Key responsibilities:
As Individual Giving Manager, you will be responsible for developing and delivering supporter acquisition and retention strategies, including campaign planning and budget management. You will lead multi-channel fundraising campaigns across direct mail, digital, DRTV, telemarketing and face-to-face channels to drive income growth and maximise supporter value. You will create engaging fundraising propositions and campaign content while using testing, insight and innovation to improve performance across audiences and channels. You will also manage forecasting, reporting and expenditure budgets, while building strong relationships with agencies, suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Role Purpose
The Supporter Engagement Assistant is responsible for growing support for Bassetlaw Foodbank through partnerships, fundraising and community engagement. About the role

About the role
This is a unique opportunity to lead and evolve a dynamic portfolio of special events that bring together supporters, philanthropists, and partners to raise vital funds for The Royal Marsden Hospital, supporting world-leading cancer care, research, and patient support.
From flagship charity-led events to high-profile committee and partner initiatives such as The Ever After Garden, The RM Cup Golf Day, and Recital for Research, you will drive innovation, maximise income, and deliver outstanding supporter experiences that deepen engagement and long-term relationships.
You’ll lead a high-performing team, work closely with senior stakeholders and volunteers, and play a key role in delivering the Charity’s ambitious five-year strategy, making a tangible difference to cancer patients and their families.

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to maximise our reach, engagement and fundraising income across all digital channels. This is a hands-on role at the heart of our Income and Engagement Team, leading day-to-day digital activity while helping shape how we connect with supporters, publishers and other audiences.
This is an exciting moment to join Book Aid International in a newly created role dedicated to digital marketing, with the opportunity to shape how we connect with our audiences and grow our impact.
The postholder will lead on:
· Social media, email marketing, SEO, website management and paid advertising
· Digital fundraising campaigns and supporter journeys
· Data, analytics and optimisation across all digital channels
· Integrated campaigns in close collaboration with the Brand Manager and Individual Giving Manager
We are looking for someone with proven digital marketing experience, strong analytical skills and a data-informed approach, experience of digital fundraising or the charity sector, excellent copywriting skills and an eye for engaging content, and knowledge of GDPR as it applies to digital marketing.
