Terms of Office records and end of year governance documents, ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
4. To ensure documentation in relation to RST Trustees is maintained appropriately.
5. Support Trustee recruitment and induction, coordinate Trustee training, and regulatory reporting.
6. Co-ordinate and monitor Policies and Procedures reviews and maintain the Policies register.
7. Provide support for the internal audit programme, coordinating audit meetings, compiling documentation and assisting with actions and reports.
8. Support risk management information, including risk registers other compliance activities.
9. Provide support for Board and Committee reports and dashboards to demonstrate progress against key actions and service delivery at RST.
10. Support the preparation of the annual report and organisation of the AGM.
Administration
11. Use Microsoft Office, HR, Finance Systems to ensure RST policies and processes are adhered to.
12. Ensure the provision of information in the relevant sections of SharePoint for easy access by staff as required.
13. Contribute to the organisation of events, workshops and conferences as required.
14. To support the finance function of the Trust as appropriate.
15. Identify and contribute to improvement of processes and procedures.

Purpose of the role:
The Kinship Navigator provides intensive, time-limited support to kinship carers through the Kinship Connected programme, a structured six-month intervention designed to help kinship families stabilise placements and access the support they need.
Working directly with kinship carers in West Dunbartonshire, you will build trusting relationships while completing structured assessments, goal setting and reviews to help families strengthen their support networks and navigate services such as children’s social care, education, health and community support.
This is a community-facing role, working from Y Sort It’s offices and directly in kinship carers’ homes and community spaces. You will work alongside Y Sort It’s Intandem mentors to ensure that both carers and the children they care for receive coordinated, complementary support.
Accurate recording of your work is essential to enable Kinship and Inspiring Scotland to understand what is working, demonstrate impact and learn from this pioneering pilot.
Direct support
You will provide intensive one-to-one support to kinship carers for up to six months, working within the delivery approach set out in the Kinship Connected Service Manual. You will also establish and facilitate a monthly support group for kinship carers in West Dunbartonshire.
