As a Programme Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for managing the logistics of a range of different courses and programmes. You will work closely with the Programme Directors, who design and deliver the course and programme content.
Your role will include communicating with programme participants and clients, creating programme materials, managing budgets, booking venues, travel and accommodation, and event management.
You will be skilled at working across a suite of programmes and balancing multiple deadlines. You’ll enjoy taking personal responsibility for your own portfolio and also working with the team of Programme Coordinators to support each other’s work and drive continuous improvement.
Our business model includes online working alongside in person therefore you will be expected to provide online technical support and be proficient in Microsoft Teams, Zoom and other online platforms to support the delivery of client work.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, alongside first-rate numeracy skills to be able to monitor programme budgets. We’re looking for someone who is confident with using Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Zoom and other online packages and databases too. With experience of working in busy environments, you’ll combine these talents with a keen eye for detail, a flexible approach and great client relationship skills.

This important role will represent FareShare Sussex & Surrey engaging with corporate partners and key stakeholders such as council leaders, politicians and dignitaries across the region.
Using your experience in engagement and relationship management you will work to consolidate existing partnerships and seek new opportunities across Sussex & Surrey, working to build strong relationships locally and encourage partnership, donations, sponsorships and corporate volunteering. The development team has an ambitious target of £1 million to raise, through various streams including corporate partnerships, individual giving, trust applications and other fundraising activities each year. You will also work alongside our food Supply Manager to help provide a holistic partnership with our suppliers, encouraging them to support our work across the ESG / CSR spectrum.

Duties and responsibilities
Business Development and Relationship Management

Act as main point of contact for existing corporate partners and stakeholders

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Area Branch Development Manager to join our field operations team. You will join us working 35 hours per week (including some occasional evenings and weekends to support out volunteers) on a permanent basis. Responsibilities of our Area Branch Development Manager:
As an Area Branch Development Manager you will be accountable for the development, growth and local governance of branches within a designated area. Providing a solution-driven approach with the aim of helping more cats through the effective engagement of local volunteers. You will develop and deliver an area plan that captures the importance of volunteer engagement, recruitment, support, enabling and succession planning to ultimately achieve branch growth and sustainability. You will work collaboratively with other CP regional teams where appropriate, identifying where there are opportunities to achieve more by working together.
What we’re looking for in our Area Branch Development Manager:
- Proven management experience including drafting business and operational plans
- Proven experience of leading and managing volunteers

Reporting into the Director of Children’s Services, the post holder has Registered Manager responsibilities for a wide-reaching geographical area which will have a staff team of Social Workers, Family Finding Worker, Engagement & Activity Practitioner, Consultants, Panel Members and Administration team. Principle purpose of the post:
