Would you like to support disabled children in accessing fun activity sessions? Could you provide admin support in the office to help facilitate sessions for our Children’s Activity Club team.
What will you be doing?
• Supporting the Childrens Activity Club managed with a range of administration tasks
. • Helping with data entry tasks, such as updating our in-house database with registers, session attendance, feedback, and uploading support plans.
• Telephoning parents to go through initial risk assessments/ supports plans on how best we can support their child at a session understanding their communication, sensory and support needs.
• Helping to research required resources for sessions.
What skills would be useful?

We are looking for people to help at our Christmas 'Merry Moments' events taking place across November and December 2026. These event will be for disabled children, young people and their families to come along and and enjoy a fun filled sensory extravaganza. And we need extra peopel to support our team to make it all work. We will be running at least 3 Merry Moments events 2 in Windsor and 1 in Wokingham.

About Dance Fit
Dance Fit is a fun way to stay active through music and movement. Sessions are designed to improve fitness, flexibility and confidence in a supportive and enjoyable environment.
