We're looking for someone who is passionate about making a real difference to people's lives and who understands the power of evidence, insight and learning to improve services and demonstrate impact. You will be confident working with data, able to analyse and interpret statistical information, identify trends and patterns, and turn complex information into clear, meaningful insights for a range of audiences.
You will be curious about what works, what could work better and, most importantly, the difference our services make to the people and communities we support. You will be equally comfortable working with numbers and listening to people's experiences, recognising that understanding impact requires both robust quantitative data and meaningful qualitative evidence.
A key part of the role will involve meeting directly with clients across Navigate's projects and services to hear about their experiences and understand the difference that support has made to their lives. You will be able to build rapport with people from a wide range of backgrounds and circumstances, ask thoughtful and sensitive questions, and ensure that clients' voices and experiences are represented respectfully and authentically in our evaluation, funder reporting, fundraising and annual Impact Report.
You will be highly organised and able to take responsibility for monthly, quarterly and annual funder reporting deadlines across all Navigate projects, bringing together information from different services and sources to produce accurate, engaging and evidence-based reports. You will have strong analytical and written communication skills, with the ability to combine statistical information, outcomes, client feedback and real-life experiences to tell a compelling and credible story about our impact.
You do not necessarily need to come from a money advice background. We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail and a genuine commitment to using data and evidence to make a difference. You may have experience in monitoring and evaluation, impact measurement, data analysis, research, performance, reporting or a related area.
You will be compassionate, curious, organised and solution-focused, with excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach. You will be committed to continuous improvement and excited by the opportunity to help Navigate better understand, strengthen and communicate the difference our work makes.

We invest in training, supervision, wellbeing and professional development, creating an environment where people feel supported to do their best work. Working at Navigate is genuinely rewarding. You'll become part of a friendly, supportive team that believes everyone deserves the opportunity to recover from financial hardship and build a more secure future.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to see the difference our work makes across individuals, families and communities and play a central part in helping us understand that impact, learn from it and communicate it to funders, partners and the wider community.

These first-hand insights will provide rich qualitative evidence for funder reports, impact reporting, service evaluation, and organisational learning, alongside the analysis and interpretation of statistical and performance information.

About Us
Head and neck cancer is one of the fastest-rising cancers in the UK, now affecting around 14,000 people every year — the 5th most common cancer among men, 7th overall, and the fastest growing among young people. Too often, symptoms are missed or misunderstood, and more than half of cases are diagnosed at a late stage. That means compromised survival rates, more invasive treatment, and a recovery that can mean a new way of eating, speaking and living.
Oracle Head & Neck Cancer UK exists to change that story. We work to prevent cancers where possible, drive earlier detection, and make sure people have clear information, support and guidance through and after treatment — so nobody has to cope in silence or confusion. We also fund groundbreaking research and collaborate across the sector to maximise our impact for patients.
As the only national charity dedicated to head and neck cancers, we're moving in an exciting new direction — and we have a unique opportunity to build an organisation that delivers maximum impact for patients and their families, while staying true to our roots.
The Role
We're looking for a Trusts, Foundations and Corporate Fundraiser to join our small, ambitious team. You'll bring specialist experience securing income from trusts, foundations and corporate partners, and you'll be confident building a robust funding pipeline and reporting on project delivery to funders.
We are looking for someone adaptable and hands-on, willing to engage fully with the breadth of activity a small charity requires. We are committed to pushing boundaries on behalf of our patient community, and we value candidates who demonstrate innovative thinking and the confidence to act on opportunities as they arise.
We offer a competitive salary and remote working, as well as a generous annual leave allowance and professional development and mentorship opportunities.
How to Apply
To apply, please submit your CV and a supporting statement of no more than 2 sides each. The statement must clearly demonstrate your relevant experience and how you meet the person specification set out in the full job description attached.
Equal Opportunity Employer
We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds and are committed to creating an inclusive workplace.

About us
The Mason Foundation is a national charity that supports neurodivergent young people and communities to thrive. (Neurodivergent means people whose brains work differently, for example autistic people or people with ADHD.) We run three main programmes: Propel, which is employment support for neurodivergent young people aged 14 to 25; Community Mile, locally led physical activity run by trained Champions; and wider community programmes. We work across England and Scotland.
About the role
You would be the person delivering our programmes on the ground across the South East. You would deliver all three programmes, Propel, Community Mile and our community programmes, by running training and sessions, building relationships, and championing neuroinclusion, which means helping everyday settings work better for neurodivergent people. You would also meet the wider team in person a few times a year.
What you would do
· Deliver Propel training in schools, colleges, community youth settings and workplaces.
· Deliver Community Mile training and help local communities set up lasting physical activity opportunities.
· Deliver our community programmes that support communities with less access to opportunities.
· Build and keep good relationships with partners across education, community and employer settings.
· Help organisations and communities put neuroinclusive practice in place.
· Capture engaging social media content that shows the impact of the work.
· Keep track of how delivery is going and report on it.
· Travel regularly across the South East to deliver in person.
What you need
Essential
· A genuine commitment to neurodivergent young people and communities, and to neuroinclusion.
· The ability to deliver engaging training and sessions. You do not need previous experience. What matters is that you can engage a room, and we will talk about this at interview.
· The ability to build good working relationships across education, community and employer settings.
· The ability to plan your own time and get things done while working independently.
· The ability to manage your workload within part time hours.
· A driving licence and access to a vehicle. Because the role covers a wide patch across the South East, with some places hard to reach by public transport, this is essential for the role. If this is a barrier for you because of a disability, please talk to us and we will look at what is possible.
Nice to have
· Experience delivering training to different groups of people.
· Experience in SEND (special educational needs and disabilities), employability support, community development, physical activity, or a similar area.
· Confidence using social media to share stories and engage people.
You do not need to tick every box. If you meet the essentials and are keen, please do apply.
How we recruit
We want this process to work for you. Adjustments are available at every stage, both when you apply and at interview, so please just ask.
Our interview has two stages. First, an informal conversation about the role over Teams or by phone, so we can get to know each other a little. Then a panel interview, which you can have in person or online, whichever you prefer.
We are a Disability Confident Employer. If you tell us you have a disability and you meet the essential requirements, we will guarantee you an interview.
Why join us
· Make a real difference in the lives of neurodivergent young people and communities.
· Flexible, home-based working with a supportive team.
· The chance to shape and grow our programmes in the South East.
· Work for an ambitious, values driven charity where 75 percent of our staff are neurodivergent.
We welcome applications from everyone, and we especially welcome applications from people currently underrepresented at The Mason Foundation, including LGBT+ people, disabled people, and people from ethnic minority backgrounds.
Our mission is to remove barriers, provide opportunities to build lasting friendships, celebrate inclusivity, and reduce inequalities.
