Your meetings could be in the local community, having a chat in a coffee shop, visiting places of interest, or in our client’s home.Our clients are older Scot living in London who simply want to do the activities that most of us take for granted.

We provide training before you start, ongoing support once you are matched, out of pocket expenses, references, social events and newsletters to keep you informed.

This could be the ideal opportunity to gain practical experience of working with adults in a health and social care setting, or for anyone who enjoys meeting new people and making their lives a little brighter.

At Unlock YOUR Potential, we are building a movement of dignity, opportunity, and transformation. We are seeking Volunteer Wellbeing Coaches, compassionate guides who will help adults from low-income backgrounds cultivate confidence, resilience, and healthy routines for life.

Your Role

As a Wellbeing Coach, you will:

• Support adults in managing stress, building mindfulness, and creating sustainable wellbeing practices.

• Facilitate group sessions and one-to-one coaching that foster resilience and confidence.

• Help participants unlock their inner strength, restore balance, and thrive in daily life.

• Collaborate with mentors and facilitators to deliver holistic programmes of growth and transformation.
