Role Purpose
The Fundraising Manager will drive fundraising growth for YMCA Lincolnshire, a well-established charity working to improve the lives of children and young people, families, local communities and those at risk of homelessness.
Reporting to the Head of Income Generation, you will lead the delivery of YMCA Lincolnshire's Fundraising Strategy and be responsible for achieving agreed income targets across a diverse range of income streams. You will grow income through individual giving, corporate partnerships, trusts and foundations, community fundraising, events and campaigns, while strengthening donor stewardship, supporter journeys and the effective use of our Beacon CRM.
Working collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation, you will translate service delivery outcomes into compelling cases for support and build meaningful relationships with supporters, funders, businesses and community groups. You will ensure all fundraising activity is compliant, insight-led and aligned with YMCA Lincolnshire's mission, values and strategic objectives.

Our client is a leading provider of mental health services in Birmingham and the West Midlands. They offer high quality services that support both recovery and wellbeing, and they actively work with people so that they can be in control of their lives.
They now have an opportunity for an Admissions Avoidance Coordinator to join them to work closely with people who have experienced mental health difficulties and are being supported through BSMHFT Children’s and Young People Community Hubs and Crisis services.
The main aim of the service is to offer an individualised service with a focus on the prevention of hospital admission and provide support for service users.
You will work closely with the other Discharge Coordinators providing support cover when required and you’ll work closely with BSMHFT CYP staff to identify individuals who are at risk of escalation because of hardships including social and environmental factors.
These individuals will be supported via the service through a person-centered approach that focuses on maintaining and strengthening the person’s wellbeing and enabling people to build their own resilience reducing crisis escalation.
They are looking for someone with experience of working in a paid role in the mental health field, with experience of supporting people age 18 – 25 to be in control of their lives.
You’ll have knowledge and experience of carrying out needs & risk assessments and you’ll have a good overall understanding of the social determinants of poor mental health and interventions to effect positive outcomes.
A full UK driving licence and use of a vehicle is also desirable but not essential.

We are seeking a qualified Debt Adviser/Caseworker( we would consider a Trainee with relevant experience) to join our established Debt Team to provide comprehensive debt advice and casework support to clients experiencing financial hardship.
The successful candidate will provide high-quality debt advice, welfare benefits support, and income maximisation guidance to clients affected by debt and cost of living challenges. The postholder will be an approved, authorised insolvency intermediary.
The role involves supporting vulnerable and disadvantaged individuals, exploring all available debt solutions, including insolvency options and empowering clients to improve their long-term financial resilience.
A key aim of the role is to help prevent homelessness by supporting clients to manage rent arrears, priority debts, and financial crises at an early stage, while working with relevant agencies and services to achieve sustainable outcomes.
The postholder will manage a varied caseload, maintain accurate records, work collaboratively within the wider advice team, and contribute to delivering an accessible, client-focused service across office and outreach locations.
