This is an exciting opportunity to join the Mass Participation team, helping to coordinate a portfolio of virtual events expected to raise over £4.7 million and bring in over 34,000 participants to the charity in the next financial year. The virtual events portfolio at Dementia UK consist of a series of month-long challenges that bring our supporters together online across the UK. Participants receive a free incentive to take on a motivating challenge, from walking 1km a day in February to clocking up 100km with their dog in October, to spending the month moving, connecting and fundraising for Dementia UK. As a Mass Participation Executive, you will be responsible for the end to end management of our month-long virtual challenges, delivering marketing plans in collaboration with agency support and stewarding supporters to ensure engagement and participation. Using project management tools and a pro-active can-do approach, you will ensure efficient event delivery, continuously analyse, and develop the virtual events portfolio. You will work closely with teams across Fundraising, Data, Marketing & Communications to drive income, collaborate and achieve high levels of engagement across the virtual events portfolio.
We are looking for you to have previous experience in fundraising, working with supporters to activate and uplift their fundraising and be able to deliver exceptional supporter experiences. About the role
The FDIO will take the lead in developing the reports, dashboards and insight that directly support fundraising growth. You’ll also work hand-in-hand with our Database Manager to improve data quality, support data imports and ensure we are capturing information effectively across the organisation. An important part of the role will be helping non-technical colleagues understand and interpret data so they can make confident, insight-driven decisions.
About you
We’re looking for someone who has hands-on experience with CRM systems (ideally Raiser’s Edge or similar), strong reporting and visualisation skills, and the ability to work confidently with data importing and management processes. You’ll be analytical, curious, and a natural problem-solver with strong Excel skills and the ability to present data clearly to different audiences.
Experience of predictive analytics or advanced segmentation would be an advantage, but most importantly you’ll be someone who enjoys improving systems and has a proactive approach to data.

Job Purpose
This is an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of the Charity’s operations. You will be the first point of contact for supporters and will deliver outstanding customer care and donor stewardship.

About the role
This is a new role within the Legacies Team. Our legacy notifications and income have been steadily growing and we are excited to be expanding the team.
In this role, you will be a crucial part in ensuring that all legacies to the charity are administered in a timely and sensitive manner, maintaining and building great relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Legacies currently fund over half of our work and you will have an important role in helping Parkinson’s UK support more people affected by Parkinson’s.
What you’ll do:

Work with the Legacy Administration Manager to actively manage a varied caseload
-
Handle a mixture of pecuniary, residuary and reversionary legacy cases
-
Tailor your approach to each case depending on the circumstances, having a flexible approach whilst ensuring that all gifts are administered in a timely manner

Work to optimise Parkinson’s UK legacy income where appropriate
-
Ensure that all bequests to Parkinson’s UK are received and utilised, in accordance with Parkinson’s UK policies, including Local Group gifts
-
Maintain your knowledge of current legislation around IHT, CGT, s.119 requirements etc

Play an active role in the wider legacy team and promoting Gifts in Wills where necessary
What you’ll bring:

Demonstrable experience and understanding of charity legacy administration
-
Ability to communicate clearly, assertively and compassionately with Executors, solicitors and bereaved family and friends

High level of numeracy skills in order to approve complex Estate Accounts and tax calculations

Experience of operating in a modern digital workplace, including using digital tools to work collaboratively and productively.

Ideally have experience of using First Class 4 legacy software

Either have or are working towards a recognised professional legacy qualification including Certificate in Charity Legacy Administration (CiCLA), Solicitor, or other relevant legal qualification

The Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Youth Hub Lead to oversee the delivery of high-quality youth hub services, primarily in Chelsea (World’s End and surrounding areas). This is a leadership role that combines strategic planning, hands-on delivery, and team management.
You will:
- Lead and manage youth hub operations across Chelsea and Lancaster Youth Hubs.
- Develop innovative programmes that reflect the voices and needs of young people.

- Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead for youth hub services.
- Play an active role in income generation and fundraising to ensure sustainability.

- Direct and deliver a varied programme of youth activities, including holiday programmes, trips, and residentials.
- Champion FFLY’s values and foster a positive, high-performing team culture.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health and safety, and organisational policies.
- Represent FFLY at partnership meetings and deputise for the CEO when required.
- Monitor and report on service impact, ensuring funder requirements are met.

Role
You will provide pro–active emotional, practical and advocacy support for male and non-binary survivors who have experienced any form of sexual violence and are engaging (or considering engaging) with the criminal justice system.
Our ISVAs work with clients currently residing in any London borough, or if the abuse was committed in any London borough. Some travel to London will be expected.
An ISVA qualification or relevant degree is desirable, but not essential. We consider people from a wide range of educational backgrounds and work experience. What matters is that you are empathetic and will support the specific needs of our clients.
