Role Overview:
The purpose of the Executive Director roles within Depaul is to ensure that the organisation’s vision, mission and values are delivered through a strategic, shared approach by the Trustee Board, Executive Team and wider workforce.
As the appointed candidate, you will manage the Finance and IT departments and provide strategic and operational management of financial and budgetary processes, ensuring sound, prudent, financial management in compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements, underpinned by relevant policies and procedures.
You will provide support for income generation, and other service activity, to secure financial sustainability.
You will also report to the CEO and manager a team of 10 people - currently 8 FTE in Finance and 2 FTE in IT, including 2 direct reports – Financial Controller and Head of IT & Systems.
As part of responsibilities, you be attend meetings of the Council of Trustees, the Trustees’ Finance, Audit and Risk Committee (FARC) and the Depaul Housing Services Board.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a financial service to Depaul UK that meets regulatory and statutory requirements.
- Ensure robust systems and processes for financial planning, analysis and reporting.
- Preparation of the annual statutory accounts and corporate reports to Depaul International, owning an effective relationship with external auditors.
- Support and guide budget holders and senior managers in their financial management responsibilities and produce the annual budget and periodic reforecasting.
- Provide strategic oversight, and monitoring, of the corporate risk register reporting to the CEO and Finance, Audit and Risk Committee.

The Adult Services Team Manager is one of 3 team managers reporting to our Chief Executive Officer. The services managed include Direct Payment Support across Richmond and Wandsworth, Befriending and Community Activities, our Benefits and Housing Advice and Information service and our Counselling service.

Purpose of Post

CILS, Pathways and Counselling Teams
- Lead and manage the delivery of the Community activity, Befriending, Pathways and Counselling services.
- Work with the CILS partners to ensure that the service is meeting Local Authority targets
- Report as required to the commissioners and the Ruils Board of trustees
- Responsible for ensuring active promotion of the services to potential and existing clients and stakeholders and to ensure representation of Ruils at networking events.
- Work with the CEO and Fundraising Manager to ensure projects are fully funded and demand is well managed.

Main Responsibilities
The Business Partnering manager plays a critical role managing the budgeting & forecasting work across Diabetes UK ultimately, working closely with the Head of Finance & senior stakeholders, to ensure that we deliver our vision in a sustainable way.
You would be leading a team of five business partners and empowering them to add value the Directorates they work with to enhance the work Diabetes UK caries out. Working with your team you will look at ways to improve our reporting and build financial capability and confidence across the charity.

About the Role:
As Finance Business Partner to Communications and Fundraising directorates, you will:
- Regularly advise Communications and Fundraising leaders and senior manager to review financial aspects of their operational plans.
- Develop a systematic forecasting process for the directorate and ensure robust 3-year income and expenditure financial plans are implemented.
- Support on long term financial plans and modelling supporting WAUKs 10-year strategy.

About You:
To be successful, you'll need:
- Completed a professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA). Role Context
ALIMA UK is in its start-up phase and is made up of a small team. This period is exciting at times unpredictable. Katherine Low Settlement has worked with older people since its conception in 1924.They are a core part of the community that we continue to work with. We provide, often in partnership, a range of projects and activities for older people including health and wellbeing; creative arts; intergenerational work; connecting people and trips/outings. Our services include an Older People's Lunch Club, Contact Club, T’ai Chi for Elders, exercise and social sessions, and support online.

Key Objectives for the Elders Core Service Manager Role:
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of dedicated part-time paid staff and volunteers, including a cook, support worker, minibus driver, and sessional workers.
- Day-to-Day Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the Elders Core Service, including the lunch club, transport, social sessions, and overseeing the one-to-one work of the core team.

About the Role:
This role is based at our Gloucester office with weekly travel expected to the Wiltshire & Swindon region.
As the Operations Manager for Gloucestershire and Wiltshire you will be responsible for the implementation, development and the ongoing delivery of a high performing service through excellent operational management and supervision of people and resources.

Principle purpose of the post:
