You will be joining the newly formed Opportunities Team which has been designed to be holistically focussed on the growth of giver engagement, Partner engagement and thought leadership. Stewardship is often a surprise to new and potential clients and partners as they learn the breadth and depth of the services we can offer them, their families, their churches and the ministries they love. The Opportunities Team seeks to serve whoever we meet and triage their needs to the right expert in the Stewardship family. 

In this role you will work as part of our Opportunities Team to invite people into the community of generous Christian givers in the UK and serve UK Churches with support services and giving needs. You will attend events, speak on behalf of Stewardship and deliver content with excellence. You will have the opportunity to support the growth of Stewardship over the coming years as we identify new clients to join the ecosystem that enables Kingdom ministry to happen all over the UK and around the world. 

As a result of our Christian ethos, this post is covered by an Occupational Requirement (OR) under Part 1 of Schedule 9 to the Equality Act 2010. The successful applicant will be expected to be a practising Christian and to clearly demonstrate a personal commitment to the mission, principles, values and practices contained in our Ethos Statement, by:

· Active membership of local church congregation.

· Undergoing course of teaching or training in personal financial stewardship and giving/generosity or experiencing the benefits from personal discipleship in this area.

An understanding of the faith aspects of the work of Christian charities, including the preparedness to pray with colleagues, where appropriate.

Location: Hybrid – work from home, school, or office as needed
Hours: 37.5 per week (Term time) – Full time, part time, and job share options available
Salary: £63,372 (pro-rated to £57,738 based on 41 working weeks)

The Role

You’ll deliver psychological assessments providing expert consultation, guidance, and training  across our education settings and external schools, helping staff create environments where every child can thrive emotionally, socially, and academically.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering specialist psychological reports for key stakeholders and professionals within the wider network.
• Using applied psychology to co-create strategies that remove barriers to learning for students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
• Conducting comprehensive psychological assessments and needs analyses to ensure tailored, effective support.
• Collaborating in our Trust-wide Clinical MDT, contributing to supervision, and engaging in quarterly learning spaces.
• Supporting and mentoring Assistant Psychologists, and helping shape training placements for future Educational Psychologists.
• Delivering inspiring training programmes within the Trust and to external partners.
• Upholding the highest professional standards (BPS and HCPC) and committing to ongoing professional development.
• Helping raise the profile of our Therapy and Specialist Support Services through learning papers and wider professional engagement.

About You

You’re a confident, compassionate professional who thrives on collaboration and innovation. You’ll bring:

• A Doctorate in Educational Psychology and HCPC registration.
• Significant post-qualification experience supporting children and young people in educational settings.
• Expertise working with complex needs, including learning disabilities, autism spectrum conditions, and mental health challenges.
• In-depth knowledge of current educational systems and SEND frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with staff, parents, carers, and professionals.

About Woman's Trust

Woman’s Trust was established almost thirty years ago and is the leading specialist in mental health services for women. Led by and for women, it aims to ensure that women affected by domestic abuse can live a safe and healthy life, free from further harm. Our approach is trauma-informed and person-centred, empowering survivors on their journey to recover from the trauma. We support 900 women and children annually, with an income of £1.3m and 40 staff. We are committed to a positive, inclusive and equitable environment for our staff, service users and volunteers. Alongside our current service provision, we are focused on developing innovative mental health services for young women and girls, launching peer-led support groups and providing therapeutic groups to children and their mothers. About the role

As a Counselling Project Administrator, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient project administration of Woman’s Trust Counselling services.

This role is part-time, working 28 hours per week to cover a period of maternity leave with a start date of December 2025.

The Central Office Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the central office facility, including day-to-day oversight of organisation-wide services provided by SCT’s external IT support provider. 

The postholder will champion health and safety processes across the organisation through the use of an online portal. They will also provide key support in the coordination and delivery of organisational training. 

In addition, the role includes assisting in the delivery of a generalist HR service, working alongside the HR Officer and external HR advisors.
