This is a hands on and creative role where you’ll turn ideas into activities that people genuinely want to take part in. Reporting to the CEO and working as part of the senior management team, you will have overall responsibility for fundraising income performance, the development and delivery of LLST’s fundraising strategy, and the successful delivery and growth of our events portfolio. This includes the London Legal Walk, our flagship mass-participation fundraising event.
The role will lead and develop a team of three to four (direct reports), build strong relationships with supporters, corporate partners, sponsors and other stakeholders, and use performance data, KPIs and return on investment to inform decision-making and future development.
We are looking for someone with significant experience of fundraising and income-generating events, a strong track record of meeting targets, and experience of developing fundraising strategies, and plans. You will also have experience of leading and developing staff, delivering complex events, and building effective external relationships.
The successful candidate will be confident operating at both a strategic and practical level, able to work collaboratively across a small organisation, and comfortable representing LLST externally and reporting to senior colleagues and Trustees.

Main Responsibilities
· Work co-operatively with other team members to recruit and train volunteers and maintain a satisfactory level of available volunteers to meet demand.
· Manage a case load of families who are referred to the Scheme, matching them with appropriate volunteers and overseeing this support.
· Work with partners to review and design the volunteer training courses so that they include specialist models as identified by client need.
· Ensure essential records and checks for volunteers are accurate and up to date.
· Match appropriate volunteers with families and introduce them / monitor support.
· Provide support and supervision to volunteers that are working with families on your caseload.
· Provide regular bulletins / newsletters to volunteers and potential volunteers to retain enthusiasm and motivation.

· Signpost families to parenting groups that can support them such as the Solihull course or Incredible Years.

· Maintain and improve competencies through continuous professional development.
· To attend regular supervision meetings and annual appraisal.
· Work co-operatively with Management to support the preparation of the monthly, quarterly and annual reporting requirements.
· To contribute to the effective day to day operation of Home-Start Medway in accordance with governing documents, standards and methods of practice, Home –Start agreement and Quality Assurance standards.
· To keep efficient, accurate and confidential records, including statistics collection and collation. This would include the use of evaluation tools to enable us to evidence the impact of our work.
· To work within all Home-Start’s policies and procedures including: Confidentiality, Safeguarding Children Policies and Procedures and Health and Safety Policies.
· Be flexible and carry our other associated duties as may arise, develop, or be assigned in line with the broad remit of the position.

As a Deputy Manager, you will be integral to the Home Management Team, contributing to strategic planning and day-to-day operations across residential, dementia, and nursing services.
- People Leadership and Performance: This is the primary focus. You will be responsible for leading, developing, and managing performance of Nurses and allied health professionals. This includes conducting clinical and management supervision, ensuring safe staffing levels, and actively driving team quality and service outcomes. Candidates must evidence the ability to lead and mentor senior staff.
- Quality and Strategic Oversight: Drive the review and development of care pathways, risk assessments, and service development plans. Your work must be supported by clear outcomes and quantifiable impact on service improvement and efficiency.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our RSPCA Surrey East charity shop in Redhill.
You will take full day-to-day ownership of the store, driving retail sales, recruiting and inspiring volunteers, and leading community engagement to generate vital funds for local animal welfare.

Shop Operations

Manage all aspects of the charity shop, including staff and volunteer management, stock management, merchandising, and financial procedures.

Role Purpose
The Fundraising Manager will drive fundraising growth for YMCA Lincolnshire, a well-established charity working to improve the lives of children and young people, families, local communities and those at risk of homelessness.

About the Role
This is an opportunity to lead and develop services that help people experiencing homelessness, housing instability and financial hardship move towards safer, more secure lives.
You will provide day-to-day leadership to teams delivering homelessness prevention, home energy advice and housing support services. You will ensure services are safe, effective, person-centred and responsive to local need, while meeting funding, regulatory and organisational requirements.

We provide one-to-one and group-based befriending, mentoring and family support services tailored to those who need it most.
