In this hands-on delivery-focused role, the Head of Philanthropy will lead and grow Nucleo’s fundraising activity, taking personal responsibility for developing relationships with donors, partners and supporters to secure sustainable income for the organisation. The role combines practical income generation with some strategic planning: cultivating and stewarding a pipeline of high-value prospects, expanding networks, and delivering successful fundraising initiatives. The successful candidate will also play a key role in communicating Nucleo’s story through compelling donor engagement and impact-led content, working closely with the Founding Director to ensure alignment with the organisation’s values and messaging.

In order to be successful in this role, you should have:

• A proven track record of personally raising at least £0.5m annually, with strengths in major donors, corporate partnerships and individual giving
• Demonstrable experience delivering successful fundraising activity with a clear focus on hands-on income generation
• Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and high-net-worth individuals, acting as a compelling ambassador for the organisation
• Experience managing donor pipelines and developing long-term philanthropic partnerships
• Confidence in managing budgets, analysing fundraising performance, and using CRM systems effectively to support data-driven decision-making
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive proposals, donor reports and impact-focused content

IA offers peer-to-peer support to those with, or about to have, either an ileostomy or an internal pouch. We also help fund research into bowel disease and other conditions leading to the removal of the colon, as well as providing relevant information to interested parties using a range of channels.

Context

Childhood First enables children and young people to recover from early life abuse and relational trauma, to enjoy life and to achieve their potential. We do this through the provision of specialist therapeutic residential care and treatment, together with family and network support. Purpose

The Statutory Compliance Administrator plays a key role in supporting statutory, safeguarding and regulatory processes within the home. The role provides administrative support to the Director, Assistant Director (Statutory Compliance) and senior team, ensuring statutory documentation, systems and records are accurate, up to date and inspection-ready.

The postholder contributes to preparation for Ofsted inspections and audits and supports continual quality improvement to maintain Ofsted Good or Outstanding standards.

You will be joining a small dedicated team of anti-corruption experts and campaigners for this busy, varied and multi-skilled role. We have a full programme of work for the year ahead with projects on illicit finance, political integrity, and corporate accountability for financial crime. 

Candidates should be exceptional all-round communicators, with significant experience in achieving impact through a range of channels from digital and social media to print, broadcast and events. They will have a track record of driving communications efforts to achieve campaign or policy objectives, as well as experience of developing messages for a wide range of audiences, and translating complex expert subject matter into newsworthy content. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and proactive, a strategic thinker, an excellent writer and able to apply their skills and experience across a range of different communications channels. Working arrangements

Full-time, 35 hours per week. Working from home required, but with one day a week in the office near London Bridge. Must be based in or near London. Nottingham Contemporary is a leading centre of contemporary art in Europe, and among the largest spaces of its kind in the UK. We have an exciting vacancy for a Development Coordinator to join our dynamic and supportive Development team, to assist with securing funding for the future of our organisation. As Development Coordinator, you will support the Senior Development Manager and Director to achieve our ambitious fundraising strategy. Your main accountabilities will include:

• Providing administrative oversight of key areas related to gaining income from a wide range of sources, including but not limited to trusts and foundations, individual donors, and corporate giving (including from commercial galleries).

• Researching, drafting and preparing timely project and funding report templates and reports.

• Supporting the Director and Senior Development Manager in strategically cultivating and stewarding individual donors, as well as corporate and strategic partners.

Our client is the UK’s national LGBTQ+ Youth Homelessness charity. Their mission is to ensure that every LGBTQ+ young person facing or at risk of homelessness or a hostile environment has somewhere safe to stay, and work with over 800 vulnerable young people a year providing both face to face and online support. Reporting to the Director of Services, as Supported Housing Manager you will have responsibility for the opening and day to day management of a new six unit LGBTQ+ housing scheme, working to create a safe, welcoming and psychologically-informed home environment for all beneficiaries. As Supported Housing Manager you will oversee a small, committed team of frontline staff, and will work to ensure that the support delivered is person-centered, holistic and to the highest quality. Acting as Designated Safeguarding Lead, you will ensure that team members fulfil their duties in safeguarding children and young people in line with company policies, and will work in partnership with a range of agencies to achieve best possible outcomes for all service users. You will also provide training to professionals and support to LGBTQ+ people, ensuring that professionals are working in an LGBTQ+ informed and inclusive way.

About the role

As Events Manager, you’ll lead Birmingham Hospice’s events programme end-to-end, combining strategic planning with hands-on delivery. You will:

• Act as the events lead within the Income Generation team, sharing insight and supporting colleagues across the charity

Main purpose of the role

The Community Leader is responsible for ensuring that the Community is living the mission of L’Arche, by providing excellent and sustainable care and support services, support for  spirituality, and engaging with our neighbours and the wider community around us.

We are looking for ambitious and strategic Development Manager – Corporate and Philanthropy to lead the growth of our corporate fundraising, build high-value partnerships, and work with our network of senior supporters to unlock transformational opportunities.

With a strong foundation of mid-level corporate partners (typically £5k-£25k) and a skilled Senior Officer in place to manage and grow those relationships, you’ll be free to focus on securing new, higher-value partnerships and support.

The Role:

You’ll lead our corporate new business development identifying and approaching companies aligned with our mission, and converting them into long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.

You’ll work closely with the Director of Fundraising to cultivate high-net worth individuals and senior volunteers who can introduce us to the right people and help get us in the room.

Working with colleagues across communications, marketing and services, you’ll create professional, pitch-ready presentations and proposals that inspire companies to partner with us – and then deliver those pitches at a senior level, with confidence and clarity.

Key responsibilities:

· Research, Identify and approach new corporate prospects, building a strong pipeline of potential six-figure partners

· Lead on creating bespoke, compelling pitch decks and proposals, working with the communications and Marketing Team to ensure quality and impact.

· Deliver high-level presentations and pitches to senior stakeholders across a range of industries.

· Work with the Director of Fundraising to identify and engage major donors and key contacts who can help unlock introductions and strategic support

· Manage Senior Officer who leads on existing mid-level corporate partnerships.

· Support the growth of the mid-level portfolio and ensure excellent stewardship and reporting for all corporate partners.

· Collaborate with marketing, communications, and service delivery teams to ensure partnerships are meaningful, on-brand, and mutually beneficial.

· Monitor income and pipeline progress, ensuring accurate forecasting and tracking.

What we’re looking for:

· A track record of securing new business or corporate partnerships, ideally in a fundraising CSR setting

· Confident writing and presenting skills, with experience creating professional pitch decks and delivering high-level presentations

· A strategic thinker who can spot opportunities, plan a compelling approach, and close the deal

· Experience collaborating across teams (e.g. Marketing design, service delivery) to shape proposals and deliver joint objectives

· A strong relationship-builder with the credibility to work with senior executives, philanthropists and decision-makers

· Organised, self-starting and passionate about helping families when they need it most

· Line management experience desirable, but not essential

The Operations Manager will play a central role in ensuring the Joy building operates smoothly, safely and in line with Open Door’s values and ambition. Taking overall responsibility for day-to-day site operations, you will help create a welcoming, inclusive and well-managed environment that supports staff, tenants, partners and everyone who uses the building.

Working collaboratively across the organisation, you will oversee facilities, maintenance, compliance and operational systems, ensuring Joy is consistently clean, secure and fit for purpose. You will act as the main point of contact for contractors and suppliers, manage utilities and building systems, and take a proactive approach to health & safety, risk management and statutory compliance.

As a key operational lead within the building, the role will support events and programmed activity, working closely with the Commercial & Events Manager, Programming Manager and Access teams to ensure activities run safely and smoothly. You will also build positive day-to-day relationships with tenants and partners, and contribute to cross-site support as Open Door continues to grow.

The Role

As Wilder Learning Manager, you’ll lead a small, passionate team delivering inspiring outdoor learning and engagement programmes that connect schools, educators and young people with nature across Sussex. You’ll oversee the delivery and ongoing development of high‑quality accredited training, INSETs, school sessions and advice that supports schools to improve their grounds for nature and outdoor learning.

You’ll be an enthusiastic and confident leader, able to step into delivery when needed, and excited by innovation, collaboration and partnership working. Bringing experience of managing people, you’ll foster a positive, supportive and inclusive culture, encouraging creativity, continuous improvement and professional development.

This varied role combines leadership, project management and hands‑on involvement, playing a key part in ensuring our learning offer inspires and empowers educators and young people to connect with, care for and benefit from nature across Sussex’s land and marine environments.

A valid drivers licence is required for this role.

Chief Executive - Help & Care
Location: Home-based within easy reach of Dorset (regular travel across the region)

• Comfortable driving strategic transformation and financial sustainability, with demonstrable expertise in strategic financial management.
• A values-led, collaborative and visible leader with high emotional intelligence and resilience, committed to social justice, person-centred practice and co-production; an effective public representative and mentor.
