About Cosmic
Cosmic is a small but mighty children’s charity dedicated to supporting the incredible work of the Paediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at St Mary’s Hospital, Paddington, and Queen Charlotte’s Hospital, Hammersmith. We provide vital funding for life-saving equipment, specialist staff training, and pioneering research. The Role
This role will take day-to-day ownership of key operational processes across Cosmic’s NICU and PICU support, ensuring smooth delivery, strong relationships across hospital teams, and the continual improvement of internal systems.
The Operations Executive plays a central role in keeping Cosmic running smoothly across both hospital sites and Cosmic HQ. This is a hands-on and varied position, combining operational coordination, ownership of key processes, and direct support to Cosmic’s Senior Leadership Team. This role will be pivotal in connecting Cosmic with the families we support and our NHS units across both hospital sites, by supporting our service delivery and fostering continuous engagement.
You will be responsible for maintaining high operational standards across our service delivery programmes, ensuring our units are well-stocked and supported, coordinating fulfilment activities, improving our internal systems, and helping strengthen Cosmic’s visibility within the hospitals.

Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Coordination Across PICU and NICU
• Act as a consistent and trusted operational contact for unit staff across St Mary’s and Queen Charlotte’s.
• Enhance Cosmic’s visibility in the units, ensuring noticeboards, communications and information materials are up to date and on brand.
• Lead end-to-end coordination of operational tasks across both sites, ensuring high standards and reliable follow-through.
2. Nutri-Care Campaign
• Coordinate Nutri-Care food deliveries to Cosmic HQ and our units.
• Distribute food items to NICU and PICU units at St. Mary’s Hospital and NICU at Queen Charlotte’s.
• Oversee stock storage at St Mary’s, Cosmic House, and Queen Charlotte’s, maintaining clear logs and ensuring resources never run low.
• Review family and staff feedback from the Nutri-Care surveys and share themes with the Service Delivery Manager to support service improvement.
3. NICU Welcome Bags & Corporate Volunteering
• Take ownership of stock levels for NICU Welcome Bags across both units, ensuring they are always ready for families.
• Work with NICU teams to develop practical solutions that ensure every family receives a Welcome Bag within 24 hours of arrival on the units, monitoring consistency and resolving any barriers.
• Prepare materials and coordinate logistics for corporate volunteer packing sessions, acting as the Cosmic lead on the day.
4. Stock & Supplies Management
• Maintain regular routines to check, restock and record Cosmic items on PICU and NICU units.
• Oversee stock of cereals, tea, coffee and other essential items that support families and staff.
• Maintain accurate inventory logs and recommend improvements to stock processes.
5. Office & Systems Management
• Manage routine supplier relationships and monitor service standards.
• Process and code invoices for approval and support compliance tasks such as health and safety checks, first aid and fire safety.
• Maintain organised shared drives and digital filing systems, ensuring they are up to date and easy to navigate.
• Ensure all Cosmic office equipment is functional and well-maintained.
• Coordinating diary bookings and logistics for meetings, events, and training.
• Overseeing health and safety compliance (first aid, fire safety checks).
• Support onboarding and leaver processes for new staff and volunteers.
• Manage Cosmic’s relationship with the NHS Post Room, overseeing all incoming and outgoing mail.

6. Support to the Senior Leadership Team
• Provide high-quality executive support including diary management, meeting coordination and travel arrangements.

• Undertake small operational projects or research tasks with minimal supervision.
7. Continuous Improvement
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, stock processes and internal systems across the charity.

As Executive Assistant with Clean Air Fund you would support both the Executive Director of Breathe Cities & the Director of Breathe Cities - who are part of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT). As the Executive Assistant (EA), working alongside the Senior Executive Assistant and Support Manager (SEA&SM), and CEO Office team, this role ensures the Directors and their teams are supported to work efficiently and effectively and that team projects are facilitated to run smoothly. It’s a role at the heart of a fast-moving organisation combating air pollution. Supporting governance is part of the role through the coordination of preparation for Board and Committee meetings.
You would be responsible for diary management, which includes a lot of complex international travel and coordinating the preparations for high-profile international events. The post holder manages the Executive’s emails to ensure that they give their attention to organisational priorities – both internal and external. This position provides support on key team projects, events, and team engagement which require organisational and administrative input for success. There is scope for initiative, taking on the organisation of convenings, surveys and small conferences.
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience;
- Previous relevant experience, working for senior executives in a busy and complex environment; including diary management, agenda setting, minute taking, support with meeting logistics (online and in person), drafting communications.
- Experience managing international travel bookings including visa, logistics and itineraries.
- Strong interpersonal skills: engages with others to get the best out of them; works well as part of a team.

Corporate Partnerships Executive
Reporting to: Corporate Partnerships Manager
Location of work: London-based with at least three days per week required at Deutsche Bank’s London Office. Beyond partner requirements, Magic Breakfast has a hybrid approach including working from home and occasional meetings at the charity’s London office. The role may also involve some occasional travel throughout England and Scotland including to Deutsche Bank’s Birmingham office.
Contract type: Ideally full-time, 35 hours per week, although part time / flexible hours may be considered. The role may require occasional evening and weekend work

JOB PURPOSE
Magic Breakfast has a motivated and high performing Corporate Partnerships team which was recently successful in securing a transformational partnership with Deutsche Bank, beginning in January 2026. We are now seeking a Corporate Partnerships Executive to support the Corporate Partnerships Manager who will together be dedicated to supporting that partnership over the next two years.
Background on the partnership:
Deutsche Bank’s UK Charity of the Year programme is a two-year partnership with Magic Breakfast beginning January 2026 with an ambition of raising £2m over that time. The partnership will be significant for the charity. Going beyond fundraising, the company aims to unlock further value by helping to build the charity’s capacity and provide access to in-house resources and expertise. Through their partnership with Magic Breakfast, Deutsche Bank is committed to enabling young people to develop life skills and emotional resilience whilst promoting social and economic equality for young people. The partnership also has the potential ensure a legacy beyond the 24-month partnership.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Corporate Partnerships Executive, you will work with a Corporate Partnerships Manager to deliver one of the charity’s largest, most high-profile and multi-faceted partnerships to date. Together you will work closely with colleagues in the Corporate Partnerships Team and across the organisation, to maximise potential of this transformational partnership.
In addition, you will collaborate closely with the CSR Team at Deutsche Bank and their wider employee network.
In addition, you will be expected to support other corporate partnerships and collaborate with the wider fundraising team to deliver projects and implement processes that support Magic Breakfast’s Fundraising & Development team in achieving its income targets and wider success.
Partnership management:
- Work with the Partnerships Manager to produce compelling and timely reports for the funder.
- Work with the Partnerships Manager and Volunteering Executive to develop and coordinate a volunteering programme for Deutsche Bank’s workforce.
- Engage Deutsche Bank’s workforce through webinars, school visits and employee fundraising activity and campaigns, helping to build recognition of Magic Breakfast.
- Represent Magic Breakfast at events hosted by Deutsche Bank and brief other Magic Breakfast representatives when required.
Internal working:
- Work with the Partnerships Manager to create a partnership development plan to maximise the potential of Deutsche Bank.
- Work collaboratively with the Corporate Partnerships Team and Fundraising & Development Team to support broader departmental and organisational goals.
- Support growth by proactively identifying introductions to new prospects, whether corporate contacts or philanthropists.
- Work closely with all departments where relevant across Magic Breakfast to maximise the potential of the partnership in delivering the charity’s 2025-2028 Business Plan.
- Engage with Service Delivery team to enable school visits and volunteering opportunities to engage Deutsche Bank employees.
- Engage with the Brand and Marketing team to ensure that partnership comms and PR opportunities are optimised.
- Take part in organisation-wide working groups and projects to support the charity’s strategic goals and initiatives.
Planning, reporting and due diligence:
- Maintain accurate financial forecasting including updating monthly records.
- Ensure that Deutsche Bank and any third parties that work with Magic Breakfast as a result of the partnership adhere to our ethical fundraising policy, and flag any risks upwards for resolution if necessary.
- Ensure all partnership activity is carried out in line with the Fundraising Regulator’s Code of Practice, and that key documents such as partner contracts are saved on Salesforce.
- Taking an active role in delivering and evaluating progress against the charity’s three year business plan, Fundraising strategy and as well as Corporate Partnerships team objectives and KPIs.
- Inform and support the development of the Fundraising and Development Team budget with understanding and oversight of the charity’s overall budget and accounts.
- Effectively support the day-to-day financial management of the team.
- Take responsibility for the operationalisation of Magic Breakfast’s policies and practice in relation to safeguarding, risk management, and GDPR across the team.

This will be a busy, varied and important role working closely with the CEO to make sure their diary supports their strategic priorities. Key responsibilities include managing, triaging and responding to emails, complex diary management to ensure effective use of their time, providing briefing papers and ensuring the CEO is well prepared for meetings, and ensuring we’ve efficient governance and office processes. You will need to have the ability to exercise tact, diplomacy and sensitivity, with excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills. You will act as that indispensable individual for the CEO, ultimately responsible for proactively ensuring their work life runs effectively and efficiently. About the role
We are seeking a transformational and visionary Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) to lead a national youth focused organisation, dedicated to promoting peer-led early intervention support for those in need. The successful candidate will be the first employed leader, propelling Youth4Youth from its robust foundations to the next stages of its development. The CEO will be responsible for turning our recently developed, yet ambitious, strategy into reality. Youth4Youth has secured funding to appoint a CEO for one year, with the expectation that the appointed leader will focus on securing long-term sustainable funding, thereby transitioning this position into a permanent role at the end of the fixed-term period. Responsibilities
