Job description

CRASAC has received funding from the National Lottery and the Government to support us with the impact of COVID on our services and we are recruiting to the following post to expand our award-winning team.

You will support the review and development of the Counselling service and contribute to operational day to day management. You will support the delivery of high quality, efficient services that meet client needs. You will supervise and develop the Counsellors and ensure performance can be evidenced to key stakeholders. You will carry your own clinical caseload.

You have management experience and extensive experience of providing trauma focused counselling/therapeutic practices to a wide age range. You have a minimum qualification of Diploma Level 4 in Counselling / Psychotherapy or equivalent.
