Hadleigh Training Centre has been providing training opportunities since 1990 for adults with additional support needs. There are currently approximately 160 trainees who attend the training centre, following personalised pathways to meet a range of outcomes. All training is designed to maximise progression opportunities, whether this be in particular vocational skills, or transferable life skills such as motivation, self-esteem and confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
As Relief Training Programme Facilitator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training activities for all trainees, embedding a person-centred approach within training activities, focusing on each trainee’s strengths and opportunities to increase independence. You will be required to provide comprehensive reports on each trainee’s engagement and progression towards their goals, including feedback on existing strategies within individual learning support plans.
The successful candidate(s) will be able to demonstrate:
- A passion to be a part of the delivery of high-level training programmes to transform the lives of those we engage with, with previous experience of having worked successfully in a learning environment.
- An awareness of the barriers faced by adults with additional support needs.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, particularly when it comes to developing good working relationships and building trust.

The Role
In this role, you will provide first-line advice and guidance on payroll and benefits processing, compliance, discrepancies, and queries. You will support the Payroll and Benefits Lead with monthly and year-end processes, assist with internal and external audit processes and support the administration of the workplace pension schemes and other employee benefits. About the Role
The position is permanent and part-time. It is for 3 days per week, for the right candidate. The postholder must be available to work one Saturday a month. The main tasks of the role include: maintaining effective communication and correspondence with our vulnerable young clients and booking appointments; overseeing and updating our case management system; administrative financial work, costs billing and creating invoices; and general administrative duties including filing, scanning, shredding, archiving, photocopying, creating e-bundles, preparing and taking post to the post office, completing forms, and requesting subject access disclosure and other information from third parties.
The role also requires the administrator to support, where necessary, the day-to-day administrative management of the office and PRCBC operations. This includes liaising with external stakeholders across a range of areas such as IT support and building management; supporting the maintenance and updating of operational procedures and practices; and completing ad-hoc administrative tasks, such as office supply procurement, as required.
To work effectively at PRCBC, it is necessary for the administrator to closely follow instructions, retain a professional approach throughout, and be highly focused and well organised, with excellent attention to detail.
Due to the varied nature of PRCBC’s work, the administrator participates in many aspects of the management, administrative and legal process, and interacts with a wide range of individuals, from solicitors and barristers to social workers and foster parents, alongside frequently vulnerable young clients and their carers. Location: Hybrid, with head office in Hampstead, London
Job summary
This new role will lead cross-programme efforts to improve our supporters’ customer experience and connection to the cause. We are looking to develop across areas including:
- Frequency of contact with supporters
- Personalisation and, where appropriate, bespokeness
- Two-way engagement and ‘supporter voice’
- A more holistic approach for those who support in multiple ways
As our first Senior Supporter Experience Manager, we want you to lead the charge for a better supporter experience; facilitate and project-manage needed change; while bringing together and rolling out good stewardship practice where it exists.
We are looking for someone with:
- Significant experience of developing and delivering supporter journeys and experiences across multiple channels
- Experience of project management and ‘leading without a team’
- A track record of creative problem solving and process change
- Understanding of the behaviours and motivations of supporters.
This will be a busy, diverse, exciting role, with huge scope to put your stamp on our Fundraising programme and personally make a difference.

What the role involves
In this role, you will work alongside Girls and Young Women who have been exposed to or are at risk of exploitation or violence. Within your role as a Specialist Caseworker, you will provide support to young Londoners to secure the safety and positive outcomes they want. You will be expected to provide robust risk and needs assessments that reflect the contexts within which harm has occurred, and to work collaboratively with partnership agencies to reduce risk and secure services and support.

About the Minster Centre
The Minster Centre is a registered charity and company limited by guarantee that provides training in psychotherapy and counselling and an affordable therapy service.
It was founded in 1978 as the first Integrative psychotherapy and counselling training in the UK and is a leading psychotherapy training institution. Now based in Queens Park, NW London, it runs training ranging from open access introductory courses to post-graduate degrees validated by Middlesex University. The Minster Centre caters for around 300 diploma and MA students each year. It is registered with the Office for Students.
The Minster Centre Psychotherapy & Counselling Service (MCPCS) also provides a safe, affordable and professional counselling service to people over the age of 18 who are experiencing a range of difficulties. The service is provided by senior trainees who are in the process of completing their therapy training.

Role purpose
The Minster Centre is seeking to develop and further professionalise its operations and is recruiting to a new Head of Finance role. This is a part-time, flexible role for two days per week in the first instance. Some time in the office will be needed to work alongside other staff and key stakeholders – this can be managed flexibly alongside working from home. The role would therefore suit someone who wants to balance an interesting and senior role alongside other responsibilities or interests.
The Head of Finance will oversee the financial operations of the charity, owning and ensuring compliance to financial policies and procedures. You will provide strategic financial guidance to the Management Committee and contribute to the delivery of the charity’s financial strategies.
Early priorities will be:
- A review of existing financial policies and procedures to support the ongoing effective running of the charity.
- Working with the Lead team to ensure the charity’s finances are sustainable long-term

Terms and conditions
Salary: Pro rata, £55,000 FTE
Hours: 14 hours per week in the first instance, hybrid working. Exact hours open to negotiation. Some flexibility will be required to attend key meetings.
Contract: Fixed term appointment to end July 2028, in the first instance.
Holidays: 33 days including bank holidays, pro rata
Key working relationships: Management Committee (4 staff who collectively lead the organisation). This post will report to that Team and be line managed by one of them), Finance Administrator, HR and Governance Manager, Quality Manager and Registrar.
