The Senior Digital Content Officer plays a key role in shaping and delivering engaging, evidence-based digital content for young people, parents and carers. You will lead the planning, creation and continuous improvement of website content designed to support young people’s mental health and wellbeing. Working closely with colleagues across marketing, social media and youth engagement teams, you will help develop campaigns and content that increase reach, impact and engagement across web and digital channels.

You will conduct and use user research, analytics and insights from young people, parents and trusted adults to ensure our content meets real needs and reflects diverse experiences, particularly from marginalised and racialised communities. The role also involves managing the YoungMinds Bloggers Programme, coordinating written contributions, and supporting digital content across podcasts, video and campaigns.

You will maintain high standards of quality and accreditation, ensuring content remains evidence-based, accessible and aligned with trusted health information requirements. With strong digital expertise and strategic thinking, you will contribute to the long-term content strategy, helping to ensure our digital products continue to inspire, inform and support young people and those who care for them.

The Digital Content Manager will lead the development and delivery of our website and digital content strategy, ensuring our digital channels play a central role in achieving our mission. This role manages a talented team of Senior Digital Content Officers and works closely with colleagues across communications, marketing, youth engagement, fundraising and beyond, to deliver impactful, user-focused content and campaigns.

You will oversee the ongoing evolution of the website, improving user journeys, accessibility, SEO and content performance. Working alongside the Product Manager and digital agency, you will help shape and deliver the website roadmap and vision. A key focus of the role is ensuring young people are active partners in our digital work, co-creating content and providing insights that shape our digital services and supportive content model.

You will also play a key role in the development of multi-channel campaigns to expand our reach, particularly among Black and minoritised young people, and ensure the organisation has the skills and tools needed to deliver effective digital communications. Through strong leadership, data-driven decision-making and strategic thinking, you will help maximise the reach, quality and impact of our digital offer.

About the role

The Programme Coordinator plays a central role in ensuring the smooth running of the Trust's programme partnerships, training delivery, and organisational systems. Reporting to the Head of Programmes and working closely with other senior staff, the post holder will provide coordination, research, communications and administrative support across programmes, training and operations.

ST Giles Trust have been delivering interventions to high-risk young people in the borough through the Community Harm & Exploitation Operation Group since 2012. Through the VRU My Ends Consortium, SGT will work in partnership with consortium partners lead by Active Communities Network, to support vulnerable Southwark Young people to address concerns around group offending and related violence.

About this key role
Holding a caseload of up to 12 clients at any one time, our successful candidate will provide a client-led holistic support service that responds to individual’s needs, including supporting with housing, finances, benefits work and debt advice, parenting, health, ETE and criminal justice, and appearing in court.

We will rely on you to complete initial needs assessments with clients and to support them to develop individual support and risk management plans and regularly review them to assess progress.  You will be expected to promote inter-agency collaboration in the assessment and planning process, and to develop and maintain strong relationships with partner agencies, while ensuring you close cases efficiently and positively, identifying a referral route for young people that will identify agencies that can be used for ongoing support is also a key aspect of the role.

What we are looking for

• Proven record of engaging successfully with challenging people, for example people who have complex needs or are reluctant to discuss their needs
• Strong experience in working as part of a multi-agency team
• Experience of using support plans and of calculating risk and implementing safety procedures for vulnerable clients
• To have a relevant qualification to a good standard or be working towards one
• Sound understanding of issues facing this client group
• Excellent interpersonal, prioritisation and communication skills, verbal and written.

1. Events Marketing

• To oversee the scheduling, production and distribution of promotional e-mails for our events. Events Logistics & Management

• In conjunction with the Head of Events, to undertake the production and organisation of events, including inviting and liaising with speakers and arranging event logistics. Effective liaison with speakers, ensuring they have all the information required to participate in the event and providing deadlines for receiving their presentation and biography. To work on site at events as required and run smaller events on your own. Duties will involve setting-up and administering registration, liaising with the venue, greeting speakers and exhibitors, dealing with enquiries from delegates and making sure the event runs smoothly. Production of the online conference documentation, to include speaker presentations.

Research & Event Development

• Help identify and research potential subject areas on which we may want to run events. Keep a close eye on the medico-legal events sector market and other events taking place. Help identify potential new sponsors and exhibitors for our events.

Events CRM

• Develop a sound understanding of AvMA’s new CRM, ensuring we optimise it for the efficient and effective marketing of events.

The Advocacy Manager’s role is to build political support for the Trade Justice Movement’s policy priorities. They will represent TJM in high-level settings including parliamentary meetings, party conferences and on government stakeholder groups. About Working Well Trust 

Working Well Trust is a mental health and employment charity in London. All of our projects share the aim of improving the lives of people with mental health support needs, learning disabilities and/or complex issues through training and employment. 

We are now recruiting IPS Employment Advisors to join our IPS service to join our Kingston & Sutton team. The Corporate & Commercial Partnerships Manager is responsible to account manage the largest financial partnerships secured by the Corporate Partnerships team (£50k+) and ensure these accounts are managed to the highest standard to deliver maximum income.

The Head of Marketing will join a small team in London to support the delivery of marketing activity at Providence Row. The role is key within the organisation, and you will contribute to the overall leadership of Providence Row as a member of the wider management team. Core responsibilities within your role will be:

• To support with the development of the annual marketing strategy

The successful candidate will be an experienced Secondary school practitioner currently working in a Catholic school with secure knowledge of how to engage young people in important issues of faith and social justice.

You will have experience of developing interactive resources and creating and editing video content, with a strong digital mindset and confidence working across a range of digital platforms. 

This is a key role which demands creativity, and strong organisational skills.

The role is part of a dedicated team of experienced professionals and reports directly to the Schools Communications Manager.
