A Rocha UK is a unique Christian nature conservation charity, mobilising Christians and churches to care for the natural world. We are a member of the Worldwide A Rocha Family, a federation of Christian conservation charities, and we have sister organisations in 23 other countries. A Rocha UK has a staff of 25 and many volunteers. We run nature conservation activities on our own reserves, advise a national network of conservation partners, inspire Christians to protect nature and act on climate change through our Wild Christian scheme, and run the popular Eco Church scheme for local churches. Our office is close to overground and tube stations, with its own secure cycle and parking facilities.
In 2026 we launched a new three year strategy with exciting goals of deepening our support to those in each of our programmes and increasing our reach in order to see more people equipped to care for creation. We also have a heightened focus on cross-cutting issues of social justice, climate resilience, becoming more prophetic and ensuring we are both learning from and serving all of the UK. Among others, a key enabler to fulfilling this strategy is growing our income from just under £1m to £1.25m by the end of 2028, which this new role will play an important part in.
A Rocha UK is engaged with a large Christian constituency (Nearly 23,000 individuals on its e-mail lists, over 9000 churches registered for Eco Church across 25 denominations, over 60 Partners in Action, ranging from Christian conference centres through to community farms, and over 8000 individuals in Wild Christian - for individuals and households looking to live more sustainably).
This role is focused on growing Individual and Church giving from this constituency. There is work to do on developing engaging supporter journeys and fundraising appeals. There is also opportunity to develop fundraising propositions and take creative approaches to growing new donors. As well as the opportunity to be involved in developing our Wild Christian programme.

Veterans Community Occupational Therapist
Location: Remote working
We have two positions available – one based in the North of England and one based in the South of England.
We are open to candidates who live further afield, where the location is within a reasonable travelling distance for the community-based requirements of the role.
Both positions involve community-based travel as part of the role, as well as occasional UK-wide travel to attend face-to-face clinical and wider team meetings (approximately 4–5 times per year).

The role will also offer senior leadership for Stewardship across Relationship Fundraising, supporting exceptional supporter experiences, impact reporting, recognition and engagement.
Salary
The salary for these positions is £71,831 per annum.

The candidate
Demonstrable experience in individual giving fundraising, with experience across at least two of the following areas:

Since it began, the Schools Triathlon has raised over £8 million—making it our flagship fundraising event.
As an Assistant Fundraising Events Coordinator, this is a fantastic entry level opportunity for anyone looking to kickstart their career in fundraising and events management. and you’ll play a vital role in Restless Development’s close knit fundraising team, helping to deliver our flagship events the Schools Triathlon. You’ll gain hands on experience working with a wide range of stakeholders, including our volunteer Schools Triathlon Committee, schools, pupils, parents, and event delivery partners. A big part of your role will involve delivering fun and engaging school assemblies, encouraging pupils to take part and fundraise for Restless Development.
Alongside this outward facing work, you’ll provide essential administrative and operational support behind the scenes. This will include managing participant data in Excel, Eventrac, and Salesforce; uploading and running reports; processing donations (including cash and cheques); and ensuring our records are accurate and up to date.
You’ll also be the first point of contact for event participants and their families, providing warm, professional support through email and phone queries. We’re looking for someone who thrives on variety, can juggle multiple tasks, and stays calm under pressure. You’ll be highly organised, detail-focused, and self-motivated, with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, can-do attitude.

Expected travel: Regular travel to London for staff meetings and other areas in the UK. Evening and weekend work for which time off in lieu will be given. Expenses for travel and work outside working hours will be given according to our policy.
