Youth Enrichment (Pilor programme for young people aged 9-12 years, encompassing adventure, challenges, outdoor activities, and personal development) 4. Youth Leader CPD & Engagement (Boosting inter-Unit collaboration, engaging with Youth Leaders in their Units, identifying training needs, raising awareness of Youth Leader wellbeing and acting as the conduit between Unit and District) 5.
