To support the development of Neighbourhood Health and Care in Oxfordshire, partner organisations are supporting the creation of three part-time VCSE Neighbourhood Leads to work in each of the county’s new multi-neighbourhood clusters: North Oxfordshire, South Oxfordshire or Oxford City.
Working as a trusted link between voluntary, community and social enterprise organisations, the NHS and local government, you will bring VCSE insight into senior-level planning, strengthen engagement and co-production, and be part of a wider network helping to ensure that local health and care services are proactive, preventative and responsive to the needs of local communities.
We are looking for organised, motivated and collaborative people who understand Oxfordshire’s VCSE sector and the contribution it makes to health and care in the county. Each role is 12 hours per week (0.3 FTE), worked across Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays as agreed, with hybrid working and frequent travel within the relevant cluster. NWLLC is a community-based legal practice and a registered charity. We comprise the Brent Community Law Centre and Camden Community Law Centre.

Key Tasks
Finance

Job Summary
The Service Manager - Z House will provide operational leadership for Z House, Caring in Bristol’s emergency accommodation service for young people aged 18–25 experiencing housing crisis.
The Service Manager will be responsible for ensuring that Z House is a safe, welcoming, well-managed and psychologically informed service, where young people are treated with dignity and supported to move towards greater stability and appropriate longer-term accommodation.
You will lead the day-to-day operation of Z House, overseeing referrals and placements, safeguarding with support from our Safeguarding team and risk management, staff and volunteer practice, accommodation standards, partnership working and service development.
The Service Manager role will combine operational management with a strong focus on relationships and practice. The role will also have capacity to lead or contribute to the development and delivery of additional accommodation or youth-focused projects that sit within the scope of Z House and Caring in Bristol’s Support Services. We are looking for an energetic, compassionate, highly organised and values-led Charity Area Teams Manager to lead and inspire our staff, volunteers, and service delivery teams, as they deliver practical help, community connection and Christian care across our food banks, hubs and community activities.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee the effective management of team operations, ensuring that service standards are consistently met and that our charitable initiatives reach those in need. You will ensure activities are safe, welcoming, well-planned and aligned with Hope Nottingham's vision, mission, values and Theory of Change.

Being available onsite is an important aspect of this role two-thirds of your time spent in one of our Wandsworth locations or in our Head Office in Kensington. The exact split between remote/onsite working will be by agreement with the line manager and to meet the needs of the service which could change over time. This role is not suitable for remote working only.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Wandsworth Branch as a Debt Advice Case Manager, to help in our mission to ‘Restore Dignity and Renew Hope’ to those in our communities brought down by poverty and debt.
You will be expected to deliver high quality holistic and in-depth debt advice and money education on a case management basis and to support the provision of advice by volunteers.

About the role
This Debt Advice Case Manager role combines both technical and pastoral elements. It will involve building a client case, untangling sometimes complex situations, liaising with creditors, providing guidance for volunteers, and discerning and communicating the appropriate choices and strategies for the client. You will also need to lead client appointments and support clients through what at times can be emotionally difficult situations. Ideally, we are looking for someone with prior debt advice experience, and who has experience of working with vulnerable clients and supporting volunteers. However, we will also consider employing someone as a trainee Debt Advice Case Manager if they are able to demonstrate that they possess the skills, maturity, and determination to become proficient in this role.
