About the role:

As the BB4K Administrator you will provide essential administrative support to the BB4K team and service we deliver. This includes:

As a successful BB4K Administrator, you will have experience of providing administrative support in a busy environment, with accurate attention to detail. As Assistant Director of Philanthropy & Strategic Partnerships, you will help shape the future of our national work and support our federation of 170+ local Home-Starts working in communities across the UK. You will lead a talented team, build long-lasting relationships, and help make sure Home-Start has the funding, partnerships, and influence it needs to give every child the best possible start in life. This role will suit someone who is motivated by purpose, who values people and relationships, and who is comfortable working across a large and varied network.

We are looking for someone with a strong track record, someone who has already delivered high-value fundraising and partnerships at a senior level and is ready to take on a role with significant national influence. With responsibility for an annual income portfolio of circa £4 Million – with strong potential to grow this over the next 3-5 years to between £6Million-£8Million plus, you will work with a supportive Leadership Team and Board, who have already engaged external philanthropy expertise to develop a strategy and roadmap that you can build on. You’ll need to be confident working with high-value supporters: able to build trust, communicate clearly, and nurture long-term relationships with people who want to invest in families and early years support. You’ll bring the skills and confidence to grow a portfolio that is already strong and take it further, along with the ability to work well with others in a fast-moving environment.

We are recruiting for an Assistant People Advisor to join on a full-time basis, working 35 hours per week on a permanent contract.

Working with support from the ER and Change Team, this newly developed role will provide professional first-line support and guidance to managers and staff on a range of employee relations issues. You will be a key point of contact for managers, using a coaching approach, you will help them to deal with a range of employee relations issues including disciplinary, grievance, attendance and performance management.

There will also be the opportunity to lead on some casework, with support from a People Advisor. Not only is the work rewarding, but you will also get to work with a highly skilled and passionate People Team.

Whilst predominantly a homebased role, there is an expectation to attend in person team days (London or Birmingham) and other in person meetings on occasions as required.

A Rocha UK is a unique Christian nature conservation charity that mobilises Christians and churches to care for the natural world. We equip and inspire Christians to enjoy, nurture, and defend nature; and we run the Eco Church and related eco denominational schemes, such as Eco Dioceses. Our Conservation work is a core component of the project portfolio at A Rocha UK. We manage our own nature reserve at Foxearth Meadows in Essex and manage the Partners in Action programme, which consists of a network of over 60 organisations and sites managing over 20,000 acres of land for nature. Purpose of role:

This role will make a significant contribution to the efficient running of the Conservation Department by supporting the Head of Conservation in their leadership of the programme and the wider Conservation team in the smooth running of the Partners in Action programme. Job Purpose

At Waverley Abbey, we seek to extend and build the kingdom of God through encounter with Him, through education, engagement and enterprise, for the spiritual and cultural renewal of this generation and generations to come. As Fundraising Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting this mission by strengthening activities to raise finances from Trusts and Foundations, individual givers, mid–net-worth donors and partners. You help will shape compelling cases for support and build meaningful long-term relationships with funders, that grow our supporter base through proactive outreach, relationship management and strategic bid-writing. Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign support

> Support the Senior Marketing Manager, and wider marketing department, to align fundraising campaigns and activity with the wider organisational marketing calendar.

> Support the planning, development and delivery of fundraising activities and campaigns across email, web, social media, print, events and direct mail.

> Support the marketing department as they produce high quality fundraising assets, including videos, graphics, impact stories and supporter communications.

> Support Head of Marketing in evaluating campaign performance (income, engagement, ROI), report insights and advise accordingly for continual improvement.

2. Trusts and Foundations

> Support compelling funding applications to Trusts and Foundations aligned with organisational priorities, with research, writing and submission.
