MOVEMENT BUILDING MANAGER
(FIXED-TERM MATERNITY COVER UP TO 12 MONTHS)
Background:
Kaleidoscope Trust (KT) is the UK’s leading charity dedicated to advancing the rights of LGBTI+ people internationally. Founded in 2011, we aim to create a world where all LGBTI+ individuals are free, safe and equal. To ensure LGBTI+ rights remain a priority on global agendas, we take a three-fold approach:
We strengthen capacities and build networks and movements, by supporting a diverse range of international LGBTI+ partners and networks to access the skills, training, and financial resources they need to be able to shift hearts and minds and create enabling environments for policy and legal change.
We advocate for inclusive policy change, by generating data-driven evidence that amplifies our partners’ lived experiences and priorities and by ensuring political leaders and government officials have access to the accurate, timely and relevant information needed to effectively challenge anti-LGBTI+ narratives and strategies and drive positive change.
We enhance collaboration and coordination among stakeholders, by building networks and connecting grassroots organisations with political actors in strategic spaces to drive meaningful and lasting change for LGBTI+ communities across the Commonwealth and around the world.
Kaleidoscope Trust is proud to be a founding member of The Commonwealth Equality Network and to host its Secretariat. Our partnerships with LGBTI+ communities across the Commonwealth have informed our approach to inclusion and equality, in the workplace and beyond.
We are an open organisation, committed to having great working practices that enable all team members to have ownership over their work. We are committed to employing and nurturing a diverse range of people, and especially encourage applications from women, the vast and varied members of the LGBTI+ community, the multiply-marginalised, and People of the Global Majority.

Working closely with finance colleagues to manage programme budgets, forecasting, donor financial reporting, and operational delivery processes.

Supporting shared learning across programmes, including capturing insights from partner work, and contributing to organisational impact assessment and development of new capacity strengthening products and approaches.

Coordinating with other KT teams to ensure programme delivery is joined-up, realistic, and aligned with organisational priorities.
Working closely with the Head of Movement Building to ensure coherence across the grant portfolio, clear prioritisation, and sustainable workload planning.
Contributing to a collaborative and sustainable team culture, supporting shared planning and realistic workload management across the Movement Building Team.

Bible Society is on a mission to change the conversation about the Bible in culture. We want to see the Bible ‘translated’ into every part of life and society and, excitingly, we are having more and more opportunities to do this.
Global trends show that the world is becoming a less secular place. There is a growing spiritual openness particularly in China and sub-Saharan Africa. But in recent years, here in England and Wales, we are also seeing a burgeoning spiritual openness with well over a quarter of the public actively seeking greater meaning and purpose in their lives. The question is will they find the Bible as part of their search?
Bible Society have recently re-configured their leadership team to release the CEO to take up more of the external opportunities that are growing in both number and profile.
The Head of Office is a new role designed to help the CEO maximise the impact of these opportunities in two main ways: first by identifying and prioritising opportunities with the greatest potential, cultivating strategic relationships and partnerships, and marshalling the talents of the team internally so that the Bible Society is not only responding to opportunities as they arise but actively shaping the environment in which they operate, and secondly helping the CEO proactively curate an effective external engagement programme to communicate my core messages so that we can grow our missional impact in this season of openness.
This role sits at the intersection of strategic acceleration, external engagement, and the strengthening of relationships and influence across the wider sector. It will require skills in strategic thinking, public engagement and messaging, relationship building, decision-making around opportunities and project management.
Bible Society today combines the dynamism of innovation with the trust and tradition of a 222-year-old organisation. Our history is full of major innovations, daring exploits and significant impact. This is the time to join us if you want to be part of writing the next chapter…
For more details including how to apply please see the job pack. Closing date 31 August 2026.
We believe the Bible is God's gift to the world. We want everyone to discover its message for themselves.

Location: UK-Med Office, Manchester, UK (hybrid working) with an expectation of approximately 15% international travel/deployment, as required by UK-Med
Can you help ensure lifesaving medical supplies reach the people who need them when disaster strikes?
UK-Med is a frontline medical aid charity founded on the values and expertise of the NHS. For more than 30 years, we have worked towards a world where everyone gets the healthcare they need when emergencies overwhelm local health services.
We are looking for a Medical Procurement and Logistics Coordinator to strengthen the way we procure, manage and move essential medical supplies and equipment for our humanitarian programmes and emergency responses.
Based primarily at our Manchester warehouse, you will provide dedicated capacity across our Procurement and Warehouse teams, coordinating the full supply-chain pathway from purchasing and receipt through to storage, stock management, shipping and dispatch.
With a particular focus on pharmaceuticals, medical consumables and medical equipment, you will help maintain accurate, compliant and deployment-ready stock. Working closely with our Supply Chain Manager, Warehouse Manager and Pharmacist, you will support the day-to-day operational management of medical commodities while ensuring appropriate pharmaceutical standards and controls are followed.
We’re looking for an organised and solutions-focused supply-chain professional with experience across procurement, inventory management, warehousing or logistics. You will be confident working with suppliers, maintaining accurate stock and procurement records and coordinating activities across different teams. Experience handling medical supplies, pharmaceutical products or equipment would be particularly valuable.
The role requires approximately 15% international travel and deployment—normally around six to eight weeks per year. During deployments, you may support procurement, warehouse and stock management, international shipping, distribution and emergency resupply, working closely with clinical, logistics and programme colleagues.
