As a Fundraising Systems Executive, you will play a key role in embedding our new Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, helping fundraising teams get the most out of our new systems. You will be part of a newly formed Technology team of developers, testers, and product specialists, working closely with brilliant colleagues to improve processes, manage donor data, and deliver innovative solutions.

This role suits someone with strong analytical and problem-solving skills who can support end users with technical issues and requests while managing multiple initiatives with ease.

You will need an understanding of fundraising processes and donor management, experience with CRM systems like Dynamics 365, familiarity with campaign management and reporting tools such as Excel or Power BI, and ideally a background in application support or not-for-profit organisations.

You’ll enjoy the variety of moving between reactive support and proactive delivery, helping shape the future of our fundraising systems while working alongside a clever and supportive team.

Our client, a significant UK-focused grant-making foundation, is looking to recruit a Grant Manager to manage and develop a portfolio of grants, focusing in particular on enabling disadvantaged children and young people to fulfil their potential (with a focus on education attainment, employability, wellbeing and youth development) and health and wellbeing.

The role:
Role: Grant Manager
Location: London. This is a full-time role based in London (Cannon Street) and the post holder will need to be in the office at least 2-3 days per week, and available for additional days/travel for site visits and meetings as required.

Working closely with the Head of the UK Programmes, the Grant Manager will play a critical role in the development, delivery, and management of a significant portfolio of grants across the UK foundation’s priority programme areas, with a focus on health and wellbeing and children and young people (working on grant-making across other programme areas - arts, culture and heritage and environmental conservation as required).

The foundation has evolved significantly in recent years, and this is an exciting time to join the foundations as they look to grow and develop grant portfolios, continue to finesse their grant-making strategies, and deepen their understanding of the impact of their grants. While this role is UK focused, the post-holder will get exposure to the grant-making of affiliated foundations that have an international focus.

The candidate:
The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of and significant experience within the non-profit sector in the UK, ideally having a combination of grant-making experience as well as direct experience of working within, and/or acting as a consultant to, mid to large sized non-profits that are active in the fields of interest to the foundation.

In terms of subject matter expertise, candidates will have in-depth knowledge and experience within the Disadvantaged Children & Young People, and/or Health & Wellbeing sectors.

Given the foundations’ focus on strengthening the capacity of non-profit organisations, and in particular their financial sustainability/resilience, the ideal candidate will also have the necessary analytical skills and knowledge to assess and analyse organisations as a whole (across factors such as leadership and governance, impact, financial health, business and strategic planning), and will also be adept at analysing how proposed capacity building projects will strengthen the impact/efficiency and/or sustainability/resilience of an organisation.

In addition to excellent analytical skills, the successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to understand and articulate complex information clearly and concisely, especially in written form. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities will be key to success in this role. Finally, the successful candidate will have a high degree of curiosity, humility and a collaborative style and will be able to proactively manage a diverse workload on your own initiative.

We are recruiting an Advocate Educator to work closely with GP practices in Croydon borough.IRIS is a domestic abuse training, support and referral programme developed specifically for general practice.You will promote the IRIS programme and offer DVA training to GP practice staff, as well as providing one-to-one emotional and practical support to a caseload of clients experiencing domestic abuse. The successful applicant will have:

About the Role:

What We’re Looking For:

You'll be an experienced trusts fundraiser with a proven ability to secure significant grant income and build strong relationships with funders.

You'll also have:

· A successful track record of securing five and six-figure grants.

· Experience developing persuasive, high-quality funding applications.

· Knowledge of major grant funders, such as The National Lottery, Lloyds Bank Foundation and Garfield Weston Foundation.

Purpose of the Job 

The Head of Comms and External Affairs will lead our narrative and steward our reputation at critical moment, following the merger of FareShare and The Felix Project to form the new Felix brand. The role will set the strategy and operating rhythm for a team of seven across media relations, internal communications and public affairs, ensuring Felix speaks with one clear, trusted and influential voice.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communications and working alongside the Head of Brand Marketing who leads brand marketing and digital communication, the postholder will protect and build Felix's reputation, shape national and sector conversations on food redistribution, food waste and food insecurity, and help position Felix as a leading partner in the national endeavour to triple food redistribution in the UK.

The role will provide senior counsel to the CEO, Executive Team, trustees and senior leaders; lead high-quality media, stakeholder and parliamentary engagement; and ensure internal communications support colleagues, volunteers and partners through integration, change and growth.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Set and lead an integrated external affairs strategy for Felix, aligned to organisational strategy, the post-merger integration plan, the refreshed brand and the national programme to expand food redistribution.
• Lead, develop and empower a multidisciplinary team of seven across media relations, internal communications and public affairs, directly managing three discipline leads and building clear priorities, standards and ways of working.
• Lead Felix's media relations and reputation management, securing proactive national, regional and sector coverage, overseeing reactive press office activity, preparing spokespeople, managing issues and crisis communications and working closely with the digital marketing team.
• Working closely with the CEO and policy colleagues, leading public affairs and influencing activity, building trusted relationships with government, parliament, food industry partners, redistribution networks, funders and sector coalitions to advance Felix's mission and policy objectives.
• Set the strategic direction for internal communications, ensuring staff, volunteers, network partners and other internal audiences understand the charity's vision, values, priorities and change journey.
• Develop clear narratives, messages, evidence and thought leadership that explain Felix's mission, impact and role in creating a fairer and more sustainable food system.
• Provide expert advice to the Executive Director of Fundraising, Marketing and Communications, CEO, Executive Team, trustees and senior leaders on reputation, stakeholder positioning, media risk, political context and communications opportunities.
• Work closely with the Head of Brand Marketing to ensure external affairs, brand marketing, fundraising, digital communication and operational communications are integrated, consistent and mutually reinforcing.
• Embed professional standards, risk management, evaluation and compliance across the function, including political impartiality, charity law, safeguarding, data protection, media protocols and inclusive communications.
• Bring innovation and experimentation to the development of content and wider communications offer.

Hearing Dogs for Deaf People has been creating life-changing partnerships between hearing dogs and deaf recipients since 1982. Reporting to the Head of Philanthropy, the post-holder will work closely with senior leaders, trustees and senior stakeholders to solicit high-value gifts, typically of six and seven figures, and to build and deepen long-term relationships between donors and the charity. You will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of potential and current principal-level donors, as well as delivering exceptional stewardship journeys that demonstrate the impact and value of donor support.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in securing major gifts at the six-figure level or above, ideally in a principal or transformational giving context. You will be skilled at building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals, as well as being experienced at developing and delivering complex donor strategies and bespoke giving propositions. Finally, you must be a collaborative team player with strong project management and communication skills.
